Great location, central to the train station and various points of interest. The hotel lobby is very nice, but the rooms could do with updating. Shout out to housekeeping. They were very efficient and cleaned the room to an excellent standard! The Hotel Sauna was very disappointing, the light was broken and the heater wasn’t even hot? Frustrating for a 5* Hotel.

Had an amazing time, as always, at AtSix. This time though I really saw some amazing service from the one and only Alexandra Ruzic (Guest Relation Manager) who solved a situation that looked very dark for a while - she did an beyond amazing job. Also Amanda in the reception was fantastic and more then needed for me. I also want to mention Laura in the breakfast serving that was the best waitress I ever met. Amazing crew - amazing hotel!

Very satisfied! Environment: The location is right next to the Stockholm train station. It is only 5 meters from the back door to the Radisson Blu Waterfront. Make sure you can see the Radisson Waterfront lobby from the station before going out, otherwise it is easy to go the wrong way. Facilities: All are very new equipment, with a bathtub 🥛. There are all kinds of milk to choose from, which is great! Service: The little brothers and sisters serve very well, they all serve with a gentleman's smile! I will definitely stay here again next time. I think it is the best evaluation for him. I look forward to the next time.

Great, lively bar and restaurant! Great location. Rooms were good. Check-in and check out was fairly quick. Quite a few small issues though that they could easily improve upon. Curtain doesn't close all the way so there is some light in the room from the buildings next door that keep their lights on at night. Internet and phones weren't working the night I arrived. They could have told me that upon arrival.. There was some urban construction at 4am for some strange reason. I was told I had made two bookings but I only paid for one. Not sure what happened with the second one that they said I made. Wish they would have followed up with me so I didn't have to worry about it.. They say there is a swimming pool on trip.com but then I found out you can't actually swim in it. They should be more transparent about the size and purpose. I'd still consider it again though.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights from the 3rd-6th June 2022’ Room- When we arrived into our room, it had a very comfortable double bed, sofa bed, good sized TV, good sized bathroom and plenty of charging points to charge my electrical items. I also liked all the Nordic toiletries and the design of the room. Facilities- Whilst at the hotel, we had breakfast in the main hotel restaurant.- Lykke. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of continental items (meats, cheeses), a few hot items and a good selection of breads and pastries. As this hotel offers free breakfast with their room rate, I felt the breakfast offering was very good at this hotel. On our first night, we had a few drinks in the hotel bar and it had a good selection of local beers and Gins. Location- This hotel gets a 10/10 for location- It’s near all the major sites, attractions, shopping etc. The hotel is next door to the Stockholm Central station where you can catch the Arlanda Express to the Airport. It takes around 18 minutes and trains depart every 20 minutes. The Gamla Stan (the old town) is around a 20 minute walk from the hotel and there’s plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. If you love ABBA, you should go to the Abba Museum. The Museum is located on the Djurgarden island and it’s around a 35 minute walk from the hotel. Alternatively as Stockholm is surrounded by water, you can easily pop on one of the ferries to the other islands. The ferries are frequent and are reasonably priced. I would also recommend going to the Vasa Museum. It’s about a five minute walk from the Abba Museum and it’s very interesting learning about the history of the boat- It was epic. Lastly I would recommend doing a Archipelago boat trip around Stockholm. The tour takes around 2-3 hours and costs around 345 SEK per person. Dining- Stockholm is also blessed to have a great number of restaurants in the city. If you are interested in looking for a yummy informal Nordic meal, I would recommend going to Bistro Bestick. The restaurant is around a five minute walk from the hotel and the food is fabulous- You should try the******** Loin and the Truffle Crème Burlee. If you are looking for a contemporary modern restaurant, I would recommend going to Rolfs Kok. It’s around a 12 minute walk to this restaurant from the hotel. Whilst the food is pricey, it’s definitely worth having at least one dinner here. The food is wonderful and you should try the Beef Entrecôte and the Ox Cheek- It was so good! Overall, I loved my stay at the hotel & Stockholm and if I ever came back to this city, I would consider staying here.

