It was my second visit to Sharm El sheikh, we chose the hotel for its location; on the heart of Naama bay which is perfect and nearby to everything. First of all, I would like to extend my gratitude to Front office and Food and beverage team. Specially Supervisor Mohamed from Reception for his welcoming and efficiency and taking care of us during the stay, he did his best to give us the best room before the check in time however the hotel was quiet busy also Manager Mr Ahmed Shehata to address our concerns immediately and tried his best to make the rest of our stay goes smoothly. Some concerns to be taking into consideration: Staff need to be trained how to deal with the guests in good manner and to be welcoming. Some amenities on the room are missing and we had to order several times from Housekeeping at the end they informed us that they don’t have! Room cleanliness was OK, there was some dust and fingerprints on the closet’s door and bed layout. There is huge difference between superior and deluxe rooms, not only the balcony, view and room size which is logically to be cheaper but room itself needs total renovation like I get the feeling that we are on two different hotel. Overall we enjoyed a lot and we will come back sure and recommend it, Thank you all :)

I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights. Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible. When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.

When we got to the hotel the receptionist informed us we were getting a free upgrade. We were obviously happy about this but when we saw the room there were two double beds (and we are a couple) so one bed was just unused. The room was very dusty and untidy- there was someone else’s water bottle in the fridge and there was sticky residue on the tables too under the glass. We complained and asked for them to change the room the next day. We waited from 10am-2:30pm to make this change which was frustrating as we only had 7 days and we felt our day had been wasted. Once they eventually did change the room, they asked us to approve it first and we were a lot happier with this. The cleaners of the room were absolutely lovely. I believe their names were Ahmed and Muhammed and they wore blue and green shirts- they were based in the Executive building. Everytime we saw them they would make us feel at home and made us laugh. The hotel also sent a complimentary fruit plate and deserts to apologise and invited us to a meal at the restaurant next door for free (set menu). After this, the service was really good. The staff were all really nice and friendly. Ahmed and Muhammed ensured we were always happy and asked if we ever needed anything. However, in order to get to the executive building, there was an option to take a cart up as it was quite hot. The drivers were very very miserable and when we asked them to take us they seemed like it was a chore so we just stopped asking. The spa was the best experience. Sherein (I believe the assistant manager) was the best person to speak to. I had a total of 5 massages (out of 7 days) and they were a lot cheaper than the UK. Sherein always greeted us with a smile and made us laugh. I informed her I was allergic to nuts and she accommodated me so nicely. The lady who did my massages was called Isra. I enjoyed her massage so much that I would only ask for her. If you go for a massage here, I highly recommend asking for Isra. There was a wide range of food available but it’s generally the same kind of food everyday. There are some options that change, but we would just eat out the last few days. If you are expecting UK 5 star standards then you probably will be disappointed- especially with the standards of the room. But we generally had a great stay and would stay again!

The NOVOTEL in Sharm el-Sheikh is an excellent hotel with a strategic position: it is located a few minutes walk from the nightlife of Naama Bay and close to a beautiful beach, sheltered from the winds and with direct access to the sea. In the restaurant ”Beach” you can eat very well and the service is excellent: brasserie and pastry are of excellent level. The property is large and well maintained. Excellent semi-Olympic swimming pool in the ”Palm” area. The animation is also excellent. The plus of this structure is the staff: in particular Yaroslava. For every problem you will find the solution. A wonderful person.

Hi me and my partner just stayed at the sol y mar . Wow we arrived with no luggage as it had not been put on the plane. They were all amazing helping us as all we had was the clothes we traveled in they opened the shop up so we could get some t shirts and essential and said pay when we are all sorted and gave us a great price as well. Every day they rung the airport for us to help and once our luggage turned up they arrange a taxi to take us and wait to bring us back. Also if the family read this who left the next day after we arrived and left us some clothes and sun cream and the couple that leant me their I phone charger and gave me some shorts and dress for Lisa thank you so much The food is amazing a great choice and the staff work so hard to make you feel more like family friends than guests. The chef is the best we have ever had on any holiday always greets you and will cook something special for you . My partner had her birthday and he cooked us a special meal and a cake with her name on it thank you so much for that . The rooms I see some people say are dated I would say traditional Egyptian Style.like everywhere we go to a country as a change from the Uk so like it to be a good representation of there culture and style. They did have a problem with the pool while we were there but they did everything possible to fix it. The pool worker was there some nights cleaning it and fixed the problem till gone 12:00 and back at6:00 in the morning at least 3 days running and all the managers were there taking to us keeping us informed even took us to a 5 star for 2 days to use there pool facilities and a bottle of wine to say sorry for the problem. If you want a holiday with great food amazing staff great location to naama bay then definitely stay hear we will definitely be returning. The room was cleaned every day and some beautiful towel creations and that warm welcome every time our cleaned see us thank you so much . Also in the chaos of our flight being cancelled and moved to another hotel for a night we forgot to say good by to the chef We are so sorry you are amazing thank you so much and to all the staff thank you Kevin and Lisa

