Overall, we were disappointed and had much higher exoectations. If I had it to do over, I would have chosen Venetian or New York Las Vegas. Service is minimal. Check in is via a kiosk which complicated things if it doesn't work for you. Then, our keycards did not work in the garage....back to the line and kiosk which didn't work properly the first time. The hotel is very very crowded all the time. The layout is not ideal because you can relax and enjoy the Paris ambiance due to the crowds with luggage coming and going at all times. The other themed resorts seem to have that in a different area. The room looked old and needed refurbished or updated. The tub had a nasty stain in it. The rooms are very basic, so you are paying for the Paris lobby which is just crowded and stressful. The tower is with the visit but the hotel itself is not. Stay in a better option and visit this one while walking the strip. Best point, centrally located. Would not stay again not recommend this resort.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for New Year 2021. for an additional fee of $ 40 per day, we were accommodated on a high floor overlooking the High Roller and Bellagio fountains. the room was lovely, large with a very comfortable bed and quality linens. I have been to Las Vegas more than once and have stayed in the best hotels, but the quality of sleep in Venice is at the highest level. the hotel is very conveniently located with many excellent restaurants inside. room cleaning was every day. the hotel gave the very best experience. will definitely return to it again.

The hotel is the best in my trip in the United States this time. The price is super high. There is a breakfast room for two consecutive nights. The breakfast buffet is rich. The daughter likes to eat the steak inside, which is very tender. Because two rooms were booked, when checking in, the front desk specially arranged a Unicom room, which was very convenient to move around. Parking is free, and there is a small living room in the room, which is very comfortable. However, the snacks on the refrigerator are billed on the move. The hotel location is also very convenient, 15 minutes drive from the outlet, and there are many gas stations nearby. Below the hotel is a casino, connected with luxury shops, restaurants, and gardens. The Venetian walks forward and the Paragon, It's good to admire the fountain when you are tired.

moved to this hotel right after the new year. registered at the reception at 12 pm, promised to send an SMS when the number is ready. waited until 15:30 pm and never sent anything. I had to go to the Reception with my things again, stand in line and ask for check-in. when they reapplied, another employee named Helena spoke to us, she professionally solved our issue in 10 minutes and immediately settled us on the 42nd floor, as we had originally asked, higher. it was the Studio overlooking the fountains of Bellagio. the room itself is spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need. the room has a bathrobe and slippers, which you will not find in other hotels. amazing view. the only thing is, the quality of the bedding and the bed are not the best. the quality of sleep is average. also in two days no one has ever removed the room. otherwise the hotel is good, conveniently located, with nice restaurants inside.

The hotel is relatively old and not the biggest, but it is really attentive for Chinese tourists. It is set for the convenience of watching the 0 show, but the overall cost performance is still very good. After all, Caesar, Belle, and the Venetian are a few hundred more expensive. If you are traveling to Las Vegas for a family and you don't want to gamble, you should stay a little farther from the resort hotel, because the casino is on the first floor of the hotel. Oh yes, the hotel breakfast is delicious! !! !!

As for the hotel itself, it is what one comes to expect from the Motel 6 chain. Standard amenities. Clean, comfortable rooms. But what sets this particular location apart is hands-down the front desk staff. A special tip of the hat and recognition of excellence for ANDREA, MARY and DEREK!! The absolute perfect combination of professionalism and positive personality! If you are looking for a quality place sans the outrageous “resort fees”... look no further.

We had a terrific experience at this hotel. The place is ultra modern and seems to be a newly-built property. Everything was in tip-top condition. Front desk service was excellent, efficient, and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet, fully modernized, and spacious. All COVID safety precautions were being met by hotel staff and guests alike, and security precautions were in place to keep hotel guests safe. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The hotel is very close to the convention center. The booked room does not include breakfast, wifi is charged, and it is more expensive. It is recommended to book the widi equipment in advance on Ctrip. There is no free water supply. Be good to go to the supermarket to buy water reserves in advance, the waiter is very friendly, very enthusiastic and patient. The room was clean, comfortable and very atmospheric. The facilities are very complete and perfect. It is good to take a break from the downtown area. Great! Great

