We stayed here for two nights. First of all, Clarissa was amazing and makes the best cappuccino! The room had plentiful my of room and the mood lighting in the shower was entertaining. The staff arranged transfer us to the cruise port and called taxis for us when we needed them. The place is hidden down an alley but once you venture out you will realize that you are close to everything.

What a lovely little hotel! The staff are super friendly and really helpful, we stayed in the iLove room and it was lovely!! The bed gets made every day, it’s a memory foam mattress and pillows which were amazing and a jacuzzi in the room 😍. Perfect location, pretty much every main tourist attraction is within walking distance. We had a few issues when trying to find the hotel, I was under the impression it was a large chain and there would be lots of rooms in one large hotel building but in fact, it’s in a block of apartments and you have to press a buzzer to get in. It’s not very well signed and there is only 1 of each type of room (eg only 1 iWild and 1 iLove) so it’s very small. After trying to find the hotel for 20 minutes on our own (it was very late at night), we had to ring the hotel to help us and they were extremely helpful. The only other issue we encountered was after we got back from a day out one day, the bed had been made but our breakfast tray was still on the table and someone had emptied out all of the remains of the coffee machine into 2 bowls so there was lots of liquid spilt all over the tray and bowls full of brown water! Other than these 2 small issues, the hotel and staff were lovely and I would definitely stay here again☺️

We absolutely loved this hotel! Although it was a little difficult to find (i.e. there is no sign and the entrance is a bit sketchy looking), the people who work there were so helpful and welcoming and the interior of the hotel is clean and beautiful. The room was VERY clean and had a stunning modern aesthetic style. The shower had this cool light changing function. The hotel does not include breakfast, but it is steps away from all of the kosher and non kosher restaurants that are absolutely DELICIOUS! We recommend Baghetto meat and Baghetto milky, the local pizza shop and the gelato store. The hotel is also 15-20 min. walk from all of the popular attractions (Vatican City, Coliseum, Arch of Titus, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon etc.)

The hotel is great, and the surrounding environment is very good. It should be a relatively high-end residential area in Rome. They are all old houses and very beautiful. The hotel belongs to the standard European five-star feeling. The rooms are comfortable and the family loves them. The downside is that the restaurant upstairs is average and the price is not cheap. Breakfast is good, I don't know why other reviews will say that breakfast is not good, Italian breakfast is very simple, this hotel is already very rich, and delicious. It's not like a five-star breakfast room in China. In fact, it's not so delicious ... in short, very satisfied, highly recommended!

The hotel service was very good. After checkin someone was delivered to the room and explained the room facilities. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. I saw some people say that breakfast is simple, but I think it is very good. Breakfast abroad is coffee + bread + ham + cheese. The breakfast variety is rich. There is a Samsung Michelin restaurant on the 6th floor of the hotel. It is booked in advance. This restaurant has no a la carte menus, and the package is arranged. The service fee is quite high. It costs more than 1,100 euros for two people. . The location of the hotel is very good, the Plaza of Spain, convenient shopping and walking, not far from various attractions, taxi is very convenient in the past. The hotel does not have a parking lot, and the area is a no-go zone. Passes or locals can drive to the door, so it is convenient to take a taxi. In the end, there is a habit of collecting tips. I think the service is good and I can give it.

In addition to the location is not very good for tourists, all other cost-effective! The Waldorf Astoria brand is here, from reception to breakfast, without any downsides. Two rooms were booked very early, and when there were exhibitions, the lobby was full of people, and we were resolutely upgraded, a little unambiguous, and checked in at 3 o'clock. At this point, we can already see the service level of the hotel. Refer to the pictures for the exquisiteness of the entire hotel, and the pictures of the guest rooms are absolutely true, even if you can't see the side of the city of Rome. Breakfast is very particular about it, it must be introduced by leaders, not just whatever you want. The entire city of Rome has a panoramic view, and the balcony design is also very particular. There are large mirrors on both sides. You can sit on the sofa in the room and see all the views through the mirror. There is a shuttle bus to the city. You can get to the center in about half an hour. You can also take a bus or taxi by yourself. The bus costs 1.5 euros and rents 15 euros. Not particularly fond of shopping, tourists who mainly appreciate cultural buildings, highly recommended, high cost performance.

