Hotel location is very close to a subway station. ( Tower Hill Station ). It is also very close to the London Bridge. Room is spacious and clean. Every staff is so polite and helpful. We had a wonderful stay experience in this hotel. Kudos to all the staff in Tower Suites. Thank you !

I am very satisfied with this accommodation. It has spacious windows with scenic views and excellent lighting. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there's a washer-dryer available. The room is modern and clean. The Tower of London and ferry terminal are right next door, and there's a bus stop nearby for visiting places like museums and other distant locations. Extremely pleased!

very good. The location is very good, close to the subway station, the room is small and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is a bit simple and costs £25 for a separate fee. Bottled water is delivered daily and there is a bar downstairs. Overall still very good 乛

This hotel should never be considered a 5 stars hotel; actually it barely gets a 4. The service is absolutely inexistent. ! More than 40 minutes (literally) waiting for someone to pic up the phone either at reception or room service. Forget breakfast. Now, as far as the accommodations, a 5 star hotel where the bathroom does not take more than one (very slim) person at a time, should never carry these stars ( we were in their top luxury category suite). Ah… The bathrobes probably date back to the 80’s and do not fit a child. The toiletries are embarrassing and the sink was blocked!!! Our suite had no power sockets anywhere close to the desk in the ‘living room’, and if this is not enough, well try sitting on the couch and harm your lower back.

I found this hotel on Ctrip. It is considered a 4-star hotel. The environment is relatively quiet, and it is not too far from the center of London. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the nearby shopping mall. I stayed here for several days.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at the Moxy London Heathrow airport hotel! The amenities provided were nothing short of fantastic – from the well-appointed rooms to the thoughtful extras, they truly went above and beyond. The vibrant and lively atmosphere, set by the great music throughout the hotel, added a unique and enjoyable touch to my stay. However, what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional staff. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel genuinely welcomed. They were not only helpful but also seemed genuinely passionate about ensuring guests have a memorable stay. Kudos to the team for creating a positive and engaging environment. Overall, my time at Moxy London Heathrow was nothing short of delightful. If you're looking for a hotel that combines great amenities, fantastic music, and a staff that goes the extra mile, this is the place to be! 🌟

This hotel is a clean modern hotel which is well maintained. My wife and I stayed here twice, for 3 and 4 days respectively while touring the UK. The rooms were comfortable for sleeping, quiet and the air-conditioning worked well. The bathrooms were well designed and very clean. Housekeeping was fine. The major problem was that both of our rooms were very small and they had virtually no space for clothing. There was no usable drawer space and closets were tiny and had an inadequate number of hangers as well. If you are traveling for other than 1-2 days, there is no place to put anything. Living out of suitcases for 4 days or more does not add to the enjoyment of one's trip. The Breakfast is at best, just OK. There is a minimal amount of fresh fruit and while you can order off a hot breakfast menu, most things we ordered were not very good, so we stopped doing that. The Reception staff was marginally helpful. No one came to help us with our luggage. If you need a taxi or limo to take you to the airport, you are on your own. In addition, the front of the hotel is covered by bus stops so the taxi or limo has to try to find a place to pull us to load or unload. There are just a lot of annoying things about this hotel, some could be remedied, others probably not. For my next visit to London, I will not be staying here.