First things first- I’d like to say, WOW. JUST WOW. The MGM Skylofts...is just WOW. I have had the pleasure of staying at some of the best hotels in the world, and I can say without any hesitation, that the MGM Skylofts sets the bar. From the instant that you step onto the property- to the second you leave, you feel like a real King/Queen. I am greeted by a concierge, a bellman, and the head valet (Roger 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼) when I arrived at the skylofts... They truly know what the epitome of a “grand entrance” is. I was whisked straight to my suite upstairs by Roger and the concierge... and they must have rehearsed this-because it was literally 12am when I arrived and I was in show- how flawless everything/everyone was. Every single staff member I encountered was warm and professional, throughout my stay. You will think that they paid me for this review, but let me assure you- I am writing this review based solely on the service I received. I’m generally a little hard to please, but the skylofts left nothing to be desired. I was astounded (in a good way) at the etiquette and professionalism of every single staff member I encountered... To me, etiquette sets the PROS from the pros...the 6, maybe even 7 star hotels, from the 5 star hotels. Every time I stepped out of the elevator I was greeted, usually by name, by whom ever was at the front desk upstairs... I can’t explain how pleasant it was to walk into the “zen” skylofts lobby and furthermore be greeted so warmly by the concierge. I also had the pleasure of meeting two of the managers, Savannah and Anna. Again, it’s hard for me to put into words how extraordinary these two individuals are. I met Savannah during my first stay back at the skylofts (last time being in 2014) and she was so professional and discreet that I didn’t know she was the manager when I met her. I’ve met a number of esteemed front office executives in my travels...but I could have never told that she was the “head honcho” from my brief, first interaction with her. And when I found out who she was, I felt a little dumb- but more so pleasantly surprised at how down to earth she was. And ever since then, she has extended the most extraordinary service that I’ve ever received...from ANY hotel/resort I’ve ever stayed at. There are one or two hotels in the world that I could possibly put into the same category, but Savannah- in my opinion, represents the pinnacle of 5 star service. I’ll add that I’m a gambler- not a whale, but I gamble... and I usually am able to get “transportation,” and I’d like to say that MGM Resorts truly knows how to take care of their customers in that respect as well. Joseph, Angel, Anthony, Gary, Charles, John, Tina, and Mipch, .. and then Katerina and Jeremy that answer the phones! Everyone is so professional and kind. And I also want to add that the 24/7 room service (even during Covid) at the skylofts is from the Mansion chef... and if you’re not familiar, the Mansion chef is THE

I have stayed in so many hotels in Las Vegas. The Palazzo Hotel is considered the most cost-effective in luxury hotels. The price is not high, but the room is better. Not only is the room big and the decoration is more refined. Compared with the Venetian Hotel, although the layout is exactly the same, the decoration is slightly better The two old hotels belong to the same company, so when you check in, you can apply for an exchange with the front desk. It’s not enough. Tips are super useful. The hotel service is also more professional. If you feel that the check-out time is too early, you will basically be satisfied with the front desk. Maybe it should be cost-effective. Very high, so there are more people staying at the two hotels at The Venetian on weekends. During the epidemic, there will be a lot of people in the casino. The hotel lobby is decorated and the parking lot is not so impressive. If both hotels are parked in the wrong way, they will walk more. One thing is that there don’t seem to be any famous restaurants in it. Most of the famous restaurants are concentrated near Caesars Palace. It takes about 15 minutes to walk. If you are coming to Las Vegas for the first time and ordering Palazzo, it is a very safe choice. It can definitely satisfy vanity without spending too much price

The Platinum Hotel is a condo-style hotel a half-mile from the Strip. I booked the "Solitaire Suite Strip View" on Hotels.com. I was in Room 503, and the photos on Hotels.com were generally accurate. One photo showed a fireplace, but the room didn't have one. My suite, like most if not all of their suites, had a full kitchen and homey but boring decor. People online say they had washers and dryers in their rooms, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. The suite has a furnished balcony with a view of the Strip. It's not bad for an off-Strip view of the Strip, but much of what you see in front of you is a parking lot or back lot. Some of their kitchen equipment could have been better. The coffee maker was a cheap coffee maker that probably didn't cost more than $30 and the inside was covered in coffee residue. I called to have a tea kettle brought up. It came wrapped in a plastic bag 5 minutes later. It looked like a $10 kettle, and it was partly broken, though it was usable. Other than the inside of the coffee machine, the room was clean. The nightstands have plenty of outlets and USB ports. The desk has one electrical outlet and no USB ports, but was OK for working on a laptop. Wi-Fi was slow: Google's speed meter registered 7 Mbps down, 9 Mbps up. That's barely enough to watch a video online at medium quality. The Platinum Hotel has made extensive changes for the pandemic. Daily housekeeping has been suspended. You can call for things like towels or toilet paper, but I didn't need to do that since I was only there for 5 days. There are hand sanitizer stations everywhere--more than I've seen at other hotels and resorts. Elevators have social distancing markers, tissues, garbage cans, and hand sanitizer. Staff wear masks. Plexiglass barriers at the front desk. I didn't run into too many other guests, so there's social distancing by default. Safety changes affect the rooms as well. The kitchens are usually fully equipped, but at this time, they've removed the cookware. Items for dining are still present: utensils, plates, coffee maker, dishwasher detergent, etc. Tongs, baking dishes, frying pans, etc. are available only upon request. The TV remote in the living room was wrapped in a plastic sleeve; strangely the TV remote in the bedroom wasn't. Many of the hotel's services are shut down. The spa, restaurant, and lounge are closed. They have grocery delivery, although I didn't use it. I don't think they have room service. The pool is open for some reason. They have a "Platinum Market," which is basically a closet with a few convenience store type products. They're overpriced, especially given that there are 3 convenience stores with reasonable prices on the same intersection. The elevators are not keycard-secured. This might make food delivery easier. The ATM in the lobby charges a $5 fee per transaction, $300 maximum, $20s only. There's a dumb, semi-hidden, mandatory $28/night resort fee. It makes even