The location is perfect (nearby the train, bus terminal - but not loud), the rooms are minimalistic and comfortable - everything you need is there! The rooms are clean when you arrive. You can grab some breakfast at the barception (for 8 sek.). All in all a really great stay!

Overall, not too many complaints about the hostel. It was incredibly clean, offered a free towel for the shower, and had easy to use lockers. We booked a room for three people, and the hotel added an extra bed. The room was clean and tidy, cleaned every day. The hotel's buffet is also very rich. We loved staying at Hobo (4 friends in 2 double rooms). It was our first time in Stockholm and the staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to recommend some nice restaurants and activities for whilst we were there. The breakfast on the roof terrace was beautiful and a lovely start to our morning. They allowed us to keep our bags in lockers downstairs once we had checked out so that we didn’t have to carry them round the town before our flight which was really helpful. Would definitely recommend especially if you are looking for somewhere welcoming and warm.

Stayed 3 nights, family vacation. I do NOT recommend this hotel to others! Noise from street at night (street cleaning, trash truck etc several times, each night) so we slept terribly every night. Extra bed for 3rd person was very hard/uncomfortable. During breakfasts, the staff was hustling and making lots of noise by setting up for lunch (which started as late as 1.5 hrs after breakfast was over!) and did not allow guest to sit where they wanted in breakfast room - not a nice experience at all. Questionable room cleaning: no spare cups, cleaner said cups in rooms were only hand washed in bathroom sinks by cleaners, and they did not seem clean. We had to hunt down towels and toilet paper, plus they had forgotten to supply bed and towels for third person in room upon arrival. Front desk staff generally not so service minded + not understanding/interested in being helpful - did not allow us to eat a sandwich in the lobby before departure ”because the hotel has a restaurant” - which did not open until 3 hrs later(!) Note 1: Short opening hrs for restaurant by lobby. Note 2: They do not control which person removes what luggage from luggage storage, so anyone could take what they want. Note 3: Fridge in (our) room was super tiny, with depth as narrow as a water bottle. Note 4: They might not pay attention: When booking, I sent a request + a question to the hotel; request was not taken into account and I received no answer to question. Location: Good area to stay in for family trip if want to include shopping, easy access to public transportation, walking distance to Gamla Stan and more. But would recommend other hotel in area, not this one. Overall: Not the hotel experience I expected from photos, info on hotel web site and prize. Will not return, and recommend the hotel to reevaluate some of its routines!

Very old hotel, it is the stairs when you enter the door, you have to carry the luggage! There is a staircase in our room and I have checked my luggage twice! The hotel is very old and Swedish feels. Ctrip has a fair score of 4.6. It’s ok to experience it, it’s more expensive! The room does not include breakfast, it is going to the hotel plus

Stockholm can be an expensive city and this can be an expensive property. We paid a little more than i would have liked but I thought it was fair for Stockholm. Staff were great. The property is nice and we received an upgrade (diamond). There is a lounge and breakfast (we missed both). The rooms are a little small but typical in Europe. The wifi was good. The A/C was a little ify. It was late September so it wasn't a big deal but we had to open the window to help cool off the room. If you take the airport train and change at Central there is a subway station about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The property is not super close to things (except construction - it's very close to that) but it's not too far and you can walk to most tourist things. Overall, it was a good spot. as a reference point, a taxi to the airport was 50€

The room was larger than expected, and it was possible to barely open 2 suitcases. The bathroom was well decorated. It is a sparrow, although it is small and complete, including breakfast. The disadvantage is that it doesn't look very far from the station. In fact, it takes a detour. The journey takes about 15 minutes and the luggage is a bit far away.

The hotel has a good location, backed by the park and the Royal Library, and if you like to walk, it is not far from the old town. Forgot to bring the socket converter to borrow at the front desk. Check-out is delayed until 1 pm and luggage can be sent temporarily. Breakfast should be good for friends who are used to western food. Unexpectedly, there is a Chinese bank downstairs.