Spent two weeks here and would go back in a heartbeat! Salah on reception has 10/10 for his customer service, friendly manner and helpfulness. Nothing was too much trouble, he deserves a bonus! Makmoud at the pool bar looked after us everyday, he worked so hard to make our stay the best time you’ll every have! Hotel is beautiful but the best part about it is the staff! Fakeem who cleaned our room was inventive with his creations and everyday we had a new surprise waiting for us when we came back! He was caring and considerate and always asked us how we were! Food amazing and if you can’t find anything to eat I suggest you stay home as travelling isn’t your thing! We cannot wait to go back Thank you Stella Di Mare for helping us make amazing memories

We rested at the hotel from September 19-29. Upon arrival in Sharm, we were met by a tez tour bus, with a wonderful guide Ashgan, this is an amazing girl who does her job 100%, special thanks to her. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were immediately settled into a great room, without extra charges. The territory of the hotel is small, but clean and well maintained. The staff is polite and friendly. The waiters are friendly , but not everyone . The sea is gorgeous, the most beautiful sea, with a variety of fish and coral reefs. The animation is very good, all animators are very attentive and friendly. They are very positive and know their job. In the morning, exercise, aqua aerobics, darts, bocce and much more. In the evening there is an entertainment program, a disco. Special thanks to animator Sabrina , a very cool girl !

      1. Rent a life jacket for 100 Egyptian pounds a day, and you can rent a private cabin for 10 or 15 dollars a day. 2. The hotel can snorkel directly, the quality of the sea water is not to say, and there are a lot of fish. 3. The overall decoration of the hotel is not advanced enough, and the Arabic style is not modern enough. The music and evening performances are also in Arabic style. 4. There is a dress code for eating, which is extremely inconvenient. You cannot eat lunch or dinner in a swimsuit and vest. There is only one restaurant. 5. The all-inclusive beach drinks are only in plastic cups, not a can if there is no glass.

The best holiday ever ❤️ Shukran Park Regency and your great Staff. Thank you Park Regency for our beautiful holiday, it has been all Alhamdullilah for our 8 days there. The resort is really really big, maybe as most of the hotel in Sharm, it is a old building, but it is well maintained, and kept in good and clean conditions. As soon as you enter in the lobby there is a beautiful scents, a lovely fragrance which it’s still on my mind. The receptionist are great and polite, Artem, Aya & Mohamed. The taxi drivers team are amazing, wallahi! Wael the supervisor and Bakar one of the driver super nice, polite and he can suggests you the best local places to visit, like the best spot in Sharm for a Shawarma and Hawashi! The resort has a lot of pools, jacuzzi, lots of sunbeds and the beach is just there. The sea is incredible and there is a beautiful corals reefs and great spot for snorkeling. I’ve seen some very beautiful sunset. The life guard team at the beach are fantastic, Youssef, Baha, Mohammed and their Manager Mamoudh are the best! Friendly, funny and polite. Also the scuba diving team very helpful, kind, they offered me a few free sessions of diving and other activities. Kareem, Tarem and the rest of the team very knowledgeable and accommodating. Regarding food, the Cafe Fresco is amazing, you can find always a lot of different type of food, fresh food and good quality. They have a fews different sections, where they cook in front of you: pasta, eggs, amazing grilled chicken and others. I had the best Hawashi there, traditional Egyptian food. The restaurant manager Mustafa has been amazing, and all his team was fantastic as well. Hard working people, friendly, kind, polite and always smiling. Special thank you to Hamed, pasta chef, and the waiters: Mohammed, from Shri Lanka, Ramadam. The rooms are spacious, very big and comfortable bed, big bathrooms and amazing balcony sea front view. I had the best time waking up there and chilling at night in the balcony. We also had a special SPA treatment with Jacuzzi, Sauna and one of the best massage ever received in my life, wallahi. The DJ at the beach Marly, always play amazing music and creates a beautiful atmosphere at the beach, Afrobeat vibes. At the beach there is a bar and it’s perfect if you want to relax under the umbrella and have a refreshing drinks. The guys at the bar Mohammed and Gerges are great, very helpful. If you want to go anywhere around the resort there are the small buggy’s that they come to pick you up anywhere you are, and those drivers are also so nice. Last but not least evening time relaxing at the lobby with amazing traditional tea and biscuits or a refreshing virgin mojito, and there is a cute and super kind bartender working there, always smiling. The only thing I was not really impressed to have, it’s about the Russian entrainments, singers and others. I’ve chosen my holiday in a incredible place as Egypt and its culture, I would only just

