Deliberately chose a hotel suitable for shopping, it is really good, next door is the mall, you can go shopping at any time, hotel facilities are not like five stars, put China is the most four stars, the waiter attitude is very good, some general, especially Restaurant waiter! I have had two burgers at the bar. It’s so delicious that you have to try it! The breakfast is almost always cool. It’s enough to eat for seven days. I still want to bring some Chinese food. I don’t want to save money.

The hotel is located near the commercial street and is not far from the city hall. It is more convenient to travel, but there are fewer parking spaces. The underground garage is limited to 1.8 meters in height. The larger station wagons cannot enter. 28 euros a day, 3.5 euros an hour, and a full day's stop is more cost-effective.

Good location, close to the subway station, it is convenient to go to the main attractions. Bring your child with an extra bed. But I felt very unclean. I was bitten by a few packs when I slept one night. It is estimated that there are any bugs. The air conditioning in the room can no longer be noisy. Turning on the air conditioner is just a feeling of passing the plane. Everyone can't sleep, and they have to turn off the air conditioner to sleep. Living in so many hotels, this air conditioning noise is the only one I can't stand. In addition, breakfast is very general, not as good as many four-star hotels, very few varieties, hot dishes only mushrooms, small sausages, fried potatoes, English soy beans, tomatoes, bacon, small meatloaf, the appearance can only be said to be very general, especially It is a bad taste of western-style omelet. If you need a mirror egg and a quiche, you have a person who is responsible for doing it. On the first day of breakfast, even a limited number of hot dishes, the results were not out of stock. The breakfast service staff felt that the facial expression was heavy and there was no smile. Seeing the hotel guests was like seeing a transparent person. In short, I can't believe this hotel is a five-star.

Fraser Suites is the rooms, lounge and entrance areas are all amazing. The location perfect, smack in the middle of Hamburg. The only point of dissatisfaction is the breakfast, which, quite frankly, was an overpriced disappointment. We’ll be back for sure, although, having our breakfast at some outside location.

We recently spent a week in this hotel whilst visiting family. We have stayed in Premier Inns in the UK before and found them to be fairly basic but adequate for a short stay but this Premier Inn is in a different class. It is only 3 years old, one of which it was largely unused due to the pandemic, and as such, it is very clean and new. There is a very comfortable bar/lounge adjacent to reception where a relaxing drink or coffee can be had at reasonable prices. We opted for the buffet breakfast which had everything you could want (cereals, fresh fruit, cheese, cooked meats, scrambled or boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, breads, toast, pastries etc). We found the breakfast room a little crowded during the weekend but much quieter on weekdays. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are kept spotlessly clean. Only suggestions for improvement are largely down to the design of the rooms which we know are standard across this chain but we thought that for stays of longer than 2-3 nights more hanging space and some drawer space would be helpful. Also a hook in the bathroom for the hand towel would be good. Finally, there are some tables and chairs outside the breakfast room and, on a nice day, we thought it would be nice to sit there in the afternoon/early evening with a cold drink. However the chairs are chained up making this impossible. I assume this is for security reasons, which I understand, but I think the hotel may lose business during the summer as it is a nice spot. The location of this hotel is great - right next to Meßburg u-Bahn station for easy access to the airport and other places and easy walking distance in one direction to the Rathaus, Alster and main shopping area and in the other direction to Hafen City, Minatur Wunderland etc. There are plenty of bars, restaurants etc within a short distance.

If you look for a hotel in Hamburg that is centrally located and a part of the city rather than a chain, Hotel Baseler Hof is your first choice.“The Baseler Hof is not only a hotel,” explains managing director Niklaus Kaiser von Rosenburg. “For more than a hundred years, it has been the perfect home away from home. This is true for our guests of course, but also for our employees. Many have been with us for over 30 years. This creates a unique personal atmosphere.”As one of the last big, family-owned hotels remaining in Hamburg, the four-star private hotel has the advantage of being centrally located and yet offering quiet surroundings in which to relax. Unwind in the sauna and fitness room, enjoy modern German cooking in the “Kleinhuis” restaurant or try one of over 200 wines in the wine cellar. If you are in Hamburg for business, the hotel offers meeting and conference space for up to 200 people. Elegant festivities will receive the splendid setting they deserve in the hotel’s partner building, the Palais Esplanade.

This privately owned hotel is located near the Dammtor train station and Stephensplatz subway. Shops, restaurants, university in walking distance. After staying mostly in chain hotels, this was a pleasant change in decor. Had read reviews about their spacious rooms, and then even lucked out on what looked more like a junior suite w/walk-in closet an a lovely living-room-like area w/arm chairs, TV, minibar, etc. They didn't mention the term ”upgrade” but maybe it was. Plenty of lamps throughout, firm mattress, very low noise level. Breakfast is a buffet on the 1st floor, generous space between tables, comfy chairs, decent selection of breads, rolls, cold cuts and sliced cheeses. Jams, butter, nutella, liver wurst and more are in small plastic containers. If you are up to a maritime touch to start you day, there's three types of marinated herring.

