This hotel is absolutely beautiful! Totally worth the money by far! Our stay was amazing everyone made us feel welcome. I have praise Angel at the front desk. She was absolutely phenomenal. She was always going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of for us. Cheyenne at the front desk was awesome took care of all our needs. The people who gave out the food in the breakfast line I give a heads up on the black heavy set man who was friendly and professional. Not so much for the girl older girl in cutoff shorts who help him. Room was so clean and the pool awesome. Friendly housekeeping staff made us feel good. We stayed in room 131 and the only problem was the door to the bathroom could not close. Staff went out of their was to drive us anywhere we needed. I loved this place and would never look for any other place. Location is perfect right next trolley for tours and they pick you up at the hotel.From$76

The Ponce is an older hotel with plenty of charm and character, which was what I was looking for. It has been maintained and updated beautifully. The staff was very welcoming and accomodating. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable.The bed was extremely comfortable. Amenities included pool, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blow dryer, iron, ironing board, writing desk with chair, huge HD TV, and free WIFI. A guest laundry room is available. The Ponce is a 15 minute walk or short drive to the St. Augustine old historic site. Shopping, restaurants, and a salon and spa are also minutes away. The Ponce is on the water, and although the restaurant does not face the water, the view is beautiful.
The hotel restaurant, the DeLeon, is a Colombian restaurant. The food was delicious and authentic! I can't wait to eat there again.
I give the Ponce Hotel a rating of A+++++. I also must mention that I left a pair of diamond earrings in my room, and within an hour of checking out, Negar, the hotel desk receptionist, called me to let me know, and my earrings are being mailed to me. This honesty and going the extra mile is seldom seen today, and I was extremely impressed and grateful. Again,I rate them very highly and plan to return on my next visit.From$81

The location is great, walking distance to everything. We had a King room first floor, very nice and clean. They do a nice job keeping this place clean. Parking is available, 18.00 a day. The lady at the front desk is awesome, ask her a question and she will help. Really nicely ran hotel.From$179

This place was great. Out first trip to St. Augustine. We will be coming back. Every one at the hotel was so helpful and polite. Location was great and a great starter breakfast. Location was great. . The trolley pick us at the hotel. Great fun great history. If you go make sure to visit the place with the Big Cross . The hotel was comfortable and the area felt quite safe. It was quiet and the beds were good. Good hot water and nice pressure. The lighting around the beds was very convenient, and included charging ports. We were surprised to receive fresh towels on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay. Housekeeping and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and clean, and refreshing. Denny's is next door, and Village Inn is just a couple blocks, for the times we wanted to eat before or after we went downtown. Did wish it was a little closer to the main part of the historic area. When it was hot and humid, we didn't walk and arrive all sweaty to start with. Instead we called Ubers for $5-8, and walked back.From$139

This was a perfect property for a weekend stay. The room was extremely spacious and meticulously cleaned. The location is fantastic, easily accessible to many of St Augustine's attractions. Most noticeably, the staff here was just amazing. Each front desk agent, every time we passed by, was so outgoing and friendly, it just made for an excellent stay. The woman that checked us in during the evening shift was so welcoming, and extremely helpful and informative. The woman in the mornings was equally friendly, and greeted us every time we walked by the front desk. I highly recommend this property!!SOLD OUT

If you want to go around the hour, it is a very comfortable small city with its own sea, its own university, My own pedestrian street, my own castle, and the ancient city gate. When the weather is good, I walk around the streets and drink coffee in the hotel. It's very refreshing... The hotel staff is also very polite, and leave the keys in the mailbox when it is late at night Self check-in, the hotel is very warm, there are wine drinks and small snacks when they arrive. Breakfast is a little later, at 9 o'clock, everyone will eat downstairs together. The boss prepares one portion, and one is staffed. It is very distinctive... When leaving, the boss also asked for a good review, which was indeed in place. By the way, parking is in his backyard. It is free and easy to find. It is recommended to live there when you go to Xiaocheng...

The location can’t be beat and the rooms are so nice. All the staff we’ve dealt with have been fantastic as well. The inn provides a parking pass for the garage across the street, and with the inn’s location you might not even need your vehicle for the majority of your visit.

This place is very clean and beautiful. The front desk young man Imran is very cool and very friendly, He gave me water right away he saw I was very exhausted. Now on this time, people don't care or respect, but this guy is totally different from everyone else out there. He was raised very well, and I wanted to give a shout-out to his parents for raising him so well. He is truly a Dimond for Days Inn by Wyndham.
