Warm and quaint boutique hotel near Lavender. Although it’s not near to the MRT and shopping area, it’s within walking distance to lots of food outlets, including the famous Pig Organ Soup. Room is very small but we love the huge LCD smart TV and free Netflix access. Room is neat and clean with a cosy ambience.

Very friendly staff, they will answer any questions you have and will greet you with a smile. The location is suitable, there is a bus stop located very close which is convenient. The breakfast is simple but some toast, cereal and coffee it good for me. The bathrooms are always clean, and there is always hot water. The rooms are clean with convenient storage. If traveling to Singapore by yourself specially for my ladies this is a good place to stay. Oh and there is an amazing ice cream shop close bya and may restaurants.

Even though the apartment we got is only on the 7th floor (one level above lobby, swimming pool etc), the view is quite good and away from the main road. It is very clean and has everything we need for 4D3N. We made pasta for two dinners. House keeping for our apartment is on Mon, Wed, Fri so we only got one day for housekeeping which is more than enough. Not many people uses the gym so when we visited, we had the whole gym to ourselves. Gym towel and drinking water are provided. They also provide wet towels for cleaning up the equipment before and after our use. MY Cafe and Bar downstairs has delicious food. Breakfast buffet options are quite limited but are delicious! We also ordered in-room dining and we really enjoyed ourselves. The only thing that can be further improved is probably the refrigerator and 2-in-1 washer dryer. I notice stains in the refrigerator, and also the washer left white streaks on our clothes. The dryer didn’t dry our clothes well even though we dry twice (3 hours per round). Oh, the front desk staff are really friendly and nice. Overall, we will come back again!

Booked a room with outdoor jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was awesome and it was very cleaned too. The entire room was cleaned But the tv when we watch the movie half way. It auto off. There is also no timer button on the remote. The Air Con, we change the temperature to low or higher it changed back to 20 degrees. But overall everything was perfect. Will definitely book again

It's really a pleasant staycation just before the new measures kicks in!!! It's really a big room as if u have just shifted to a studio apartment.. there are living room and a kitchen.. there are two TV, one in the living room n bedroom.. kitchen has cups but not all are very clean but still manage to have two to use eventually.. there is a speaker w radio and it can be connected to ipod, if u dun have a ipod just use it as a radio, its really damn cool but remember to on the switch coz most of the switch are off maybe it's due to safety reason 👍 view it's really nice but it can be nicer it's you are facing the flyer.. and personally I like the roof top pool side.. its really very nice.. 🥰 scenery it's really exotic even its just an hours used of facility.. highly recommended and will definitely come back again 🥰 thanks for the welcome gifts most importantly mask it's provided if you didn't bring for your stayca.. 🥰

I checked in for 3 nights and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and attentiveness of the hotel. Although it was undergoing renovation but disruption was minimal. Although I had to take 2 lifts to exit the hotel each time, but it was ok. The WiFi connect was stable throughout during my 2 full days of video conference in the hotel room. Thank you for the birthday cake and housekeeping service even though it was beyond office hours. I checked in on a weekday and the whole process was fast and smooth. Will definitely come back again. Thank u for the good birthday experience.

It was a very nice staycation I could've ever booked for my weddinng anniversary! Room are bigger then usual hotel room. Lots of space between bed and tv, I appreciate the space as we intended to stay most of the time in the room so we have space to walk around. Downside it says the room comes w a 2 meter lounge seat but there was only lounge stool instead but overall its still alright. Nice view 24/7 with the Marina Bay View! Totally going to have another round of staycation here.. missing it already! ☺️ *Since it's covid time, do come earlier than your check in time by half an hr as we are being seated to write declare forms while waiting for our turn to checked in.

The hotel facilities are relatively old. When checking in, the hotel said in advance that Ctrip bookings cannot be used for Sands membership points, and Ctrip has to work hard. The main building is good, with three columns supporting a large ship. The sound of the air conditioner is loud. The sky garden waiter on the 57th floor said that it was going to rain and the seats outside were closed, but there were obviously many people sitting, and after doing it, they didn’t say they couldn’t do it. When you go out to take a taxi, there are not many cars, you have to wait, and no one is responsible for the taxi. It should not be a world-class five-star hotel.