The breakfast is very rich and the buffet is great! The environment is very good, the attention is very good! It should be difficult to find a hotel in such an environment in the country. The sea is very clear, all kinds of blue, the hotel's private sea diving can see a lot of small fish and live coral, beautiful. The staff is also very good, the hotel is very big, if there is a chance I will go again, can play for ten days and a half. There are fewer overseas hotels and you can enjoy real vacation and relaxation. The hotel is close to the airport. The only downside is that there are few children's play facilities, suitable for couples, because children are quiet and quiet.

We have been to Sharm-el-Sheikh twice before at another hotel, stayed at Cairo and Luxor and never had a bad stomach. After only two days eating only hotel food I was laid up in bed with a temperature and acute diarrhoea. After antibiotics got it under control myself and my wife had intermittent diarrhoea through out the whole two weeks holiday. The food served in the restaurant was well below what we were expecting. In fact we can safely say it was the worst food we have ever been served in any hotel we have stayed at. If you want HOT food served to you, please look elsewhere ! Apart from the oily omelettes served in the morning everything is only lukewarm or cold. Week two we had a HOT meal at a local McDonalds ! We found All-inclusive does not mean All-inclusive at this hotel. If you are happy having an evening drink in the run down Pontin’s entertainment look-a-like bar then that’s great but want a drink at the nice Horizon bar then, you have to pay ! Want to eat at the a la carte restaurant ? You have to pay ! Want to eat a lunch time snack on the beach ? You have to pay ! Want to eat at the Indian restaurant ? You have to pay ! Want the full lunch menu at the pool ? You have to pay ! You get two free tickets upon arrival to eat at the a la carte restaurant but the menu for all-inclusive is so small its just not worth it !!! All-inclusive menu 1 starter, 5 mains, 2 side dishes, 2 puddings. Full menu 3 starters, 14 main courses !!! , 4 side dishes , and 3 deserts. If you pay you get the much bigger full menu, we didn’t bother. During the end of week one in the evening we found mouse dropping on the drink prep area in the bedroom ! After complaining to reception we had to move rooms, still feeling weak from our food bug in 37 degree temperatures ! The following day we received an apology letter together with 3 apples, 1 dried Fig, 3 Dates, and 3 dried Apricots on a plate ! WOW !! Room cleaning went from the sublime to the ridicules. The first room we had first class cleaning, fresh sheets, and the bed decorated with petals and towel sculptures, bathroom lovely and clean, even though it was really showing its age. After moving rooms thing changed. The balcony was filthy with desert sand and never cleaned properly, missing bath towels on some days, the toilet bin not emptied some days, teaspoons in the drinks area never washed or changed, bed sheets never changed. I spent more time on the phone to room service than I have ever done in my life ! This is the best bit !!! My wife was coming out of the restaurant ladies loo and a male cleaner was waiting for her at the door and wanted a selfie with her. To say I was angry was an under statement but she told me to let it pass. A couple of hours later while at the pool my wife went to the pool side lady’s loos. The cubical did not lock and she heard the washroom door open so she decided to come out and try another. The same male cleaner had let himself in the ladies washroom and approached

Freshly squeezed juice is provided for breakfast; the most convenient is that you can choose breakfast to be delivered to your room, and check in and check out are done in all rooms; the hotel has a free snorkeling area, as well as lifeguards and banana for free, which is very considerate. The children’s club in the hotel is very powerful. From 9 am to 9 pm, children can choose various activities to participate in, and the best choice for hosting; where there is a coral reef, the sand will not be good, please take a detour; the room decoration is average, and it is possible in Egypt. Counted in the middle, but does not affect the experience

We will remember this vacation forever. The hotel area is quite large, there are two swimming pools, as well as slides. There is a wide variety of food in the restaurant, delicious cocktails were made at the bar, the staff is very pleasant and polite. We had a very active holiday, went for exercises, dancing - it was all arranged by the local animator team, the guys are great, they are trying very hard. I want to separately say thanks to Mizo, he was my favorite animator.