This is the worst experience I've ever had traveling over 30+ years. This is NOT a hotel or "guest house". This is a low rent apartment converted to rooms. Dark and dingy. There's no sound proofing between walls, so any little noise is amplified. Was yelled at and mistreated at check in for questioning additional city tax and asking for further information which was NOT stated in my confirmation emails. I even pulled up all my emails to show the receptionist that it stated paid in full. He wasn't able to explain anything, so he put Anna on the phone, who started to aggressively yell at me. It wasn't until nearly 20 minutes later that I finally found general information online about the additional city tax. On the booking site, and in their own notes, it states information on additional charges such as late check-in fees, etc, but NO INFO on the (hidden) city tax per person, per night fee. Also would like to clarify that a "guest house" connotes a warm, family-like atmosphere. Being yelled at on the phone is not welcoming. The white leather couch at the entrance was disgustingly dirty. Once we were "checked in" there was no one there providing any service or oversight. Oh wait, there's cameras, so it's a "guest house". Let's be clear too, this is an OLD APARTMENT (not in the charming sense) in the center of Rome, chopped up into 4 rooms. They are renovated but have very poor ventilation, and as a consequence our bathroom floor and shower was MOLDY. What concerned me the most, however, was that the young man at makeshift "front desk" entered our room and I had to ask him to leave immediately. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. When I told him his behavior was unacceptable, at first he arrogantly blowed it off, until I threatened to call the police. Suddenly he quieted down. It was like talking to a misbehaved child. Something felt very weird about the whole exchange, and when I went back to the room immediately called my husband to find us a new hotel. I checked the reviews, which we should have looked at initially, and noticed a similar pattern. At first the apartment owner (father of the 30 year old young man who checked us in) refused to cancel our booking, and said his son was "only trying to show us how to use the coffee maker". Total lie, since he never mentioned it at all and my daughter is witness to his entering our room. Creepy experience. Thank God we were only there one night, and were able to move to a new hotel around the corner. I left a review at hotels.com, and you can read Anna's response. It's telling how she bulletpoints each concern with a rebuttal, like it's my fault for not knowing about the city tax, when it's NOT in the confirmation email, and somehow the guy entering our room turns into "showing us how to use the air conditioning". No, that's not what happened at all. I told the receptionist I was going to leave a negative review AFTER he entered our room. I would never advise two women to stay at this hotel

My girlfriend and I arrived here late after a long drive down from the Amalfi coast. On arrival, Giorgio made us feel welcomed and relaxed. He was excellent and advising how best to spend our two days in Rome and also gave us great advice on public transport as well as great inexpensive restaurants to try that wouldn't just be tourist traps or needlessly expensive (especially as we are two travellers on a strict budget). He also tried to fix our AC as it wasn't working properly meaning our room was more akin to a sauna - not ideal when it is still nearly 25 degrees at 10pm. He offered to move us and dragged our heavy cases up and down flights of stairs and through narrow doorways to make sure we were comfortable here. Genuinely a lovely guy and I would certainly stay here again when we return to Rome in future. The rooms are basic but ideal for a cheaper alternative and those who want to make their money go a little further. The restaurant he recommended was delicious and only set us back €35 for two arge pasta dishes, a side of bruschetta, two large beers and a table water. Pretty good for a European capital in the height of August. Thank you for your outstanding service, Giorgio - from two very satisfied customers!

Stayed here for a night because we were planning to take the train from Roma Termini the next day. It was so convenient - we got off the Leonardo Express at Termini and reached the hotel on foot within 5 minutes. Front desk staff was very warm and friendly, and gave us lots of tips on where to go during the short time we had in Rome. It was walkable to lots of things to eat and do - for example, we got to the Spanish Steps in 15 minutes on foot at a relaxed pace. Room was very comfortable and clean. We had a lovely complimentary breakfast delivered straight to our room on a tray - I loved the way they let us order, by ticking boxes on a sign and hanging it outside the door (if you are really hungry you can order as much as you want!) The staff were kind enough to let us get breakfast at 645am so that we could catch our early train, even though usually breakfast starts at 7am. The only things that could be improved are that the pillows are quite flat, and in our room the water temperature ran hot and cold rather unpredictably. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

We stayed at the Via Cavour 150 location and it was great. Walking distance to most of the city and a quick Uber if you got tired. Only a 150 meters from the metro and great night life just a block away. Lost of local eateries. Simple breakfast nook, just enough to get the day started. Staff was friendly and at your call on the phone. Warning, if you are a needy traveler who requires constant front desk service, this is not for you. If you are an independent traveler who can make your own plans and make your own way. Fantastic place. Don't get me wrong, if you need help, the staff is only a phone call or email away and they were very helpful with check in and checkout, they are just not sitting at a vacant front desk. We would absolutely stay here again.