I didn’t sleep well, yet I had a great stay and might even come back for another staycation. The building is just such a feast for the eyes. Even the roof is beautifully crafted. The pool had a great view. Laying on your back in the water, you see 3 levels of lush vegetation above you. Almost like swimming in a jungle valley. The only problem for me, was the room. I’m a fussy sleeper. The bed was a tad hard. The comforter was a tad too warm. The aircon wasn’t easily calibrated. So we were alternating between being too warm between the sheets and yet too cold without. A tad disappointing for us, because we stayed at the chain’s Beach Road property, and we slept like babies there. The inside of the room was also visible from the corridor, so not so ideal. That said, we had no regrets booking this hotel. It is really a spectacular building, and well worth your money and time to experience it. All the vegetation and trickling water, made it feel like you are forest bathing without the mosquitoes. And although the room was visible from a corridor, that said corridor was also lined with lush vegetation and a strip of water. Giving the room a nice composite view of greenery nearby and distant vistas. Closing the day curtains solved the privacy issue, and also gave you shadows of the vegetation outside, almost like wayang kulit. The service from all the staff was also very considerate, the guy manning the towel counter at the pool made an impression, everyone was just geared towards giving you a good experience. Location wise, it’s just a stone’s throw to Hong Lim food centre, which has a wide selection of Michelin Rated hawker food. We would definitely consider another staycation here, becx we really had a great time. But we might consider booking a higher grade room which faces Hong Lim Park, because that’s where the lushest vegetation and nicest views are.

Easy check in and check out. Room small but for an overnight stay, it’s fine. Room looks clean except maybe some frosted mirror toilet writing that’s not obvious. Room facing the junction which is not ideal if you are a light sleeper. Distracting noises that I cannot tell where it’s coming from in addition to the traffics noise. Overall, ok for an overnight heavy sleeper.

The hotel is very clean. The guy at the front desk can speak simple Chinese, but the room is a bit small, there is no place to enlarge a piece of luggage, two bottles of mineral water a day, two bags of instant coffee powder, no windows, but there is no uncomfortable smell in the room , About 20 minutes walk from the beach

The facilities are very user-friendly, the network high-speed signal is good, the scenery outside the window is good. Good value for money, but still have to order earlier, the room rate will be discounted a lot.

Conveniently located in the heart of Joo Chiat/Katong area, we had a great time exploring the vicinity. Facilities and room was great, just that it can get noisy at night (cars, people shouting) as the sound-proofing is not that good. All aside, we had a great time!

I did a 1 night hotel stay for 2 guests, including myself. The check-in at the hotel was pretty swift and standard. They asked for my ICs and said to fill out a form for health declaration. After that was done, I headed up to my room which was on the 5th level and I have to say, it is very clean and cozy. Due to the location, there aren’t many high-rise buildings in the vicinity, so there was a lot of natural sunlight that lit up the room nicely. The view was mostly the rooftops of the shophouses, that’s Ok. The bathroom is small but cozy as well, I was impressed that a private shower is able to be installed in the bathroom. I was happy that there was also a bidet. However I felt that there should be at least 2qty of body wash and shampoo bottles as the room was meant for a 2-guest stay. The cabinets already had an iron and ironing board; I found that convenient. The TV was working well, there wasn’t any white noise or static that came out from the audio, and the screen was of satisfactory quality. I had a problem with the air-conditioning, however, because it felt like the room was only as cold as 20℃ instead of the min. 16℃. I do wish the front desk had been clearer with the policy of having a max of 2visitors. It was a disappointment as this was not stated on their front desk at all. Ironically, there was signage which had a reminder that the max of 5 persons per group. In spite of everything, it was a pretty decent stay. I may consider staying at this hotel again.

Stay was alright. Room was quite small and clean but sufficient for 1 night stay. Do note that upgrade and early/late check out are subjected to availability which isn't clearly stated, but I understand. I got a room on the first floor and you can clearly hear the staff at the reception laughing and talking quite loudly, even though my room was at the end of the corridor.