Overall we enjoyed a lot and we will come back sure and recommend it, Thank you all :)

i have stayed in many ”boutique” hotels in Sharm all within the same price range. If your coming here expecting a 5 star resort you may aswell not bother. My room was dark with two lamps not working not a massive problem but could have been an easy fixed if they chould have been bothered, they were not! My wash basin leaked from a split plastic hose which meant i had to place a towel under it to stop it going all over the floor, Again an easy fix if they could have been bothered, Guess what? they were not! The room and bathroom where clean my bed has a new mattress on so no concerns. The food was as expected and was only breakfast i ate apart from 2 nights. The hotel is not really aim at UK guests but for what it costs i dont think anyone can complaine about it. The pool bar was ok never had to wait for your drink. You will not however get sugerfree drinks. Would i stay here again? No there are much better hotels

Honest opinion, would not return to this hotel! Having stayed in Sharm over 20 years, I was extremely looking forward to coming to this hotel having visited soho square a few times. I’ve never been so disappointed in a hotel and can honestly say would not return. We booked 9 nights e class and upgraded to s class for 3 of the nights. Service is very average for the supposed standard of hotel and received much better service in lower standard hotels. In my opinion the hotel doesn’t want beach guests here and honestly don’t cater of all inclusive well. The sierra seemed to have a far better vacation feel and would have saved a lot more money staying there. Waiters seem to ignore and had to go to the bar ourselves to get our own drinks as well as barging past not waiting for a guest to pass, in my opinion extremely rude. Very little information given about e class only that we asked again and when I upgraded to s class and asked for information and was told have none and just that soho was included but not little stalls??? This was embarrassing having to ask before we sat down to ensure no extra charge, this took the upgrade and being made to feel special out of it. Come weekend this hotel and especially the breakfast room is packed. One morning a guest shouted all over the breakfast room at me as I was trying to get into my table and I knocked the chair behind me where the person was spread out as I was unable to get in. I felt humiliated as he was tell me to move my table?? Surely the tables are layout in a way to be able to use but the family was plain rude and spread out all over the place taking all the room. I burst into tears and asked to speak to the manager, the guest relations took me downstairs and said we’ll get someone to speak Arabic to them?! He was clearly speaking very good English to me so why he couldn’t be told then I don’t understand and also not one waiter came over to step in when he was shouting. I spoke to the manager that afternoon about the incident and yes he apologised for the guest and the service but to me was more interested in asking would I return so he could put things right as for service etc? I couldn’t be any clearer that I will not return to this hotel. I will say however the beach and beach bar staff were fantastic and deserve recognition. In whole, the experience has completely spoilt my holiday which is a good few thousand pound down the drain. All I can say is I would not return to this hotel and not recommend.

The hotel must have been nice 15-20 years ago. Since that time, no one has normally cleaned the rooms or made repairs there. The place is good, the beach is huge, its own reef is also large enough and with good fauna. The food is weak, it is filled to a maximum of 10% now. There is no animation, bars and pools do not work except for one, small, unheated. A good place for those who are not confused by the quality of services and want to enjoy the peace, tranquility and beauty of the sea ... there are no shops within walking distance, you need to take a taxi. Our visit was overshadowed by the problem with double withdrawals, as they saw the booking through the Trip.com app too late and on the spot demanded to re-make the payment, which neither Trip nor the hotel could return so far. That is, the service was paid twice !!! We are waiting for a solution to the problem ...