How to say, the hotel environment is ok and very convenient. The room was cleaned, the bed was large and comfortable. The hotel is a bit big and it takes a day or two to explore the habit. The Gordon Ramsey Burger in the hotel is quite famous. If you are interested, you can eat it. It's almost $ 20 a person. The additional cost of the hotel is more. The daily service fee is almost 40 yuan, including the gym, spa, and free WIFI for two people. The check-in time is three in the afternoon. If you want to check in in advance, you need to pay 30 US dollars, which is inconvenient. If it is low season, you can consider Caesar or Bailey Hotel.

The location is directly opposite to the airport runway. The surrounding commercial districts are very convenient for restaurants and supermarkets. The courtyard style, half of the lawn and half of the swimming pool are very beautiful, and there are many beautiful guests. My room is a suite, and there are doors between the bedroom and the hall. When two rooms are used, there are several anti-human designs. There are no sockets at the head of the two beds. The washbasin is big bowl-shaped and placed on the wooden table. Always worried about water splashing. There is no place to hang towels in the shower and shower. The head is fixed at the top, and it must be drenched when adjusting the water temperature. We were here for a 10 day stay and had a very pleasant experience. Our rooms were large, very clean and well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome. Housekeeping, especially Kim, kept our room spotless and was generous when we asked for extra coffee and soap. The housekeeping staff always greeted us with a smile and a friendly comment. It seemed to me that they all enjoy working at this hotel. When we had a slight problem with a cabinet door in the room, maintenance was cheerful and prompt in their response, and they left a note describing their work. Bridget at the front desk was very helpful to us. The breakfast was fresh with a large selection of items and it was kept well stocked by the hardworking staff. The supervisor, John, made us feel special and he provided delicious foods and drinks for the social events on Mon, Tues, and Wed evenings. This is a beautiful, new hotel with an exceptional staff in a great location. The airport is close by and it's a quick drive to the strip. It's also very convenient for traveling to the other Las Vegas sights such as Hoover Dam and Red Rock. We had a great stay and will be sure to stay here again!

The value for the room and location was excellent. Lucky to get a small suite (full kitchen, living room, dining room, and bedroom) on the strip for under $100 including taxes and resort fees and free parking! Facilities were definitely dated but clean and acceptable. Caveats- This was a Tuesday night on March 2, 2021. Covid-19 was on its way down but there were plenty of restaurants and ******s open for service. Hotel service was limited but who stays in their hotel when they go to Vegas? The major issue was not the hotel but the Trip.com ad that said the room came with 3 meals/day for up to 4 people. This was incorrect. The hotel told me to complain to the app, Trip.com because they did not even have a restaurant onsite. Not a huge deal because we were not planning to eat at the hotel anyway, but it was disappointing to see a mistake that was so deceiving.