Trastevere
Residenza delle Arti is located in the Travestere section of Rome. The rooms are large and well furnished and the bathroom is modern and good sized. The continental breakfast is self-serve with beverages, fruit, cereal, yogurt, pastries and bread. Coffee and tea available all hours. The location is convenient to most all the major sights in Rome. The forum, Coliseum, Pantheon, Piazza Navonna, Piazza Venezia, etc are all within easy walking distance. There are also many excellent restaurants in Travestere. Residenza can easily be reached from the Rome airport by an easy train/tram combination trip that takes about 45 minutes. The hotel is a very short walk from the tram stop. The stay was made even more enjoyable by our host, Renato. He explained what the facilities offered, provided a map and list of restaurants in the area that former guests had recommended. He genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay and we certainly did.

Via Veneto
Our family of 6 stayed at this boutique hotel for four nights during our trip to Italy last summer. We chose this hotel based on its location and amenities and we were not disappointed. The hotel is situated on a quiet street near Barbarini Square which has a metro stop and taxi stand. It is a ten minute walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern. The rooms are larger than rooms we stayed in other hotels while on our trip with nice bathrooms and very comfy beds. The rooms were quiet due to its location and excellent soundproofing between rooms. The breakfasts were in the lower section of the hotel with indoor and outdoor seating. The food was good and we never had to wait for a table. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar where we would gather for drinks before heading out to dinner. The staff at the hotel were both helpful and friendly. One of our daughters left her retainer in the room and the hotel staff found it and shipped it back to the United States along with a few other items we had left and not realized. One downside was in the evenings the front desk struggled to get us taxis to get to our dinners. Sometimes we would have to wait 30 minutes. The staff tried their best to get them, but they just had a hard time getting them there. I am not sure if it was because of the location of the hotel or if it is just difficult to get taxis at that time of day. Overall, this was an exceptional stay for us and would definitely stay here again.

Like so much of Rome the outside of a building gives so little by way of a clue as to what’s inside. This is an amazing building on the inside. The Navona Grand Suite is a perfect place to stay whilst in Rome. 10mins walk to Piatza Navona and 10mins to the Pantheon. Just out of the hustle and bustle of all the tourists. Great places to eat round the corner from the hotel. The building was in the film Eat pray love. To find the suites there is a large grey door between della Portugese and della Orzo. The sites are access behind the door, use the intercom on the left. We will definitely book here again as we felt more like locals than tourists. FENDI's first concept hotel in the world is more like a lifestyle experience hall. A full set of Fendi Casa, Karl Lagerfeld photography works, unique lamps, fur stitching, artwork... Because the hotel has only 7 suites, and they are all located on the same floor, it feels more at home, and the public space is more like a big house The living room, corridor, living room...a bit of living under the same roof, the decoration details are very exquisite, and it beats the Armani hotel🤘 The only problem is that there are no children's slippers, toothbrushes, etc., the bar on the top floor is like a nightclub, and children are not allowed to enter...

Breakfast was very tasty and consisted of sweetness but also Italian meats, cheeses, hard-boiled eggs, yoghurts, jams etc. Although we spent only one night in this hotel, it was a nice experience. Always a debate to stay in a hotel or in an apartment. In case of Rome, we decided to stay in this apartment, and we never regret. Owners always ready to help you with your inquiry. Good breakfast, excellent coffee, and small kitchen with few pans and pots, so you can cook for yourself. We did it. Like anywhere in Rome, if you are a light sleeper, ask for an apartment at the higher floor. Very unique even for Rome hotels, card reader to your room. You always feel safe and private. No problem with wi-fi. I recommend it, and if we visit Rome again we will stay there. Close to metro station. 5 min to Via del Corso, famous prestigious boutique center. Walking distance to places like Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps, nice walking through Rome to Piazza Navone and/or Pantheon. Many off touristy pizzeria, local small “deli”, and restaurants.