amphoras hotel is a good hotel with some issues if hotel management fix it will be the best, ********advantage******* : the very good location has 2 types of shores rocky and sand, and the best coral reefs you can see on it. no need to go out of the hotel. the hotel has a lot of activities & pools. housekeeping & clean good spirit from the animation team ********disadvantage******* *some of the staff with a bad attitude toward us, and we asked someone on a friendly basis he told us that they facing issues with hotel management may be because of salaries that's lead them to this attitude toward us. *no irons in the room, despite we called the hotel before we came to make sure that the hotel provide iron for guest and they confirmed, we found that the hotel (maybe our building only) have only 4 irons three of them not working this is Mass !! even if you complain, they'll send someone with another damaged iron after around 65 minutes. *not many varieties of food *elevator stopped while we were on it, and several times it does not work due to maintenance which make our lives too hard due to we have a baby *********conclusion********* you'll be soo happy in this hotel but consider the disadvantage to avoid and perfect expectation

I adore this hotel. Making plans to come back 20 days in may. Breakfast is flawless. Service is flawless. Rooms are immaculate impeccable and gorgeous. Staff goes out of your way and every capacity to help all their clients. Food on the other hand is a bit pricey. There is a place where you can walk about 350 m from the hotel that has like a food court with upscale restaurants. So I advise to go there for lunch and dinner if your breakfast is not included. The only problem I would say with this hotel is that the reef is not perfection. Water was cold of course I was in there in the month of December. I find zero flaws with this hotel. They have a guard dog for sniffing bombs and they even treat the dogs well. I adore this hotel it is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at in my entire life!

Meals: Three meals a day, many varieties, but it is still not good for the Chinese ... But eating several all-inclusive hotels in Egypt is not in line with Chinese taste, so bring some instant noodles with chili sauce ... … There are 3 or 4 restaurants in the hotel. There is basically no difference between each meal in the restaurant ... but there are a lot of people in the restaurant. They are often full, but they have meals in 24 hours, and the hotel bar and drinks Drinks from Taiwan, ice cream and everything are free. It is very comfortable to stay inside ~ Room: I forgot to take a picture of the room, but the room is still very good, 4-5 star hotel standard, the brother cleaned up very cleanly, I did n’t want him to come in and cleaned up, so I hung the Do Not Disturb sign, But the cleaning brother will pay attention to when I go out and come back every day, and then come to chat with us to clean up the room, so be prepared to change some money as a tip. The room is very spacious, the bathroom is also very good, bring a small balcony, the balcony view is probably Figure 5 Figure 8 Beach: The hotel has a private beach, but it is not with the hotel. You need to take a car at the entrance of the lobby for about 10 minutes. The beach is not large and there are many people. Figure 7 is the beach, but there is a free dining table provided by the hotel on the beach. There are some salad bread fries drinks ice cream, but I have to say that Sharm el Sheikh is really good underwater! Just a few meters from the beach to snorkeling in the water, you can see a lot of live corals, schools of fish, the big Nemo, and you can see a lot of things when you dive in Sharm! But it ’s really cold in February. It ’s still after March. Water park: This should be the selling point of this hotel! Oversized water park! Every project has staff, and it's all free! !! !! This hotel has a part of the water park. The main point is that the hotel next door is a group with this hotel. With a bracelet, you can go in and play during the day! The water park of the hotel next door is also very large, and it does not duplicate the water project of this hotel. There are also water roller coasters that are larger than the roller coaster. Because the weather is cold, we usually start playing after noon. The water parks of these two hotels will be played. 2 days Service: The front desk staff's service attitude is average. The entire hotel is very lively. There are a lot of people, mainly Russians. Basically the hotel staff will speak Russian first. Chinese people did n’t have any when we went, so they are Asian faces. It was so prominent that every time the brother who was in the event atmosphere group wanted to bring us to play ... even the staff at the hotel asked why we came here ... Chinese rarely know this place ... except for the staff The front desk brother is average, others are good In summary, the price of 500 is quite good for such an all-inclusive hotel. The water park is especially suitable for bringing children, and should come again in the future, oh yes, Ctrip! Is the cheapest hotel in all platforms! Cheaper than booking and agoda! And customer service is always online, like one! Oh, the hotel does not provide free hotel pick-up. Sham is generally expensive to use a taxi. You cannot use Uber. When you come from the airport, you can bargain to 250 Egyptian pounds. When you return, you can only book a car at the hotel, 18 US dollars or 300 Egyptian pounds ... ...

