That was our first visit to a Moxy hotel and it was wonderful! We didn't feel that we were quite trendy enough to there to start with but the staff are all warm, friendly, knowledgeable and lovely and made us feel so welcome. Unfortunately, we didn't get any names but there was a girl with long red hair who told us how to get the train and metro and at first it was a little daunting but by the time we left to go the airport we felt almost like locals! (Especially after going for a run down at the university and canals that are close to the hotel). The rooms were perfectly adequate for us and our toddler as we were out each day and pink hand soap was a hit with her! The coffee machine in the bar area was fab to get a quick coffee from in the morning and the welcome drink was a nice touch too. I've asked for a copy of my bill but still not received it - that's only negative part of our stay - everything else was great!

The environment is very good and the price is super affordable. It is not a dormitory environment for couples at all. The price is very close to the city center. We booked a four-bed room for three people. The layout of the house is very good. Highly recommended.

I don't recommend someone to stay in this hotel since rooms are very dirty and specially bathroom . I stayed here 3 times and every time was the same! Toilet and shower curtain had a lot black/brown residues from bio film. I took photos and showed to receptionist but they didn't took my complain serious and improved cleaning level. Definitely my last stay here!

It takes a few minutes to get off the subway to get to the hotel. The location is not particularly convenient, but the style of the hotel is superb, breakfast is also very good, our room type bathroom with floor heating will be very hot at night, it is worth living

Great hotel! High cost performance. I arrived early in the morning, and I was still away from the check-in time. I originally planned to store my luggage first, but the handsome guy at the front desk had to check in at the check-in, and the attitude was warm and home-like. It was very good. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is rich. I read the comments before and said that there are many people who have breakfast. When I live, there are not many people. It is estimated that the front group will catch up with the tour group. Just stray the tour group for dinner time. In addition, it is very convenient to leave the airport and the train station. It is 50 minutes from the airport navigation. In fact, it includes the waiting time. I have arrived in more than half an hour. It is very convenient. In fact, Copenhagen is very small, the same level hotel in the city center is expensive and chaotic, a little farther cost-effective, and this distance in Beijing is also the distance from Xidan to Jianguomen. Moreover, the city traffic in Copenhagen is very developed and the bus is very empty. From the airport to the 5C bus less than 200 meters, then change 4A (it seems to be, a little can not remember, take the navigation as the standard) is very convenient. Location: excellent. Just a relatively short walk to the train stations nearby. Amenities and conveniences all around. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. They are always available to you and ready to answer questions via the Cityhub app. (Psst. you can alter the colors of your Hub lights) Great and speedy Wi-Fi connection. Checking in and checking out is a breeze. You can leave your luggage at the lockers after checking out. Convenient! Lounge area is a great spot to hang out. There are drink vending machines, beer on tap and self-serve coffee machines available. You pay for them when checking-out and it’s affordable. I am a smaller person so the hub space and bed size was more than adequate. Bed was super comfy. They space guests out so you don’t have to worry much about noise and not getting a good night’s rest. There are charging and a couple of USB ports next to the bed plus a Bluetooth speaker for you to play some tunes. You’re also provided with fluffy towels and bathrobe. Communal kitchen - Basic amenities like microwave and kettle. Fridge: You can prep your food and store your leftovers in the plastic containers provided. You’ll just label them with your room number and date of check-out. Do bring flip flops for the showers, or you can buy basic toiletries from the vending machines. The spacious communal toilet area has shower and toilet stalls for privacy. Everything has been clean, private and most importantly, safe. Overall a fantastic experience!