The morning after our first night my friend and I noticed a bug crawling on one of the beds, we continued our investigation and noticed DOZENS of those crawling all over the twin beds we just spent the night in. We were exhausted the night before after coming back to hotel late and after having shower just jumped straight into beds - who would have thought we weren’t they only ones spending night in those beds! Quick research after our findings and we realised that those were BEDBUGS! Never in my life had I come across anything like this before, not even after being a student and staying at questionable hostels! We reported this to the reception and were offered another room. We didn’t move immediately in the morning and made an agreement that we would move in the evening when we would be back to the hotel. Coming back in the evening and reporting to the reception for a new room, we found one of the evening staff being rude to us and questioning if the bedbugs were from their hotel (like what?!?!?!?). Simple, we said, because we had photo and video evidence of bedbugs crawling all over the beds, we said! This quickly ended her argument with us. We then moved to our new room, where there was no obvious evidence of bedbug infestation, however being a reportedly new room, we found hair all over the floor in the bathroom of that allegedly “cleaned” new room. Unfortunately, being an extremely sensitive to cleanness person and following the events of the previous night, I decided to leave early and not spent another night in this disgusting hotel. My friend, who had a flight early next morning however had no chance and spend a little longer and left at 04am. The evening I decided to leave I started coming out in rash, which had only been getting worse ever since. The intensity of the itch is like nothing I’d ever experienced before - it stops me from sleeping, it drives me absolutely mad, no matter how much I try, one can’t look professional when they have bite marks all over their body, including the face, ears, neck, fingers, hands, forearms - ie areas one can’t cover up - and needing to constantly scratch herself! This obviously has affected my work! And the itch is no better even 6 days later!! In fact, the bite marks are now swollen, causing swelling of my fingers, the scratch marks are now bleeding and I am the most irritated I’ve ever been! Let me emphasise, this is six days later and I genuinely don’t know how much longer I’m yet to suffer! I have obviously filed a complaint and have been contacted by the hotel - they are “kindly” offering to compensate the cost of my medication (as I am now on antihistamines - which don’t work really, as I can’t take the stronger type due to its sedating effect, as I have to continue working and driving; as well as steroid cream) and the cost of my dry cleaning. HOWEVER, despite multiple email exchanges and telephone consultations, they are not planning to refund a 100% of our payment, the argument being

Stayed for 11 nights. Good hotel in a touristy location. Helpful concierge. The roasted chicken in Brasserie Joel is delicious (had it thrice over a week). The 3-tier American sharing plate at Primo Bar is pretty good and with good wine in the house. Pity that housekeeping doesn't take pride in their work. After housekeeping services, found my clothes strewn on the floor and used towels thrown into the bathtub. Bed was hastily made up most times.

We were struggling to work out our evening. We stopped at the St Germaine branded bar on Bishopsgate. We were greeted by Elpee. From the outset they made us feel welcome and went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable. They let us choose our seat, and set us up for what we expected to be a brief libation. My disabled partner and I were really impressed with Elpees attentiveness and quality of service. Being in London and disabled it can be a hard to navigate and aggressive environment. Our stop refreshed us, and made a it an exciting stop in our brief to the city.

A little racist. As a traveler from the US on business, I'm very frequently the only Black person in the room. This was the case for a few days here at this hotel as well. One day it was raining and a lovely gentleman on front desk duty lended me a KK hotel umbrella as I went out. Upon returning, I thanked him and handed him the umbrella back but another woman was there. An Asian woman (if this helps mgt narrow it down). As I was walking to the elevator, she rapidly asked me my room number. Now, I just returned an umbrella so clearly I'm staying here, right? Maybe she was asking because she wanted to send champagne? Nope. That never happened. She was racially profiling. I let her know I was in Room 303 but went back downstairs to address this with her to ask WHY she asked me that, but she had left her shift. I started not to leave this review but I have to. If you're Black, I would stay somewhere else. As many of us know, this is never a good feeling. P.S. KK Hotel, if you have audio on your cameras, check the evening of Tuesday, July 19, 2022 if you'd like to substantiate. And maybe partner with HR and invest in a little social awareness training. In case you didn't know, you have racists on your staff.

The stay was good overall, except for a fire alarm testing in the middle of the night at about 1am+, and the air conditioning not working well. One of the nights, the fire alarm went off at about 1am+ and lasted for more than 5 minutes. Shortly after the alarm stopped, a message appeared on the TV saying it was mandatory testing, and the scheduled date on the TV was the following day at 1pm. There was no apologies for waking the guests up in the middle of the night... The other thing was the air-conditioning. The first night, the temperature did not rise despite adjusting the aircon control to 25 degrees Celcius. The reception sent us a portal heater upon request and also promised someone would come up to check our control. The portable heater was delivered but no one came to check our control. From the second night onwards, the room became warm and bringing down the temperature didn't make the room any cooler. We were lucky the weather was cold in general, so we could manage by sleeping without the blanket. The hotel was also a little run down and certainly needed a spruce-up.