This hotel had stylish decor and the rooms were very modern and clean. However the air con was insufficient and when we questioned the staff about changing the temperature we were told the air con could not be changed even though this was not the case in my sisters room. The staff behind the front desk were not helpful and really let our hotel experience down. The location was perfect for exploring Hamburg and we loved the area.

Breakfast in German hotels are similar, taxi to the train station about 7 euros. Although the room facilities are a bit old, they are clean and comfortable, and the front desk is warm and patient! The restaurant on the second floor is okay. The local German restaurant at the door is pretty good. Recommending his roast chicken is pretty good! Three important points: there is a kettle, there is a swimming pool, quiet!

Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was just right. Parking was very convenient, but pricey. We love the surrounding area. Ma y restaurants to choose from as well as a few just around the corner on the Alster. The street side rooms are a bit loud from the latenight gatherings, but not from traffic. The rooftop lounge while boosting one of 5he best views in Hamburg is a bit overrated and pricey. The George is our new favorite when visiting Hamburg.

Relatively worn, but the room is cost-effective, not far from the subway station. There is a supermarket opposite, breakfast is average, not very tasty. The waiter is relatively cold, the elevator is not very convenient, there are still steps in the corridor, and the person who lifts the box carefully considers it here.

Amazing for staying in Hamburg on a budget. Quality vs price is great! A bit far away from the center but the hotel is one minute from the station which takes you easy in to central station. We were very pleased with the cleaning and tidieness of the place. The beds are comfortable and a big bathroom. The improvement we would like to see is an air conditioner in the room and maybe better WiFi. We still think it’s a great place and we loved it!

We chose the hotel because of its good location to the subway and because it also has 3 bed rooms for me and my two children. Reception very friendly and nice. The nights very noisy due to the streets and no air conditioning. An open window was necessary at 35 degrees, so it was very noisy. Rooms spacious and big but getting old. Unfortunately, breakfast was a letdown. Mrs. Meza very unfriendly and also not accommodating. Buns only white everything else gone by 9am. Plate with cheese and sausage well. All in all, under Corona, better no breakfast. We would not come back.

Seriously, the hotel is completely worthy of such a cheap price (RMB 158 yuan) feels like no money, thanks to Ctrip to provide such a favorable price, although it is a six-person bunk (the room has a bathroom and bathroom, is separated The two small rooms separated by the bathroom guard) also have cabinets for personal items (can put down big backpacks, can't put down the suitcases). The girls who live together don't know each other but are very friendly. They are very conscious and silent. The noise from the train was not heard near the train. The hotel has two front and rear doors. It seems that there is no parking at the door, but there is a parking place not far from the doorway on the side of the train. I don't know if it is charged (look like free). The hotel is chained, not far from another one with the same name. At first, I found another by navigation. (I have to say that this address is indeed misleading. I found the wrong one by navigation.) The German guy at the front desk also showed A little German humor, tell me to book another one, about five hours away from walking (when walking five hours) what? what? What? Surprised, I almost collapsed, and then he said a bad smile: wo, no no, five minutes, the actual walk is twelve minutes. The location of the hotel is not far from the Hamburg train station, 18 minutes walk (not originally large in Hamburg). However, the surrounding area is not prosperous, there are no supermarkets and restaurants near, and there is a shop selling motorcycle supplies. The next day, I went to the train station for training. Because I got a taxi in the past, the taxi cost 8.1 euros, and the taxi was more than ten euros.

The service staff is enthusiastic, the room is slightly different from the imagination. A quadruple room with a toilet is basically two bunk beds, two chairs, a small bathroom, and no table. However, each bed has a usb and charging plug. It is suitable for student party tourism that is not very demanding on the environment. The location is excellent, and it is especially convenient to go to the airport and attractions next to Hbf.

We staid at B&B in Hamburg to visit the city and surroundings. All we needed waas a clean, good room to rest, and that is exactly what we got. A room with own shower and toilet, a good bed, small table, TV, all very clean. Personnel is very friendly and available. You could have a breakfast for low price, but could have a meal in room as well. Moreover, parking a car in very specious garage is available and not pricey as well. Checking in was easily done by entrance, no support from personnel needed, at the reception the details were arranged We had bikes with us and that made it possible to visit the city of Hamburg in an ideal way, being only 2km from altstadt, the harbour district, the Elbe and the lakes

Henri Hotel is a wonderful place to stay for a citybreak getaway. Only 10 minute walk from the Central Station it is on a quiet street just outside the main shopping district and another 10 minutes walk from the Speicherstadt. The only thing you can't honour with a top rating here is the location: business area and therefore not beautiful. But well reachable with public transport and quite close to the center. Otherwise everything fits! Very clean modern and conveniently furnished rooms, everything necessary is available. It is quiet, you can sleep at open window. For breakfast you pay extra € 13. -- the choice is large and the quality is also suitable. For someone like me who takes little to take in the morning, it is expensive, but for that the price for the night is cheap.

