The location and hotel facilities are first-rate in Mexico City, after all, this city is at this level, some old but still very comfortable. Mexico also needs to give tips. I did n’t know how to give a lot of baggage to the baggage. It ’s a loss ... but others are very good. The breakfast is average and the restaurant is not too big, but I still dine in the hotel because of concerns about hygiene. I bought Mexican yogurt at a nearby convenience store, and my day was less than a thousand miles after drinking for half an hour, it was so cool

The four seasons are as good as ever, and every time there is no disappointment. This is really not something every luxury hotel can do. The price in this city can be described as excellent value, classic and beautiful architecture, master-level design, each piece of furniture reflects low-key luxury and aesthetic standards. Love it so much. One of the best hotels in the city. Others of the same level have also been there, and were directly killed by the four seasons, I don't need to consider it at all. The four seasons have a first-rate location. Both the castle and the museum are within walking distance. The park is worth a visit. The hotel's breakfast is tall and the ingredients are first-rate and refined. There are many foods around, but the top of the list may not be suitable for Chinese tastes. Internet celebrity restaurants have different opinions. There is a good Chinese restaurant in Chinatown. It is the second generation owner of Guangdong Mo and a Chinese chef.

I am a Marriott Lifetime Titanium traveler, my review should be taken seriously. I remember staying at Ritz Carlton in Osaka and thinking how amazing it was. Nothing to take away from RC, but the St. Regis MC has left me speechless. The staff, it's as if they read my mind. They actually know what I want before I ask for it. The hotel is spotless, completely sound-proof, smells fantastic and if I could live here, I would. I really don't think that I've ever received better, more attentive service anywhere. OK, Ritz Carlton does it very well too, but this is about St. Regis. The location is ideal making it a quick hop to Polanco. There is a plethora of shops, restaurants and services nearby. I would recommend this property to anyone who has the opportunity to stay here. Five stars all around.

The location is safe, the rooms are large and the balconies are very nice. I will stay here next time. Although the hotel has been in operation for a long time, the facilities are OK. The room on the road is very noisy and it is recommended to choose the opposite room.

Cute and conveniently located. The room and bathroom were small but clean. We arrived in CDMX a little later than planned, but checking in at midnight wasn't a problem. If you are looking for a big chain hotel with a workout room and room service, this isn't it. If you are looking for a moderately priced room in a safe and cool neighborhood within walking distance to a bunch of great restaurants, this is the one.

We stayed here just one night prior to the start of an organized tour, and wish we were able to have stayed longer! Our room was extremely spacious, clean, and comfortable, decorated and furnished in a stylish contemporary decor. The kitchen was larger than many apartment kitchens. It is evident that a lot of money has been put into the construction of this hotel. The man at the reception desk was exceptionally friendly and welcoming and happy to assist. As others have noted, the location is excellent, just a few steps from Paseo de la Reforma and convenient to some very good restaurants. One tip might be to try to get a room that does not face the street. Calle Rio Lerma is not exceptionally busy but what traffic there is (especially motorcycles) can be noisy in the wee hours. Wash cloths are provided in the bathroom, which is not always a given in foreign hotels. I would absolutely stay with MX Grand Suites again if ever in CDMX.

We only stayed here one night but it was a great experience! Our room had an enourmous private patio that that was easily over 1000 square feet with several different seating areas and a cover over part of it. The room was well appointed and tastefully decorated. I guess this is more of a business hotel as there was a small kitchenette in the room and only one robe/slippers, but it would have been perfect for a luxury stay as well! The hotel staff were all very courteous and helful. Being right in the middle of the Condessa neighborhood was a huge plus as well because there are MANY great bars and restaurants within a few blocks. AR 218 was a little expensive for the fact that we were barely ever in the room, but for the amount of space and luxury we got it seemed more than reasonable!!

Loved the suite, rooms were very comfortable and staff was always very nice, my only down side was it was very warm and they had no fans to use a ceiling fan would go a long way, we had to open our windows to sleep and very early you heard street vendors or the police talking since the police station is basically next door,we went during the covid-19 so all the nightclubs were closed, so we didnt have the loud music issues other complained about, over all we loved the location and staff, we will definitely stay here again. Just maybe take our own small fans for our next trip.