SGD$59 saturday in sunday out. has bath tub, fridge, slippers, free flow of towels and water bottles but TV only has local analogue programmes (channel 5,8,news asia), downgraded from 2 months agao which still have cable channels (movie, sports, finance, news, documentary). Wifi difficult to connect due to phone display to scan QR code appear on my screen, quite impossible, so queried at counter. Day male chinese young manager not so patient and not good attitude in solving the issue and communicating . Night female non-chinese manager (sound like Thai) was considerate and support and solved the issue patiently and wholeheartedly, even helped source a phone charger for me as i only have cable.

The hotel as a whole can be well equipped, quiet, clean immediately, the front desk staff is good But the sanitary cleaning was not complete. When I checked in, there was hair left by the previous guest in the bathtub. There were stains on the inside of the quilt. The air conditioner is a central air conditioner. It can only be adjusted from the front desk. The room cannot be adjusted to 22 degrees. It is too cold for me, but whether I report it at the front desk or call the front desk, although the room number is confirmed, the temperature is not raised. Don't fold the quilt into two layers and sleep in a cotton jacket ...

Place is very convienient near to bus stop, mrt and malls. Front Desk staff are polite, helpful and accomodating. At first we requested if they have disposable utensils and they provided, 2nd day we asked if we can use their microwave to heat some food and they gladly accomodates us. Cleanliness is average, just that our comforter have black stain but staff rest assured us that it was just a stain, cannot removed but it is washed and newly changed. Amenities basic toiletries but no hair conditioner lol. Indeed it was a pleasant stay. Cheaper price compared to same hotel class but it is such a decent hotel. Highly recommended! Thank you so much

A very well spent weekend at Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore for my birthday this year... Environment: 5/5 stars After not being use my passport for the past 1year, it has also been one year from my previous staycation... This 2D1N at Dusit really brings us the “overseas” feel.. No tall buildings nor the familiar HDB in sight... overlooking is the golf course and the pool with some pavilions... Room: 4.5 / 5stars We got a Laguna Pool View King Room... room size was definitely shiok! Separate toilet and bath which comes with shower head and rain shower- 5 stars hotel indeed!! Only thing I felt can be improved is probably the trees at the window that needs trimming... cos the trees kinda affected the “pool view”... but the view of the gold course is good also... Amenities: 5/ 5stars Highly recommended to book the cabana if u are visiting the pool... we had our dinner at the cabana by the pool... the feeling is indescribably SHIOK! Haha... watch planes fly over your head often when you are in the pool too... They also have a well equipped Gym... perfect for our training due to sinful indulgence during meal time Service: Unbelievable!! 👍🏾 Special Thanks to Mr Muzaffar who has been helping us to arrange the memorable experience.. We definitely had a great 2D1N at the resort... also take the opportunity to thank every one in the hotel industry during this period as I understand that it’s really not easy... Mr Muzaffar has been helping us to arrange the time slots for the pool, gym and all the deliveries that were sent to the concierge.. The celebration wouldn’t be a success without him... and when we get to meet him in person, you would know that it’s all because of the passion in him.. Always a big smile and patiently answers all the guests queries... This Mr Sunshine definitely adds on to the overall resort experience... He even volunteered to help us book a taxi using his own app after we checked out!!! 10 stars to his spirit of service! We will definitely be back... and very soon!!!

The hotel is clean and room was spacious for a solo staycation. I really like how the room has a kitchenette furnished with a microwave, induction cooker and mini fridge! You can readily buy your ingredients at the supermarket next door for your meals. Although hotel location may not be in town, it’s good for travellers who want to be away from the hustle and bustle. You can take a bus to Changi beach or visit the mall just next to the hotel. The downsides I feel were firstly, that my room was facing an office building and for privacy, I had to close my curtains at all time. Secondly, the TV has no Netflix/YouTube so have to bring your cables. You can loan a HDMI cable from the concierge but they only have limited sets, didn’t manage to secure one :( thirdly, while there is a chatbot to make requests, it does not understand some of the requests (eg: HDMI cable). Called the reception thrice and nobody picked up so had to go down to the concierge to request. Overall, it was a fairly good and enjoyable stay. :)

