Checked in real late on a weekend and the front office lady was very courteous to have our room upgrade to suite. The view isn’t particularly impressive but the room was spacious with basic amenities all in place. Requested for late check out the next day and the staff was accommodating. One thing that the hotel must pay attention to is the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned thoroughly as there’s pubic hair right in the bathtub and stains on floor. The “note” to previous guest was still lying on the floor when we entered the room. Overall speaking it is valued for money however awareness on hygiene must be enhanced

It was nice. We used the executive floor which includes afternoon tea and evening cocktails. Both have limited selections but are okay. Morning breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel is an easy walk from Kowloon train station - but I would not recommend the walk if you had a lot of bags.

Very convenient location! Easy to locate and next to langham place mall too. Ideal for shopping as the woman street is just in the vincity. Recommended for those who wants to shop nearby in mongkok as its the best hotel in the vincity already, although it's overpriced in my opinion.

Room size is generous compared to other hotels that I've stayed before in HK. The reception can get really busy during peak period at 11am and 3pm. Thankful for their robot express checkout without queue. Overall, good experience with accessibility to Mongkok East MTR and next to MOKO mall. Direct MTR station to Luohu if you plan to visit Shenzhen. Would be great if they consider I'm travelling with elderly and don't put us at Level 19 which require us to climb the stairs from lift level 18 everyday. Too hectic for elderly and me carrying two luggages.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ramada Hongkong Grand. The convenient location by the train station and subway made getting around so easy. My room was spotlessly clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly. I recommend the Ramada for affordable, high quality accommodations in a prime location. The excellent service makes this hotel a great value and I will definitely stay here again!

Title: A Mediocre Stay Rating: 3 out of 5 stars I recently stayed at a hotel and wanted to share my experience. Overall, it was a fairly average stay—not particularly good, but not entirely terrible either. Let me break it down for you. On the positive side, the hotel's location was convenient, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to popular attractions and transportation. The staff members were polite and welcoming, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Additionally, the room was adequately clean and well-maintained, providing a decent level of comfort. However, there were some drawbacks that impacted my overall impression. The room, although clean, felt a bit outdated in terms of decor and furnishings. It lacked the modern touches and amenities that you would expect from a hotel in this price range. The Wi-Fi connection was also quite unreliable, which was frustrating when I needed to get some work done or stream content. Another aspect that fell short was the breakfast. Breakfast buffet is not good

Dear Hotel Management, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience during my stay at your hotel. As a frequent guest, I have always appreciated the quality of service and comfort your establishment offers. However, on this particular occasion, I must express my disappointment with a few aspects of my stay. Firstly, the bathroom in my room lacked a facing faucet, with only a shower head available. This made it inconvenient to transfer water from the shower to the bathtub, resulting in a dissipation of the hot water's temperature. Consequently, my bathing experience was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the toilet's flushing force was inadequate, requiring multiple attempts to clear the bowl properly. Furthermore, during my recent stay, I had planned to check out early at 6 a.m. Unfortunately, the tranquility of my morning was disrupted by the sound of renovation work in the adjacent bedroom at 9 a.m. While I understand that the front desk had informed me about the situation, it would have been greatly appreciated if I had been offered an alternative room to ensure a peaceful stay. Please understand that my intention in leaving this feedback is not to criticize but to draw attention to the concerns of a loyal and frequent guest. I have consistently chosen your hotel for my accommodation needs because of the positive experiences I have had in the past. I believe that by addressing these issues, you can continue to provide an exceptional experience for your guests, especially those who choose your hotel repeatedly. Thank you for taking the time to read my message. I trust that you will consider my feedback constructively, as it is meant to enhance the overall guest experience. I look forward to my future stays at your hotel, in the hope that my concerns will be taken into account. Yours sincerely, A Loyal and Concerned Guest

The Empire Hotel in Kowloon is a good hotel with good value for price. The location is within walking range of the Kowloon pier and the Hong Kong Museum of Art, as well as many other attractions. It's easy to catch taxi rides or walk to the metro. The rooms are smallish, but this is to be expected. WiFi could be better. The room would not lock from inside, but maintenance fixed it quickly. So service is generally good. This is perfect for a single traveller.

Very good choice. Location is great. Directly on Nathan Road. Easy to move everywhere in HK. Breakfast is having a good variety of food. Bedroom are big and clean. The only comment I would give to the hotel management is “save your money and increase the temperature by a few degrees”. It is terribly cold on the common areas (lobby, restaurant, floors ). I had to use a pullover to go to breakfast

Kowloon Shangri-La was one of the hotel that my family had stayed during our HK trip back in July 2023. The room was really spacious and all staffs were extremely courteous and professional! Location is really convenient as it is located right next to the East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and the station is connected to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and other attractions via underground tunnel. The lobby is grand and spacious (much larger than other 5-star hotels in HK) and this is how a 5-star lobby should be! The one thing that would make our stay even better would be having USB charging ports inside the room as our family had a lot of devices that needed charging at the end of each day, but it isn’t a deal breaker as our stay was really comfortable and we love our room. Will definitely return to stay at the Kowloon Shangri-La next time when we travel HK again!