The location is convenient for a tourist, half way between the center and Chapultepec Park. In fact, I walked to each of those locations until I was able to get a Metro card. There is a Metro Bus station at Pushkin Park, about half a block away, which is perfect for getting to the west end of the Alameda. Lots of reasonable eating places nearby, including some street stalls and the churro place on Obregon. Also a reasonable walk through a nice neighborhood to the Fuente de Cibeles where the HOHO bus stops. Parts of the surrounding area can feel a bit sketchy during off hours, so taking an Uber is another option until you get a feel for which streets to walk on. As far as the hotel, it was clean, everything worked (except I had issues with one of the computers downstairs). The towels are a bit thin, the coffee filter pack was stale on the first day. TV reception is poor. I had an ugly view but the room was fairly quiet and the window does open for ventilations. A/C and heat worked. Ate at the weekend buffet which was just okay, food wasn't as good or as much variety as I had hoped (as compared to others in Mexico such as the Fiesta Inns). Found the staff to be polite and pleasant, even if to just smile and say good morning. All of my charges were accurate. I use Uber to and from the hotel, and the hotel staff are fine with that vs taxis, still received luggage assistance.

The location is very good, both sides are within 10 minutes of walking from the subway. There are many places to eat around, dozens of pesos snack bars, a lot of shops early. But to remind you that these small shops are fighting at 7 o'clock in the evening, and they have to eat early. Remind that the Argentine steakhouse opposite the hotel should not go, expensive, and unpalatable. Pizza Hut, KFC is very close, walking for a few minutes. But not very delicious, Mexican taste, heavy, and sour. KFC diagonally opposite VIPs is good and can be recommended. Hotel facilities are generally similar to the holiday inn in the United States, and there is no comparison with domestic holidays. It feels like a low-end chain. Service is ok, parking is free, tipping (about 20 pesos or 1 dollar), they help stop.

This hotel is a stunning hidden gem! This hotel is located directly across the road from the park which has plenty sites to visit. The check in and reception staff are bilingual and are incredibly friendly and obliging. The rooms are beautiful. Classically decorated with gorgeous wooden floors, the hotel has a feeling of quality and comfort. A tip that I’d give is to consider your neighbors. Due to the wooden floors, it is appreciated when other guests walk a little softer than usual and most definitely ladies should only put their high heels on at the door otherwise it can be quite loud. I had a soft neighbor on one side which I did not hear and a neighbor that I heard the entire time. One day she woke up at 05h30 and put her high heels on - it was very loud. I worked while I was at the hotel so really appreciated the office area in my room. It’s lovely and suited my needs. What I most liked was at the end of the day in a busy city like Mexico City, the hotel is so peaceful and tranquil. The breakfast was very odd. There was never anybody else in the dining room. It’s a beautiful room with friendly staff but I did wonder why nobody attended breakfast. If you are after a local breakfast then rather go to the hotel around the back of the hotel which is owned by the same people. The dining area is busier and they offer a variety of breakfasts including local breakfast.

The hotel has an excellent location and generally good service with free parking. Unfortunately the walls seem like paper, you can hear all the noise from the neighboring rooms as well as the noise from the street even when you are in a room at the back of the hotel. If you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you as you will not sleep a minute if you have neighbors who snore ...

Its an amazing experience at Pennsylvania suites ..It is a good stay! The staff is superb! There was a staff member named ALPHONSO who was particularly helpful, accommodating and shared his knowledge about Mexico with us. He is very approchable and quick to help in every way. Another room cleaning person named VERONICA was excellent . she is sweet , always smiling and cleans the room well and very good person to talk to. She makes sure everything is in place. The hotel manager Ana Soria is also sweet and helpful to talk to. Thanks Alphonso and Veronica for making my stay better . Overall perfect location , clean room and good staff... Having frequented this hotel for nearly 15 years it remains a steady safe choice. Rooms are large and clean and internet is good. The location is great in a favorite Mexico City neighborhood with a great selection of nearby restaurants etc. Reception staff is somewhat unengaged but other staff is good. Restaurant offers a good breakfast included in the price and the specials offered on Booking.com can make this hotel an absolute bargain. Truly recommended.

Pictures are completely , absolutely different that the actual rooms. The hotel is under remodeling, so everything is a war zone...They should be close or at least notify the situation to guests. I found this hotel to be clean, comfortable and charming. The staff do not speak English but they are so helpful if you need anything. The hotel is a great location and there is a 24 hour reception desk so you can arrive at any time and it feels safe. The rooftop terrace is charming and peaceful. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is relatively inexpensive and you're not expecting luxury, it is a very nice place.