The hotel is only a few hundred meters from People’s Square and 20 minutes walk to Rome’s main business centre and the Spanish Steps. Walk along the river bank for an hour or so to the cathedral, and it is especially convenient to go there. A lot of restaurants outside the hotel are more convenient to eat. We stayed here for six days, the old hotel room was small but the health was very good, the breakfast was simple but the basic things were there, especially the raw ham and all kinds of sausages I loved. Unfortunately, the elevator broke down for three days and climbed the stairs every day. However, it is also a good price-performance hotel in Rome.

My wife and I usually stay at hotels one price class below Vilon, but after 3 months in Covid lock-down we wanted to splurge on a truly exclusive experience while on a city trip to Rome in June 2020. We were not disappointed. We spent 3 nights at Vilon and everything was perfect - the interior decoration of the room and dining areas (tasteful and timeless, with a lovely breakfast room and interior court yard, mid-century furniture, plants and art everywhere), the location (within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, Borghese park) and perhaps most of all the excellent service (exceedingly attentive, polite, friendly and knowledgeable). Breakfast was lovely and dinner at the restaurant (Adelaide) the best meal we had while in Rome, and reasonably priced. We hope to come back to Rome soon - we were not able to visit the Colosseum and Vatican Galleries this time as tickets were in limited supply due to Covid - and will definitely stay at Vilon again when we do. A big thank you to all the staff for making our stay so special.

Trevi Fountain Surrounding
Hotel location is very good, in the center of Rome, about 50 meters from the famous Trevi Fountain, to Venice Square, Colosseum, Plaza de España and other attractions can be walked, only 3 km from the Vatican, shopping and dining are very convenient. Belonging to the B&B category, in an old building, there is a single bed outside, a 1.8-meter double bed in the room, the washstand, the shower and the toilet are separated, and the total area is about 30 square meters. Suitable for young couples living with a baby, there is no extra bed space in the room. The rooms are fully equipped and clean. The hotel does not have a lift, but the hotel can help to bring the luggage into the room, the service is good, will try to meet the guests' requirements. Breakfast in the small restaurant next to the downstairs, there are bread, cake, pizza, eggs, fruit, sausage, cheese, milk, black tea, coffee, etc. It is good, recommend the grilled pizza, not as salty as other restaurants. It tastes good. The central area of Rome is very old buildings and streets. The road is narrow and the parking is not convenient. The hotel is not on the main street. The advantage is that the sleeping is very quiet. The disadvantage is that there is no parking space. Special reminder: Be sure to check the store time in advance, check in after 9 pm, add money!

This “hotel” is an ideal location walking distance to the Trevi fountain, Piazza novena, and the pantheon… We had a tour at the Vatican museums and with a small bite to eat along the way were able to walk back from even there! That being said this hotel is not really a hotel… More of a glorified Airbnb! Let me clarify… It is located on the fourth floor of a shopping center building and the “hotel” contains only four rooms… no signage is prominently displayed in said shopping area, just a small plaque above the doorbell, as if you were going to visit someone’s flat or apartment. Upon checking in we received four keys: one for the front door that leads to the shopping area, One for the elevator to get it to go to the fourth floor of this “hotel”, one for stairway door on the fourth floor, and then finally one for our room. The rooms are fine very modern looking but they are tiny, the shower door is so closely placed to the bidet that the bidet has a foam square adhered to it to ensure the glass does not bang into the porcelain of the bidet… The passageway that you have to squeeze your way inbetween to get into the shower is incredibly tiny, I am not an overweight man but I struggled to get into the shower… There is no doubt in my mind if you weighed over 200 pounds you would struggle even more to enter the shower. The breakfast buffet is located on the terrace… It included cornflakes, cappuccinos from a Keurig you would have in your house, and some small store bought croissants and scrambled eggs, hardley a spread one would anticipate from a place called a luxury suite. The walls are razor thin one night we were awoken several times by the ringing of the front reception phone, With there only being four rooms in the hotel our room was literally down the hall from reception. Upon check out the receptionist insisted we settle our room bar items bill and city tax with cash until ultimately relenting and allowing us to use our credit card. Again I am not familiar with any luxury suite hotels that refuse to take credit card. Overall an excellent location but not at all what we were anticipating and a poor excuse for a hotel.