The location is a bit off. I got a hack from the airport and asked me for a new 25. After getting off the bus, I saw a very small hotel door and two stairs. There is no elevator. I was dragging my suitcase. I really wanted to cry. Take a look at the price on the counter... Hot water is supplied, but there is no hair dryer in the room (I didn't ask at the front desk because I brought a hair dryer). Sleeping at night is quite quiet and not noisy Check out at eleven in the morning The key to open the door is not a combination lock or a room card

At 11:30 in the evening, arrive at the T2 train ride, and there is a small train. It is said that there is no more at 12:00. The hotel needs from T2 to T1, it is very convenient to take the small train skytrian, it will arrive in about 1 minute. When I got off the bus, I saw the escalator upstairs and it was a hotel, which was convenient. The hotel room is large, the sanitary condition is also good, the sound insulation effect is not as good as the netizen said, but we did not hear the noise when we slept overnight. The shortcoming of the hourly room is that it is not enough to sleep, and it is more than 5 o'clock to get out. Yes, friendship reminder, if you are like me, live at 0:00-6:00. It is good to book the date of the day. The breakfast at the hotel is not bad. There are several options to choose from. The restaurant can watch the plane while dining, but it hasn't been lit for more than 6 o'clock. We didn't see anything.

Overall it’s a once in a life time experience, won’t ever come back to this hotel again as it’s too small for our liking. Bed is comfy and able to adjust flat and sitting position very cool (like hospital bed)! Sleeping on the bed is comfy until I feel like there’s a bug crawling around my thigh, I thought it’s just my hair but unfortunately when I went home I came to realise that there’s a red spot on my thigh.. and it’s super itchy! I think it’s bed bugs! I won’t recommend this to my friends or family because there’s bed bugs! Hope they clean the room!!

First and foremost, pls take note to all booking this hotel STANDARD ROOMS HAVE NO FRIDGE (need to pay $30++ a night extra for a fridge!) AND THERE IS NO SWIMMING POOL WITHIN HOTEL PREMISES, ITS AT CSC ACCESSIBLE BY THEIR COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE BUS ( I attached the shuttle bus schedule with my review for your reference purposes) ALSO dont take 0421, super far from the lift takes 7-8min depending on walking pace to get there try getting the 08-10 series instead its just nice in the middle,4-5 min walk from lobby... Checked in early thanks to a night duty manager I spoke to (Rahul or Rainu sorry if I got ur name wrong) who helped on the 14th with Khairil the supposed Front Office Manager (His service was subpar and a tad cold unwelcoming, kept INSISTING on my giving a deposit of $200 for my stay even though I wanted to pay cash as and when I consumed anything at the hotel) 1st time being forced to pay a deposit in all my travels and all so CHANGI COVE PLS DO SOMETHING BOUT THIS, NOT ALL CUSTOMERS WOULD CARRY SO MUCH CASH AROUND!) Had to go to an ATM at Tampines to get money out as I was holding a debit card, such a drag, anyway did put in a request for a fridge if possible but that was declined.. I legit have never stayed in any Singapore hotel without a fridge so TBH paying $130-$150 a night Id expect at least a fridge in any case was shut down daily and NO FRIDGE was given.. I was staying for 5 nights so thought hotel would be kind to provide at least that since I legit didnt know bout this NO FRIDGE IN STANDARD ROOM thing... THANKFULLY, the FNB Team were awesome esp RITZ (He was exceptionally friendly and to be honest some of the Front office team could take a lesson from the FNB Team bout welcoming, friendly service), LIPING AND RYAN WHO HELPED ME THROUGHOUT MY entire 6 days stay to store so many bottles of water and random stuff, felt really bad to trouble them but what to do no fridge in the room. Room was fine decent enough loved the egg chair swing in the room but Aircon wasnt working properly during the stay which was kinda tedious to deal with coz it worked on and off, eventually housekeeping lent me a fan which helped a whole lot! Special thanks to Sierra as well from Front Office and her long haired supervisor (sorry forgot your name) for their empathetic, kind service despite certain hiccups and attitude from some of their Front Office team... Lastly thanks to the people I mentioned who made my stay enjoyable even though the checkin was not really a good experience, coz of that U guys got 4 stars instead of 2 stars that I wanted to give. See you guys again!