We decided on the 25hrs hotel in Bahrenfeld as it had good parking facilities. I'm very pleased we did. After staying in a 'not so nice' hotel for the previous two nights of our little tour of northern Germany, our room at 25 hours was lovely and clean and had a nice fresh smell. By comparison it was an oasis of down to earth luxury!!!! The S-bahn was a very short walk away and only took around 11 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg (we did walk to the Landungsbrucken area one day as we wanted the fresh air and it was perfectly manageable, perhaps would take to long for some). There are shops and a little café very close to the hotel, so ideal if you need to get some essentials. The staff simply could not have been more helpful, from recommendations on where to go for food and drinks to extra pillows or trying to boost the poor wi-fi nothing seemed to be a problem. My only issue, and a very minor complaint was the shower curtain. Whilst very clean, it did keep attaching itself to my legs, which I hate. The shower was both hot and powerful, which perhaps didn't help the curtain staying where it should have. That minor gripe aside, we had a lovely two nights in this hotel and I would certainly make another booking if I returned to Hamburg.

Location top at the U/S train station Barmbek (entry on the back of the building!). Studio rooms large and clean. High kippable and soundproof windows from the floor to the roof. TV in the room compartment switchable to sofa or bed. Bed super comfortable, bed and wash light and gentle. Bath large with rain shower and separate shower head. Totally equipped without hairstyle including coffee machine, water cooker, small refrigerator and safe (all easy to use). Personal is always very friendly and sympathetic. Breakfast is great, both selection, quality and times for us more than just satisfactory. Now to the current small shortcomings that have not justified a point deduction for us, but each one has to judge itself: - No WLAN in the room or not useable, since signal is too weak (excellent from floor 2) - ARD, ZDF, ZDF neo, Types were not receptive (problems with the centrally controlled Internet TV signal lt. reception) - Key cards are currently only available until 11°, although you can check out to 12° a great stay. Despite the deficiencies that have not really disturbed us, we would book this hotel again at any time when we are in Hamburg, and of course we would also like to continue it ...

The greeting was very warm, staff very friendly and helpful. The room, a BACHELOR apartment, is top equipped. Only heating did not go. Quickly a new room was sought uncomplicated. The other 2 rooms all in the 6 floors had the same problem. Home engineering should do it next day, it actually only had to be ventilated the heating, but it never came any. The glucer was very nervous and disturbing. Water hair in kitchen totally calcified. Kitchen and equipment otherwise top. TV (picture) had a strip and somehow unwilling features. Breakfast buffet was very overview and optical as culinary no inspiration. This has not been the Prosecco's gone out to the new year morning. However, a good gesture, thank you. From the location the hotel is top. You are on the landing bridges with car in 10 minutes for example. With bus lines 4, stop about 2 minutes from the hotel, you are directly at the city's council market in about 50 - 60 minutes. From air traffic, the hotel is located depending on wind location in the influx snee, you can hardly hear anything at closed windows. We cannot assess the lunch table that there is in the hotel because it was not offered during the silver day of this. That was very bad. There is a good Greek and Italian around it. Otherwise Hamburg has enough food. Concluded: We had promised more or even expected more by the time something different concept of this hotel. For the days about Silvester it was okay, but price/performance did not fit for us.

A EXTREMELY BAD hotel for the price. Everything is cheep and you can see that only when you are in hotel room. Pictures of hotel on their web page are manipulation. This is probably the only 3* hotel in Germany, where is NO TELEPHONE in the room! On pictures and in description is telephone. Hotel security is below every level. During the stay at the hotel, someone unknown knocked on the door and persistently wanted to enter the room with the excuse that he had forgotten his passport. And than we noticed all further problems – no telephone set, no number from reception... And in addition to this no one can not reach the reception from the mobile phone, the telephone number, which they wrote is from call centre! The result - a sleepless night in a hotel room. The second morning we left the hotel unconditionally, the reception staff did not show any empathy. Unimaginable shamelessness and impertinence!

But its the friendly staff and great customer service starting at the front desk on check in , to the great Bar and restaurant right the way through to House Keeping that make it feel personal I found a lovely letter from Emma of housekeeping , returning a shirt that I had had laundered and had ”secretly booked some extra days”. Clean, modern and centrally located. ***** I decided on a weekend away to visit the beautiful city of Hamburg and catch-up with a long-time friend. This hotel is centrally located - a 5 minute walk away from the main station and was perfect when arriving on a late flight. It is modern and comfortable and the staff pleasant enough. I opted for a single room and found it to be spacious, with all the amenities I’d expect and a full sized bathroom. There were free apples in reception and a free bottle of water in the room, which was a nice touch. I had a comfortable time and I don’t recognise the comments made in the negative reviews. The hotel describes itself as a “boutique” hotel and I wonder if the negative reviews are a reflection that it really isn’t a boutique. It’s clean, it’s functional, it’s modern - but I wouldn’t describe it as boutique. For example, the staff were inflexible on a late check-out (it just didn’t seem to be a possibility, even for a fee!) and some of the small touches you might expect at a “boutique” hotel just weren’t there. However, this doesn’t take away from the fact it was clean, comfortable, conveniently located and good value.
