What a lovely hotel. Set a walking distance from the Phewa Tal, the restaurants and shops it is ideally situated. The hotel offers commanding views of Fishtail Mountain and the Annapurna range. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and the beds are huge. The grounds of the hotel are just lovely, such a variety of plants growing. The hotel has a swimming pool but it was undergoing repairs during our visit. The food was very good and the attending staff happy and attentive. All the reception staff speak very good English (I’m not sure about any other languages) and I found that nothing was too much trouble for them. Assistance always given with the famous Nepali peoples smile. Loved the hotel and would stay there again.

The airport to the hotel is about 300 rupees, the journey is about 10 minutes, the hotel environment, decoration are very good, the service staff is very kind and patient. We booked a paragliding, a vehicle to the attraction, and a bus ticket to Chitwan at the hotel. The price is reasonable and will not be very crowded. The sanitation of the hotel is very clean, the breakfast is good, the environment is quiet, the hotel is a little distance from the lively commercial street, it takes about 5-10 minutes to walk, there are small shops and atm nearby, convenient. The overall feeling is good.

The air conditioner is really not cold, the fan is soft, the bed is soft, the location is very good to go out to eat, I stayed with my dad in Pokhara for six days and five nights, three nights at the Kasuga Hotel two nights at the Zhongdao Hotel No contrast, no harm, Kasuga Hotel is more than 180 RMB a night. We live on the fourth floor and have a balcony. The air conditioner is very good. We can also wash clothes and dry clothes. The Zhongdao Hotel has 464 RMB for one night, and the price is more than twice as expensive. We lived in the middle of the first floor, no balcony, no clothes, only the bathroom, and finally blown dry by the hair dryer. Yes, the Zhongdao Hotel has a hair dryer. The room space is much smaller than the Kasuga Hotel. The only comfort. It is rich in breakfast, and there is a little hot water in the bath. The hotel should be expensive in the decoration of the hotel. The lobby and the spa room it owns must also pay for the spa. I have never been to it. I don’t know. Our group arrived with several members needing special attention due to visual impairments. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and cool juice after our long day on the Nepali roads. The rooms are spacious and come with everything a weary traveler could desire; numerous power outlets that adapt to plugs from virtually anywhere, free WiFi, plenty of warm water, air conditioning/heat that works quite well, and a clean, comfortable bed. As with many hotels, the power switches off when one leaves the room, so charging devices is only possible while one is physically in residence. The restaurant provides a wonderful morning breakfast buffet and the bar has a Happy Hour. Food in the restaurant is very good. The pool is crisp and clean and there is a spa and members of our group complimented their treatments.

This hotel was everything we'd hoped for: clean, comfortable, spectacular views and a warm welcome from Maya and her family. It's clear that much love and attention has gone into Pristine Himalaya, as it really lives up to its name. The food was delicious (Maya being an excellent cook) and the location is unbelievable, with a clear view over Pokhara, the lake and even mountain peaks from our bedroom window. The room was modern and comfortable, with hot showers and a comfortable bed. We got all we could have wanted from that visit, so much so that we extended our 2 day visit to 4 days. Absolutely worth it, as it was possibly one of the nicest guesthouses we stayed in! Thank you so much to Maya and the family for accommodating us! We will undoubtedly return when we next visit Pokhara!

I had a great time here, the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The view was stunning and the food was nice. They have a restaurant here and it's affordable. There are small stores around so you don't need to buy snacks in Pokhara before u come. Hot water Available for shower. I would recommend the egg chow mein , it was very nice. Note*** there will be some small bugs around as this is high mountain area, if u r very scared, then you need to take a note of it. Suggestion to the hosts, it will be better to have socket next to the bed, at least an extension. The socket was far from bed. Overall, really enjoyed my stay.

The road to the hotel is really bad. Nepal’s roads are generally poor, but this one should be in the top three. Even so, the room is really big and the view is really superb. Be sure to arrive before the sun goes down to enjoy the invincible sunset. I had dinner at the hotel. I was a little doubtful whether there is a kitchen or not. I waited for almost an hour before the food was served, but it was very relaxing and enjoyable to sit outside and enjoy the night view of Pokhara, and the attitude of the waiter was really impeccable. On the second day, they were asked to take breakfast to the sofa in the stairwell on the third floor to enjoy the beautiful sunrise while eating. Very happy!

Last spring I went to Nepal to do the Annapurna Circuit with a friend. After the trekking we came to Pokhara but suddenly the lockdown happend. One day before lockdown we left Lakeside to search for a quiet and safe place and we happily found the Greenhills. The Greenhills was than my home for several months - I felt so welcome and accepted from my hosts which were like my own family. We eat together, worked together, laughed together - I learned a lot about Nepali culture, society and family from them. In the Greenhills I spend one of the most happiest times of my life. I woke up early in the morning, worked on my computer, made smoothies with the fresh papayas and herbs from the garden, enjoyed the company of the chicken, went swimming to Phewa Lake or hiking to Methlang or Sarangkot, cocked dinner in our guest kitchen and spend the most beautiful evenings on the balcony. I had the best sleep in the comfortable bed just listening to the sounds of the forest. The Greenhills is sourounded by amazing nature - forest, hills and lake - but still you can reach the Lakeside easily to visit a restaurant or a bar. Now that I am back in Germany I miss the Greenhills a lot and also my hosts which have a big place in my heart. Isshwor-bhai: Thank you so much for your endless hospitality and for your patience with me and Sudarshan, that you and your lovely parents gave me a secure and warm home, for your good company - you are my Putali and I will always come back to the Greenhills, when I am in Nepal.

In the most indifferent hotel I have ever stayed in in Nepal, all the staff ignored it. The doorman pretended not to see you dragging your luggage. The front desk raised his face. Loved the design and the view. Every room has a balcony. Overall it’s a nice hotel but we came during the low season so probably hence the lack of amenities. The wifi didn’t work even though the owner tried hard to solve it, for the breakfast I got a small cup of instant coffee watered down beyond belief, the pillows if you take of the pillowcase are so dirty that I was about to throw up. And it’s not that we usually stay at fancy hotels but we weren’t lucky with this one.

As a youth traveller, it is already very good. The girls have a bathroom with a bathroom. Although they are close to the roadside, our room is close to the side of the mountain, so it is very quiet, the window is not closed, and the morning is awakened by the birdsong. The breakfast at the inn is also good on the terrace facing the Fewa Lake. The roof can be used to dry clothes, and the basic needs can be met! If a person has a backpack, it is a very good choice!