Recently arrived back to Wales after a fabulous trip to Cleopatra Luxury Resort for 7 days. I’m not one to write reviews however I wanted to make sure particular individuals on this complex were acknowledged. Every staff member we encountered from the moment we arrived to the minute we left in this hotel were extremely friendly and very welcoming and made our week stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We originally booked this week away for a peaceful relaxing time in the sun however after meeting a couple of the tour reps on site we soon discovered we would thoroughly enjoy our time more by participating in excursions. We first met Mohammed from the Safari excursion trip team and both me and my partner felt instantly at ease and laughed and laughed with Mohammed. He was extremely friendly and took a great interest in both of us and made sure we were taken care of not only on the trip but inside the hotel also. When we booked the safari trip which included riding quad bikes, camel rides and an evening show with belly dancers, snake charmers whilst being served an evening meal which Mohammed went out of his way to get my partner an extra plate of chicken. We loved this excursion and it was definitely made more enjoyable by him so 10/10 for Mohammed and thanks for taking care of us both! The second rep we would like to thank is Tito! What a lovely kind man. We booked swimming with dolphins with him to which he did a very good deal with us. The excursion picked us up in the morning took us to swim with dolphins whilst waiting for us and then brought us back to the hotel. Tito always made sure we enjoyed every day of our holiday checked in on us and was just a very genuine guy. So thanks to Tito 10/10! Overall loved Egypt will definitely be returning and our trip was made better by meeting these two lovely men along with all the other staff members in the resort, along with the guys who worked in the gift shop who invited us in for tea everyday.

It is an all-inclusive luxury hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh. It is very close to the airport. We have a 150-pound taxi. It is expensive and should be cut to 100. Advantages: 1. The layout of the suite rooms is reasonable, and the bathroom is especially comfortable and spacious. 2, the main restaurant is large enough, rich in variety, lunch, and dinner. Especially for dinner, the outdoor barbecue section has grilled shrimp and grilled fish. Indoor part of salmon, crab, green mussels, squid, all kinds of chicken, beef and mutton. There are no five-star hotels in Egypt that can do this. 3, the children's club is very large, both indoors and outdoors. There is also a small water park. 4, the resort covers a large area, the pool is also enough, no matter which building has a close swimming pool. 5, the evening show is superior in Egypt, the first half hour is to bring the children to dance. The latter is the official program. 6, the shuttle bus in the resort is more frequent, you must take the car at the point. Disadvantages: 1, all-inclusive hotel, three meals, beach, pool, drinks in the theater are free. However, several specialty restaurants such as Japanese restaurants, Turkish restaurants, Italian restaurants, etc. still need to make an appointment and pay. In Egypt we have also tried other all-inclusive hotels. Apart from the main restaurant, other specialty restaurants are basically free. So such an all-inclusive is a bit regrettable. 2, nabq bay's beach is congenitally short, very hard reef, want to snorkel through the trestle and then go to the sea, inconvenient. But the fish is really beautiful and beautiful. In short, based on our experience of living in 11 resorts in the Red Sea of Egypt, this is a great recommendation and will go again.

My family and I stayed during the last 10 days of September, and we had an amazing experience. At first, we faced huge problems with the the room we picked as rooms aren't as advertised on booking.com, but with the help of the reception staff we managed to upgarde to a deluxe suite and were very pleased with it. Then after engaging with the rest of the staff, we were surprised by how warm, helpful, welcoming and friendly they are. All in all, it was an amazing stay to the extent that we have changed our new-years plan to be at the same resort again. Since the staff were the highlight of our stay, I would like to stress my thanks again to the whole staff, and I would also like to give special thanks to the following (with no specific order): - Mr. Ramy Adel (Waiter at the Main Restaurant) for his services and extra care for hygiene and infection control. - Mr. Mohamed Said AbdelAzeem (Waiter at the Main Restaurant) for his amazing services and help within the restaurant. - Mr. Mohamed Hamed (Main Restaurant Manager) for his extraordinary hospitality and services. - Chef Tamer Habib for his amazing service and ”Feteer”, we haven't eaten such delicious Feteer anywhere (in Egypt or otherwise). - Chef Mohamed Ibrahim for his services and help in picking suitable meals within the buffet. - Chef Mohamed Ramadan for his Services and help in picking suitable meals within the buffet. - Chef Moataz Ibrahim for his amazing grilled seafood. - Sous Chef Hossam Mohamed for his amazing hospitality and services. - Mr. Hisham Zakaria (Reception Manager) for his help, care and guidance during our stay. - Miss Nadia Gadallah for her amazing care about quality and her help during our stay.