Pantheon
Hotel Mimosa is located in the perfect location for visiting Rome, and it was very clean and comfortable, at a very good price; I would definitely stay here again, it was a great value. What was so nice about the location was that not only was it near the Pantheon and easy walking distance to everything (we walked everywhere, but the buses at Largo Argentina were only a block away), but the area was low-key and not overly touristy and felt safe at night. I would suggest asking for a room away from the street; ours faced the street, and I enjoyed the view, but there were various noises on the street during the night, from shouting men to garbage trucks, that kept us awake the first night (after that, we walked so much each day that we slept through it!). The hotel itself consisted of the second floor in a large block building, with an elevator. A small reception, a breakfast room, and the guest rooms (maybe 10 of them?) made up the hotel; decor was 1970s and somewhat shabby, but everything was clean. Our room was one of the largest, and was very spacious. The beds were on the firm side but comfortable, with plenty of pillows; also there was a small desk and chair in the room, and a large wardrobe. The bathroom was tiny but well-appointed, with good shower pressure, a large sink, and a hairdryer, and was very clean. The towels were large and soft. The breakfast buffet offered choice of bread, pastries and cakes, salami and cheese, scrambled eggs, two cereals, fruit, tea, coffee, and juices. All fresh and tasty. Finally, the staff were friendly and helpful; they arranged transport from and to the airport at a good price (via email, before we arrived), and assisted with whatever we needed. Altogether a great stay!

Colosseo
For most of our time in Rome we stayed at Domus Caracalla. It is about a twenty minute walk from the Colosseum. There are several restaurants in this area and we recommend stopping at one of the first one's you come to - closer to Caracalla and farther from the Colosseum - unless you want something Italian "quick." There is a bus route near by, but we found it quite confusing as the same numbered bus did not seem to take the same route each time. There is also an option of walking to a metro - we recommend taking the alleys and side-streets to get there. It appears a new stop may be going in closer to the bed and breakfast sometime in the future. One of the best things about this place is the breakfast. It is a very fresh breakfast brought to the door at a pre-arranged time (between 7 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.) each morning. Our breakfast included hard-boiled eggs, croissants, bread, red-orange juice, coffee, tea, and yogurt. It was our best Bed & Breakfast meal while in Italy! We were able to eat it out on the patio in the morning and it was very refreshing. Be sure to let the owner know in advance of arrival any food sensitivities, allergies, or food preferences. It is also nice that your room is cleaned every day. So make sure to tidy up a bit before you leave your room. Accessing the apartment can be a bit tricky, so you want to make sure to prearrange your arrival time. Once you enter the building you will pass through the front part of apartments - up and down a few steps - to the inner courtyard. You'll walk through the courtyard, then up a few steps to enter the back half of the building. From there you'll use a typical Italian elevator - small. Make sure to close both doors before selecting the floor. Domos Caracalla is an apartment with about four rooms. This would be a great place to stay as a family with children as there are several room options that include both king size beds and twin beds. Our first room had one king and then a separate twin in a little room off of the main room and a second twin next to the king. If you are staying as a couple, I would request the room with the private balcony, but be warned it is a smaller room. The bathroom is a typical Italian bathroom. (Typical Italian = Toilet + bidet. Hair dryer. Smaller toilet paper rolls. No facial tissues or wash cloths. European style bath towels. - They are full body, although a bit thinner than what you would find in the U.S. Not much counter space.) It does include multi-purpose soap, shower caps, hair dryer, and even a shoe sponge. Your shoes get quite dirty in Rome! The television is quite small, about the size of a lap-top screen. It is a relatively quiet place to stay other than the sound of the ambulance from the hospital next door. The owner is very helpful in suggesting places to visit and times of day to do so. Be sure to plan time in to your plans to visit with her in the morning before leaving for your days activities. Overall the host

