The hotel were in a 20 storey building just a few minutes walking from Fuzhou South Railroad Station. I was met outside by the manager, and he showed me to my room. It was inside an apartment with two large rooms and one smaller. I was given the small. Still, it was more than ok, clean and nice. The area around the station is actually quite nice, with lots of restaurants and stores in all sizes, it is even a McDonald less than five minutes away. The metro is also nearby, from here you can explore the whole of Fuzhou. I also took the metro down to the seaside, that was also well worth the time. Nice option for a low budget accommodation. Very good value. Fuzhou is like most Chinese cities of some size; fantastic.