The hotel is clean and cute. Its location is great, especially if one intends to visit Gamla Stan. It has shared toilets and showers which of course makes prices lower. You get slippers that can be used in the hotel room or for visit the showers/toilets. The shower-room smells a bit of sewer, and that is probably why the windows are open but now in September that makes the shower-room very cold. I tried to close the windows but they are stuck. The same problems with the windows in my hotel room, one is stuck. The window seems too big for the frame. The front desk closes at 21.00/9 pm and no one is present. If you loose the key to your room you are in major problem. On the envelope for the keys there is a warning text that if you loose your key you have to wait til staff arrives in the morning or you will be heavily charged if you want to be locked in right away. But that I had to read on the key envolpe, because the receptionist did not tell me that. The key envelope was so cluttered that the wifi-password was not easy to spot. The tv has only three Swedish channels, nothing else, not even BBC World. Free wifi with password on key envelope - which I had to go and ask where iti was at the front desk, because receptionist did not tell me that, either. But no phones in the room so you have to walk to the front desk everytime you want to ask something. And the receptionist did not give me such vital information so I had to go to the front desk at least three times. The luggage storage is just in the hallway in a corridor by the front desk. At the front desk you can buy coffee, tea, soft drinks, smaller snack bags and fruit. I have not seen sandwiches. I have not tried the ironing service. Staff seem friendly, but I have a sneaky feeling that when I turn my back negativity might surface. I am travelling alone in work.

We stayed in the Hotel Birger Jarl in Stockholm in a Junior suite room. The room was big and spacious. The small entrance hall had some storage space, minibar and coffee machine. This then led to a seating area (with double bed sofa) and a separate sleeping area containing a comfortable double bed. Breakfast was standard Swedish selection of hot food, cold cuts and breads - included in the price. Service was polite and helpful and we were impressed with the parking garage beneath the hotel. Lots of spaces for electric car charging (both Tesla chargers and others) and the cost of parking included charging. The location is great, it was a good stay and we will stay here again!

A particularly dull outdoor seating area and a lobby that resembles a train station in terms of the flow of people in motion is what you are met with in the entrance.Despite late check-in, there is a noticeable queue of guests wanting tourist information, pre-paying check-out and much more.We have booked a room in the ”Moderate Double” category, which turns out to be a minimal room with a bed the size of which can hardly accommodate two adults.Hot outside and inside, it's a sickening air with no possibility to correct. Order a fan via the front desk, which, however, never shows up.A positive was a breakfast with a large selection, but missing bread that didn't seem to come from the freezer. A bit messy environment with many guests despite good initiative with booked spot times.Overall, it feels like Clarion Södermalm is struggling with the 4 star category

Blique by Nobis is a fantastic hotel. The location is close to the very centre of Stockholm, and an 8-10 minute walk from St Eriksplan metro station - which is only a few stops from the most central part of the city, where most of the tourist attractions are. As regards the hotel itself, it's beautifully designed in a very Scandinavian aesthetic. As I was travelling solo, I booked a windowless room, which was small but adequate. However, I'd suggest avoiding this option if not alone, as I could imagine this might feel claustrophobic with 2 persons. The breakfast buffet was excellent - with a wide variety of options, all of which were very well-prepared. The hotel has a very well-equipped and spacious gym, including a sauna. Highly recommended and I will be staying here next time I visit.