Perfect location with Tower Bridge and Tesco Express next door that opens till midnight. Really not much to complain about! Only downside is that the Hotel is a little dated with the carpeted floor and toilet being a little old and not in the best condition. Having stayed there for 4 nights, the buffet breakfast spread was exactly the same - would be great to have some changes to the spread.

I spent ten days in this hotel. I can only say pure delight, from the food to the entertainment, more precisely the entertainers, honestly the two best in my opinion were Moussa and Busra. Varied content from early morning to late evening, you will simply never be bored. the rooms are tidy and cleaned every day, the pool is excellent and the beach is about 20m from the hotel, just a wonderful experience and again I just have to mention the two entertainers who made my stay beautiful, big greetings to Moussa and Busra!!!

Stayed here for a weekend event at Olympia. This little gem is ideally located for transport next to Shepherds Bush station. There are a number of bars and restaurants nearby as well as on the doorstop of the Westfield centre. Staff are so friendly and cannot do enough to make your stay a good one. Room was modern and clean with tea coffee facilities and a fridge and water left. We would definitely book to stay here again

First of all we paid for breakfast with Trip.com only to be told on arrival that that option is no longer available. Our room was very basic and small. We did have a kettle, coffee and tea were provided. The bed was firm but ok. The Westfield mall was opposite and the TV studios at Shepherds Bush was a short walk just up the road as was the underground WOOD LANE on the circle line via Euston station. Overall the location for our needs was great however not having the breakfast that was advertised on TRIP.COM was a letdown. So minus marks and a big boo for that Trip.com

OK, I have to be careful not to totally slate this place, because it's basically a fair enough hostel for the price. However... The entire cardkey entry system was down for 4 days - meaning everyone left the dorms open 24/7, rather than go downstairs and get the poor bugger on reception to come up & open the door every time someone needed to take a piss. That's not great for security. I switched dorms mid-stay. No problem with the dorms, it was just they didn't have a bed available in the same dorm for a whole week. The lockers in both dorms were too small to put much in and the locks on both my designated lockers were broken, as were about half the others. This didn't stop someone using mine for a couple of days and putting a padlock on it, even though twisting the lock open - padlock or not - would have been easy. I was only putting my shoes & coat in there anyway. I stuck them on the end of my bed! On the plus side, there are some excellent lockers in the basement Chill Out Room, available for £2.50 per day on a coin-operated machine. You can get two proper backpacks in them. That's good value, though having to trek to the basement is a ball-ache. The dorms were very cramped. I don't expect an army barracks style of comfort: my bar at hostels is the standard set for Aussie and Pommie prisons these days! Spacewise, the dorms were well short of my bar! There are lots of old court and police station buildings where people aren't allowed to be held overnight nowadays because the cells are so small they violate Yooman Rights! The two dorms I was in fell short of that! Less than a metre between the two rows of bunks in the bigger dorm and about 2 feet between the bunk and a projecting bit of wall in the smaller one. The bigger dorm had a sink just inside the door, opposite the (broken) lockers, but the space inside the door - between the sink & (broken) lockers and before the bunks - wasn't much more than a square metre... and you're obviously in the way of anyone going in or out as you stand in front of the (broken) lockers. The smaller (6-bed) dorm had a sink by the window, which was more practical. Also... The website pic showed 2-bed bunks as the set-up when I booked online. The actual set-up in both dorms was 3-bed bunks. That's a bit cheeky. I was in the middle bunk in both dorms. I didn't have a tape measure handy, but the space between the middle and top bunk was significantly short of 2 shoe lengths - and I'm not Shaquille O'Neal in foot size. Well short of 60cm. If you fancy a career in the submarine corps, or if you're a method actor about to play a Silesian coal miner in a film set in the 1800s, this is fine. As it is if you're 1.40m tall. For anyone else, it's a mite cramped. There was no pillow on my bed on the first night, though one appeared on the second day. Beds were pretty comfortable, though the mattresses had squeaky plastic exteriors - can't whinge there: Poms aren't good with holding alcohol and I can imagine acci