Me and my partner visited town house Spagna for 4 nights. We were instantly impressed with the customer service when they what’s app messaged to book a private transfer from airport to hotel. On arrival the staff were very very helpful. Our room was absolutely perfect for the both of us, plenty of space, and very clean. One downside was the size of the shower, it wasn’t easy to move around and we needed the doors to be open in order to properly clean. It had a good tv (although not used much) but wonderful if you fancied a Netflix watch in the evenings. The hotel was ideally located, close to lovely shops and within walking distance of all the must see sights in rome. We had included in our stay a breakfast each morning, despite this being the bakery next door and not located in the hotel, it was lovely food and perfect to bring back to you room. They was also very helpful and catered just for me and my partner who suffers with a nut allergy. Would highly recommend a stay here and will hopefully return.

Stayed 3 nights at the San Pietro Suites apartment. Location was just five minutes from St Peter's. Rooms were a nice size, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice large shower. We didn't have breakfast as we were out every morning before 8am. Fridge in the room and tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms very quiet - could not hear any nose outside or from neighbouring rooms. Max was very accommodating and contacted us before we arrived with precise instructions. On the day of our departure, he kept our cases for us and organised a taxi to bring us to the airport. Would definitely recommend a stay here - we aged in range from 65 to 12 and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay 5* service

Monti
Francesca, Luca and Erica were unforgettable hosts at the Interno 7 Luxury Rooms. They obviously love their work and they love people. Each time my friend or I asked them for help, they responded with warmth and enthusiasm. We were never made to feel we were imposing on them. Luca suggested the perfect restaurant within walking distance, Francesca did research in order to answer some of our questions and Erica was always eager to provide the cappuccinos that kept us coming back for more every morning. We could walk to almost everything and it was a pleasure to come home to a beautifully decorated room more spacious then we'd anticipated and with a bed and bath larger than we'd imagined when we booked the hotel. Rome is now one of my favorite cities and the Interno 7 one of my favorite hotels of all the many places I've been in the world. Judith Andreica, Grants, NM, USA

Trevi Fountain Surrounding
I would like to start this review with the location...... The location is perfect.... A stones throw from the beautiful trevi fountain 15 min walk away from the colosseum and pantheon..... Secondly the hosts... The man who we predominantly dealt with was very polite and welcoming... He also made a phone call to our transfer operator when they were late.. The young lady at breakfast was polite... The room was big and had everything we needed including iron and a fridge... Yes it was dated and could do with a freshen up... However for what we needed it was just fine....... Would I return if I was in Rome...... Yes I would.

Via Veneto
The hotel is very new and the decoration is very good. The check-in will send two bottles of pure water and bubble water, and each of the Coke Fanta Sprites will meet the needs of the Chinese. Also send two soft drinks from the upstairs restaurant. The location of the hotel is on the edge of a large green area of the hill, but there is no bus to the hotel entrance, and the bus time in Rome feels unreliable. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the subway (Spain Square), and you can walk 20 minutes to Termini Railway Station. However, because the roads in Rome are all small stone bricks, it is very inconvenient to drag the boxes. Therefore, traffic is not particularly convenient. The size of the hotel is not very large, so the type of breakfast is slightly less than the nh opposite the big hotel. The hotel staff is very welcoming, and the English is quite standard, and the communication is smoother than Venice. There is also a room on the 0th floor. When I go there, the tenant is complaining that the music at the door has been put, it is too noisy...

We stayed here for 5 days and it was the best place we stayed in all of hotels in our Euro trip. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The place is near the train station and a few minutes walk to the bus stop.

The location was very good for Travestere and the room was clean and tidy with a comfy bed but there is no one on reception at weekends so we let ourself in - all fine but worth being aware of the fact. The main problem is the noise. There seems to be zero soundproofing so from our room at the front of the building we could hear the street noises - very loud traffic including the tram right outside the building - and the noises of other guests. We don't usually leave negative reviews but just want other travellers to be aware of the noise because it can really affect your trip if you get hardly any sleep!

The hotel is very comfortable and safe. From airoport 30 min by train and 5 min walk! Just use tram 3 and 8 and you can reach any city highlites. 2 supermarkets are very close. It would be nice to have a teapot in the room, what is very important for Russians and probably English. Daniela speaks very good English and very helpfull. Next time definitely will stay in your hotel!