Stayed here for a few nights with our boys while awaiting the arrival of a few friends for an extended stay elsewhere, and we couldn't have been more pleased! First of all, the property is new, and in pristine condition. Every floor is it's own apartment, and every apartment has a nice view balcony doors. The beds were the comfiest I have ever slept in, and the every bedroom had an A/C unit, which made sleep the best. Plenty of room for a family to spread out, and enjoy. The rooftop terrace was a real treat, and had an amazing view. The Gym was also nice, and well equipped. Both were utilized during our stay. Finally, the location was perfect. Not to mention, a security booth at the end of the street, plus a 24hr. doorman made our stay feel very safe. In fact, our doorman would keep a watch for us while we stepped out for dinner...how nice is that? Staff was super attentive, and very nice. Gave us tips on things to see and do, plus provided great conversation! Can't say enough about this place. Will def. return next time we're in town.

We were fortunate to spend 5 nights at Casa Comtesse and highly recommend it. It is a lovely property located in a residential neighbourhood. There is a front and back courtyard for you to sit, read a book, have a drink or just relax. In addition there is a lovely, large living room with comfy sofas and chairs as well. The entire house is filled with interesting, unique and beautiful artwork. It really has the feel of a home. The breakfasts are fantastic -a culinary delight. There is a frig that you can keep your own food/ drinks is and one night we ate in, enjoying the lovely home. You can easily, and safely walk to restaurants or cab / Uber it. This location was very central for us and allowed us to explore the city and wake up to the gentle sounds of birds chirping. All of the staff were great. Of particular mention the kitchen staff. They made each day get off to a fantastic start. Also special mention to Mathew. He always seemed to be on staff when we had one of our million questions and was always patient, helpful and kind. We loved our stay here.

Maria Condesa is a lovely smaller boutique hotel in La Condesa located at Atlixco132 between Avenida Michoacán and Campeche. I was absolutely delighted to spend 8 days with the friendly, warm and accommodating staff at Maria Condesa. On street level, the hotel has the reception as well as a comfortable inviting lobby and bar that become open-air onto the street. There is seating with tables outside on both streets with service all day. Tables are adorned with cut flowers and candles at night, and has an enjoyable street atmosphere at all hours. The top floor of the hotel has an equally lovely outdoor, covered, open-air terrace, also with plants and cut flowers, and providing breakfast service and a separate smoking area. My room accommodation was comfortable and pleasing in every possible way. The bed and linens were comfortable and superior quality. The bathroom was ultra-modern, with various lighting options, and had an enormous tiled shower with a remarkable waterfall shower that surpasses those I’ve found at Hyatt or Sofitel. The room includes a large television, safe, clock radio alarm, refrigerator, espresso machine, and remote-controlled heating and cooling. The large windows may also be opened. Amenities include a complimentary full breakfast with hot and cold offerings and full wait service, and the food is fresh and delicious. Service hours are 7-11AM, one hour later on Sundays. Items provided in the room refrigerator are entirely complimentary and include sodas, waters, juices, cervezas, and Mexican snacks. Ample bottled water is provided throughout the room. Bicycles are available for guest use, and the staff is ready to assist with arranging rides or other needs. The surrounding La Condesa neighborhood is both inviting and safe. It’s lively day and night, and offers a wide variety of Mexican and ethnic foods within a block in every direction. La Condesa neighborhood offers a far more authentic CDMX experience than staying in Polanco, and nearby are Parque Mexico and Parque Espana lush with trees and greenery. I can offer only the highest recommendation for Maria Condesa accommodations and staff. Warmest thanks to Gabriela and Pablo in reception; to Lalo and Jeremy in the lobby bar; and to Adan and Joel in the terrace. Kudos Maria Condesa!

Casa Mali came highly recommended by the TripAdvisor community and they didn't lead me astray. I was in Mexico City for business and I wanted to make sure I stayed somewhere that was centrally located. Casa Mali is in the Hipódromo neighborhood directly across from Parque México -- to say its centrally located would be doing it a great disservice, this is the *perfect* location. There's plenty of restaurants, sights to see, stores to shop in, it has everything. Not to mention a walk through the lush park across the street is the perfect way to start every morning. The staff were absolutely delightful and the hotel had all the amenities I needed. Full size fridge, kitchenette, washer/dryer? They have it all. The front door is locked and there is a doorman, so when you arrive be sure to look up and to the left. There's a white box with a red button -- press that and you'll be let in. I will say the room was a bit on the small side (it was the Studio -- so of course its smaller), but it would be very manageable for 1 to 2 people. Oh! The water pressure is the greatest. Exactly what you need after a long day of travel, work, sightseeing. For real, I read a couple reviews that mentioned it and I thought, "how good can it be?" Its great. Best water pressure I've ever experienced. Thats all I've got. If you're going to Mexico City and was a clean, well designed, nice place to stay then you should stay here. No doubt about it.