The positive things: Good location, 5 min walking from metro. Great breakfast, more choices than usual for vegans Friendly staff The linnen was clean Not so positive: Room is pretty dated and has carpet, which doesn’t look clean at all. They made an effort to have nice decor but it’s not enough to hide that it’s all a bit worn and dirty. Security could be better. There is no lock on the inside of the door of the room. To get to the room, you have to pass 2 doors with a keycard, these were unlocked or even wide open on lots of occasions. I put a chair and bags in front of the door at night. You can also hear the locks of nearby doors opening, so this made me a bit more on edge, as it sounds as if someone is coming in your room. I did not sleep well at all (also because the bed is very soft, which I personally don’t like). There is no refrigerator but there is a big ironing board and iron in the very small area that is supposed te be your ‘closet’. Don’t need an iron, do need a refrigerator. There is no thermostat and it was very hot in the room. Had the window open whenever we were in the room, also at night. On the bed there is only linnen on the topper and nothing covering the side of the boxspring. There is very little room in the bathroom to put your stuff. The curtain is too small so you can not make the room dark at all. At night there is also some light that comes in. For reference: I stayed in room 518, overlooking the courtyard. It seems as if there are also newer rooms in a different hallway on this floor, I am not sure how many of the rooms are of this poor quality.

The location of this place is exceptional. It is located on the top of Stockholm Central Station, so tram, trains and Airport (Arlanda) Express are all right there. The hotel is modern and located centrally with great restaurants and other attractions. Yes, it is not in Gamla Stan, but we walked there easily, about 25 minutes. This place has all the shopping areas nearby as well. The rooms are way too small. It was just impossible for the 3 of us (Adults) and I wish there were bigger rooms. The breakfast is also good, (again, it grades only a 3.8 or 3.9 out 5 because, have stayed in other Scandinavian hotels where the breakfast was just too good [in the range of 4.5 to 4.8]). The hotel also loans bicycles to their guests and it is first come first served, which is very good. Hotel service staff are okay. I would stay here for the location and convenience, and around this area, this is one of the best. If willing to compromise on the location, then there may be other hotels that are better. Not sure.

Hotel is literally across the road from the train station, the Arlanda Express runs constantly and you buy tickets from yellow machines easily in the Airport. It is direct to central station in 18 minutes. The hotel is a historic building and has kept its charm and character, The staff were friendly and helpful and checking in was easy. The room was on the small side but was clean and comfortable, I'm not going to pretend it's 5* or anything....the decor is playing to the vintage to be generous, electronics are not new and the rooms are very basic. Biggest drawback was having no safe so had to carry valuables with us at all times. Like most hotels now, a double is 2 single beds pushed together and separate quilts, pillows were small also. Door keys are actual keys which should give you a good image of the place. Breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of dietary requirements, it's held in the attached Belgian beer restaurant so if you like your beer then this is the place for you. Location is central but it's difficult considering Stockholm is lots of islands. Most attractions are walking distance however Drottningholm Palace is a £20 Uber ride. The Sky View is also a cab ride but most are an easy reach. Now that your expectations are set correctly I wish you a pleasant stay.

My partner and I tacked on some vacation time in Stockholm in advance of a work trip. We chose this hotel due to the location and ratings. We were extremely impressed with the amenities, utilized the sauna/cold plunge spa, and the decently appointed gym. We ended up getting in very early and were provided a room immediately. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We don't have a single negative thing to say about our stay. The only improvement would be better pillows, but that's just personal preference. The location is fantastic and there is much to see within a short walk. The National Museum is right across the harbor, church, Nobel Prize museum, Royal House, Parliament building, etc. You can walk about 20 minutes to the Vasa Museum, and the others in that area. I was pleasantly shocked how wonderful this hotel was, truly the best in Stockholm. It is located in a quiet, affluent area that is a 15-20 minute walk into the city center. The set-up is uniquely residential with exquisite furnishings and art. My Attic Suite was truly a sight to behold with wood paneling, engraved ceilings, a working fireplace, and beautiful decor. They thought of everything in the room to a clothing steamer, snacks, cold filtered water, replenished fresh flowers, etc. The food is truly delicious with a large spread for breakfast (which is never varied however). All dinners were delicious. Staff were warm, friendly and personable. Gardens immaculately maintained. A delight around every corner. This hotel is truly on to something to provide a private, homely, luxurious, personalized experience. I've never quite experienced a boutique hotel at this taste, service and luxury level. The absolute best in Stockholm, and top 10 for me in the world, which says a lot at what they have accomplished.