You'd expect a desk or workspace in every room to be de rigeur in a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately this is Hong Kong. My previous hotel did not have that, and I ended up with a very sore back from being hunched over. The Ramada, however, at least has a little adjustable tabletop and a stool in the room. But what was really a godsend was the lounge / business centre next to reception. Lots of tables in a bright and comfy room, it became my office of sorts. The staff are nice and accommodating, letting me use it in the middle of the night as well. Thanks to them and the room, I was able to clear my work and fully enjoy my last few days in HK.

The room is very clean and always fill in amenities with great support. Housekeeping cleans the room everyday and staffs are so nice. 7 mins walk from Olympic station ( not too near or too far), 15 mins from Mongkok. The bedsheet do have stains on it. The outside look of the hotel quite grand but inside abit tired. The lift too quite awhile especially heading out around 10 plus. The shuttle bus service was one of the + point but the hotel staff who handle the shuttle at the concierge was a little fierce on one of the days. Opp the hotel have 2 supermarket, 3 x 7-11 , next to a church school and neighbourhood market. If travelling with elderly and children, the walking from MTR or to MTR maybe tiring for them.

Advantages: 1. Good location, central area of Central, suitable for business people, convenient transportation, 10 minutes walk to Central Metro, Airport Express Hong Kong Station. There are many restaurants nearby, breakfast and dinner can be solved nearby. 2. The room is large. Compared with many Hong Kong hotels at the same price, this area is very large, about 25-40 square meters. 3. This is a hotel-style apartment with kitchen tools, similar to a home. 4. The design style is distinctive and suitable for young people.

Anyways the reception was friendly and helpful. I just didnt like the concept of the cleaning for every 5 days I think so in order for my room to get cleaned i have to check out the room and wait outside till afternoon and check in again for a new room. So have to do this in order to change the bedsheets and room cleaning. And the towel come on a disposable ones :/

Great location. Close to all the restaurants and bars, not too loud. There's a construction site next door but I didn't hear anything over the weekend. Room is small but clean and equipped with a small tv and large desk. Good spot if you just want to come for a weekend and go out for dinner and drinks with friends. Only downside is that there's no gym of any sort and lugging luggage up wellington street from the mtr is a bit of a pain. The better option would probably to take the escalators from central.

It was wrongly advertised on trip.com that there was an outdoor pool, gym and sauna for guests to relax in. An on-site restaurant and coffee shop were all referenced but not there. Hopefully the information has been updated by trip.com I booked 5 nights expecting all of these facilities to be there for me to use and none of them were there. It spoilt my holiday. The hotel told me that they didn’t have these facilities when I asked them about it on my first day. They said trip.com had made an error. They didn’t offer any solutions to help me though, e.g. giving me a slight discount would have been a nice good will gesture. Despite the negatives, the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and in a very convenient area. There wouldn’t have been a single issue if it was correctly advertised. I’d recommend for guests to stay there if the information about their facilities is correctly advertised.

The location of the hotel is great, is nearby the bar area to go walking but not close enough to get noisy at night. Even though there were a few buildings in front, we still had a nice view of the ocean. You can also walk to the Ferry area, it takes about 15 minutes and it’s easier to walk than wait to find a taxi. The room was very clean, the shower was absolutely amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was polite and assisted with the requests we had. When we arrived at the room, it smelled a bit musty but it went away after we turned on the AC for a while. Would only like to point out that there are no free power outlet adapters available, however you can purchase them at the hotel for 140 HKD.

Everything looked fairly nice. And the hotel was located at a convenient area, with many good restaurants nearby! The whole apartment was kinda dreamy, view was ok. However, the one problem was the front desk staff. When we were checking out, the female frontdesk staff member was really rude. Her attitude was very poor and I felt rather surprised by her attitude. It was such a shame because the rest of the stay was satisfactory, but it ended on such a negative note because of her!

You can't find a good hotel in every aspect at this price in Hong Kong Need to make a trade-off Pros of this hotel: 1⃣️It is close to the subway station, walk for three minutes to the station, there are restaurants nearby, and the commercial street is very prosperous 2⃣️The environment is relatively hygienic, much better than private hotels shortcoming: 1⃣️Complete self-service check in, no front desk, slightly inconvenient 2⃣️What kind of roommate you meet is like opening a blind box. It depends on your luck. On the first night, I met a guest who checked in early in the morning. I couldn’t open the door for a long time, and the combination lock kept reporting errors; On the second night, I met a strange roommate, checked in at 23 o'clock, and started to pack my luggage at 2 o'clock in the morning, and the sound was a bit noisy at night. Other times everyone is quiet. Overall, the price/performance ratio is relatively high.