1. The location of the hotel is very good, the middle of the main street, you can basically browse the entire Las Vegas area by walking. 2. Parking is a separate building. The hotels I have stayed at in Vegas are basically the same. It only takes a connecting corridor to walk from the parking lot to the front desk. The parking fee of 15 USD is paid when checking in. It is very convenient to enter and exit with the room card. 3. The hotel's software and hardware are good, the layout of the room is warm and new. Especially checkin and checkout are completed on the machine terminal, and there is customer service staff to assist, which is very convenient. The hotel's gym is fully equipped, but need to line up between 7am and 9am. 4. I have breakfast at the Italian food center on the ground floor of the hotel. I have a lot of options and very special features. I can definitely make a nutritional match for 20 dollars. Dinner at the Zhongguan restaurant on the first floor is also a good option. In addition, the bar on the first floor casino is also a good place to spend time with friends in the evening. After a little gambling, drink two glasses, smoke a cigar, and enjoy a good Vegas night. There are two problems: 1. The washbasin in the toilet is easily blocked 2. Check the bill carefully when you checkout. The hotel is behind ARIA and should belong to the same group. Self-parking is more troublesome because the parking lot is in ARIA. The decoration of the room is relatively simple, there is no sense of luxury, much worse than ARIA. The facilities are not complete. Not even a red wine glass to send! The glass is not all floor-to-ceiling, and it is terribly dirty. It would be nice to see the night scene outside. But the cleaning seemed to have begun the second day of our stay. Arriving at the hotel, we used previously read reviews for reference; parking in the north lot as it bypasses the ****** to the front desk. They check temperature and masks are mandated. (Still buying the lie) Front desk was very helpful, nice and expedited our check in, offering an upgrade for a small amount which we took. The main ****** floor was not very busy. Station Cafe is open 24 hours but there is a Fat Burger, Baskin Robins, Pizza Place and Panda Express that will hold anyone over with above par tasting food. I never used room service as these places were so convenient with no lines. Rooms were quiet with the exception of someone beginning a light hammering at 9 am two of the four days. I brought earplugs. Security is abundant around the facility; some in black suits and some armed. Security will follow you throughout your stay with video surveillance at every ceiling glance as it is probably a way of them passing the time; their reality TV. The pools were nice but only a certain portion was open during the day 10am to 4pm off season. Gym was especially nice as it has a Smith Machine, free weights and a pull up bar. It is open 24 hours from the rear entrance only to patrons. Only negative drawback is that they mandate a mask. I was "reminded" to keep my mask over my nose as I had it down trying to catch my breath. I hope they are trained in CPR as they may have people pass out from oxygen deprivation. Hint to GVR, Southpoint, nor Silverado R mandate masks in their gyms. A second minor inconvenience is that you need to ask the attendant for a towel and a bottle of water as it is under lock and key. Room amenities "toilet paper, tissues, towels" were not stocked well as we were only given one box of tissues, two large towels and one roll of TP. A nice gesture was a robe that was supplied. Only issue with this robe is that there was only one. If you wanted your room made, you needed a special request. Even then, no restocking of TP or tissues were supplied. Unsure if it was a mistake as more larger towels were replenished. Overall, besides the mask Nazi at the gym, it was a very pleasant experience. We will be staying here often when visiting family in the future.

Went for ConExpo 2020 last week. Had some doubts because it was very modestly priced, and was 8 miles or so from the Convention center. Extremely clean, very nice rooms. Lobby, elevators, everywhere was just clean and nice. I really saw the great lengths they went to in order to prevent any coronavirus transmission. There was always someone thoroughly cleaning everything, from the elevator buttons to the entrance/exit door handles (and even the trash bin covers). Complimentary breakfast buffet has everything you can hope for and was well-stocked. Everything seemed freshly made. No lines or hassles, just a steady stream of people getting what they want in 15 seconds and sitting down. ALL the staff were SUPER friendly as well. You really get the sense that they hire genuinely kind, down-to-earth people (with a preference for young blonde ladies, it seems). None of that forced-to-be-nice-as-part-of-the-job vibes. Also PARKING IS SUPER EASY and nobody in my company even had to remotely concern themselves with finding parking 24/7. Also there is a restaurant called Cracker Barrel about a 1 minute walk away (which I'd never been to, but was really good American food for really cheap, along with massive portions). Lastly, I felt very safe the entire time, whether inside or outside the hotel. Definitely recommend.

Stayed here for 2 nights on our recent trip to Las Vegas. Nice comfortable clean quiet room with comfortable beds. One drawback- no coffee machine or safe in the room as in other casinos. Interesting atmosphere with a giant fish tank with pretend mermaids. Also has a giant Bass Pro Shop attached to the casino. A real plus is the free shuttle to/from the airport. The buffet was also good & reasonably priced with a good selection . Slots were the same as other casinos in Las Vegas - not too generous. Lots to see here if you don't want to gamble for a while.