Nobody to check the booking (so why not skip it) - The price for using the pool (that they advertise on all pictures) is SEK400 - that is in my mind just a scam So all in all - location good and OK rooms... but the service and attention to all the small details and give guest a good experience... that has (unfortunately) dissapeared

Super city trip, great location in the middle of city life. Still great sleeping comfort. Check-in/check-out very comfortable via app. Family room with sofa bed on the 5th floor. And... sensational breakfast. Everything perfect.

First impression - when we got into the apartment we booked we were shocked to see it was much, much smaller than presented in the pictures - see attached presentation pics vs reality. We immediately went to the reception to show them the obvious difference, when one of the front desk officers, named Joel was quite deffensive and strongly rejected my entitled claim to get the proper apartment as per my booking. He said the pics in the presentation were made with wide angles, therefore we need to accept this is the correct room, no mistake was dine. I insisted upon the obvious but I had no one to talk to in order to fix my problem. Later on I made the same complaint to Trip.com - they tried to reason with Joel, but got the same nagative attitude. Joel saga doesn't end here, unfortunatelly... The whole administration of the building might be a bit control freak. Why? Because Guests can not have full control of their room. You can not adjust the air conditioning yourself - you have to call the reception to adjust the room temperature for you. You can not open any window - you have to ask the reception for the window handle, which guess what? It's only one window handle for all of the rooms in the building and each room gets the handle for 1 hour max or at least so it should be if Joel doesn't have other opinion about it. One evening, upon request, Joel gave me the handle and told me to open the windows quickly and give it back to him fast as others needs it now too. I was shocked of course. ***??? Where is my hour? How am I supposed to close the windows then after? Oh...I have to get downstairs to the reception and get it back so that I vould close my windows. BUT wait!! Joel remembered to fully read the post it his colleague gave him before coming upstairs to my room and saw my room number was last on the list and therefore I can keep the handle for a longer period time. He was doing me a big favor. That was his attitude like. Very unprofessional, cold and really wrong attitude for someone working in hospitality. I am afraid I had to react this time and asked him what is his problem really, as it looks like it has a particular problem with me and therefore to any of my requests to get the proper service and comfort I payed for. Joel's Lady colleague was much nicer and helpful. He should follow her example if he wants to stay in hospitality. I left with a bitter taste and very dissapointed with the whole experience at Biz Apartment Bromma due to this important details of my accomodation there. The Biz Apartment concept is pretty nice though overall, is quite new, the location is indeed a bit far from the city, but within easy reach by metro, which has the station right in front of the building. You need to change at Alvik for the green line towards city center. It is also easy to reach from Arlanda Airport by train up to Solna station and than by metro. Downstairs there is a huge supermarket where you can get anything you need for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The apartment is equiped with everything essential to prepare some meals ( microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster, etc.) The bed was very comfortable. A bit too cold in the room. If I were to get the more spatious apartment as per my booking pics, my own window handle and proper room temperature I would book this place again, no doubt.

The breakfast is good, you can bring children, mostly adults, the location of the hotel is great, there is no parking lot. The surrounding attractions are relatively concentrated, self-driving is not recommended, and the parking fee is very expensive.

This Clarion hotel allows early check ins as i was there at 10am. Wow!!! The front desk and all the staffs are friendly and very attentive to all your needs. The morning breakfast so far in my european tour was the best no comparison! I will be looking out for Clarion hotels starting from today in all my travel.

Just a little stay over night for a birthday. The hotel is charming and was fun to walk around and see the nautical private collection. The love letter from Nelson to Hamilton was a treat. They also have preserved ruins in the dining room of the Lion Tower that sat on the location before the hotel. The room was charming and we were greeted warmly by the staff. There was even a personal welcome card in the room with a small Bottle of port wine. They even have smart TVs in the rooms that made the experience enjoyable.
