Perfectly located, luxury, historic hotel in the centre of the City. Our good-sized room had coastal views, a supremely-comfortable bed and marble bathroom. Great wifi. Quiet. Stocked minibar : good to see that peculiar hotel Covid paranoia finally over. Coffee and tea- making facilities provided, though only instant coffee - which was disappointing, perhaps more standard in Greece? The buffet breakfast at the rooftop restaurant / bar was generous, varied and provided a spectacular visita to start the day. (Remember to ask for Americano rather than black coffee so you get a barrista beverage). Other guests: couples and adult groups of all ages and nationalities.

This is rather old hotel.The room and facilities are not modern .The furniture is used.The balcony door in my room (number 425)was broken and could not be closed.From the street you could hear the traffic even at night.The facilities in the mini-gym were broken and only the treadmill was working.The breakfast was simple but fairly good with local ingredients and fresh squeezed orange juice was a little bonus.The staff at breakfast room was polite.The 9th floor restaurant was nice and had nice view.There was a small swimming pool .The lobby of the hotel and general areas were well kept.

the service was okay. the people working in the hotel very kind and helpful . But , the hotel needs restoration . looks quite old, and dark. some things are broken etc . i stayed in this hotel also 2013 ... now it lookes much older and not so well maintained . Also the music in the breakfast room was too loud and not agreable stile for starting the day i would prefer something calmer . The breakfast was in general okay exept that i would prefer some more local , original Greek cheeses not these ordinary packed cheeses that are not Greek . Althought this horel is in best area , very central and the working people are very kind it has a dark impression to me , i would prefer to lighten up a bit the colours in the corridors to lift up the spirit . in the night there was also a lot of noise from some foreign customers and that was quite annoying . Thank you

Lots of little creature comforts. The room was spacious, the bathroom, albeit not appropriate for people that guard their privacy, was well-equipped. The location was walking distance to almost every site we wanted to see, every restaurant we visited, shopping, etc.

Not all five star hotels are created equal. This truth was evident from the moment I stepped into the hotel. Car parking - that will be 20 euro a night. Alternatives? No idea (turned out that you can park three blocks away for less than 10 euro a night depending on departure time next day). Room upgrade - impossible - I get that this isn't always possible but the delivery by staff is all important. The room - ok - nothing to write home about (shower leaked from the top - when I mentioned as I left no one seemed to care - which just about summed up my stay). The view - from the back side of the hotel - not worth the money. The breakfast - passible. All in all would I go back? Honestly no - I'd definitely look elsewhere.

We stayed here for 4 nights as a base for visiting Thessaloniki. The hotel is well located on a busy central street. If you want to use the airport bus, it stops right outside. Our city view room was modern and clean, with good facilities. We had a comfortable big bed, fridge, safe, air conditioning and a bathroom with a large shower and a full range of toiletries. There was a coffee machine in the room, you could buy pods if you wanted to use it. The electric blinds were blackout blinds, so the room was nice and dark at night. The windows were effective at keeping out the noise of the traffic. The only issue with the room for us was that after the recent hotel renovation, you still cannot put toilet paper in the toilet, you have to use the bin next to it. Breakfast was good with a big selection of food including cereal, fruit, bread, meat, cheese, hot items, cake and pastries. The staff were helpful. There was a rooftop bar with a good view over the city. I would certainly stay here again if I return to Thessaloniki.

We arrived at 9.30 in the morning from the airport, very tired, expecting to wait for checking in till afternoon. To our big surprise we got the key and the room right away and could catch up on some sleep before venturing into town. Not many hotels would do it, so it was a great welcome! The good vibes about this hotel continued for us for the next few days. Breakfast was great. Vasili, Ronaldo, Anastasia, Helen, everyone in the hotel staff was great, extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. We couldn't wish for better service. The room was comfortable, very high tech, everything controlled by remote device. Location is good, on the edge of the city centre but close to the train station and transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thessaloniki. THANKS ONOMA

My husband and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. The location is excellent as it is only a few minutes from the White Tower. Our room was a good size and very clean. However there was no where to put a large suitcase. The shelf where a suitcase could have been put was blocked off by a full length mirror. Whilst a full length mirror is great it is a real shame they have chosen to effectively limit the use of the shelving. We put one suitcase on the desk and had to have the other one on the floor. There was also a faint smell of food in the room. We noticed that the cleaners always left a window in the room ajar and wondered if this was to try and get rid of the food smell. The bathroom was also an OK size but unfortunately it was impossible to have a shower without wetting the bathroom floor. They have an agreement with a local car park operator and we parked our car there. When we first saw the car park we were a bit hesitant. We had to drive the car onto a circular disk and the car disappeared down an elevator. We had never experienced a car park like this but it did all work OK. I had asked for the price of parking when I first booked and I was told it would be 10€. When we arrived it was 13€. I appreciate things do increase but it would have been considerate if they had said this rather than just say it’s 13€. We had intended to take the breakfast option but when we saw the room and spoke to the staff we decided against this for the following reasons: 1. There was no table and chairs in the room to eat breakfast. We would have had to balance it on our lap on the bed. 2. The earliest time we could get breakfast was 8.30am. We wanted to be out and about by this time. 3. We were concerned that the hot food would not be hot by the time we received it. To be perfectly honest we are simply amazed that a 4 star hotel would expect people to eat breakfast on their laps. The female who checked us in gave us a lot of information. In fact, so much that it was overwhelming. We would have preferred detailed information about fewer things. The gentleman who was there when we were settling our bill (the evening before we checked out) gave us good information about leaving the car park. He understood the need for detailed information. I booked this hotel almost 5 months prior to our stay. Just over 2 months before our stay I emailed the hotel to notify them that the credit card I had used to confirm the booking had been compromised and cancelled by the bank and was there a secure way I could update the credit card. The hotel is located in the most central location in Egnatia at the height of Aristotle. Nevertheless, it has very good sound insulation and sleeping is like sleeping in the countryside. Everything was at your feet. The room was suite 104. It was very comfortable, clean and modern, with a full minibar and lots of toiletries. I was given a 10 minute welcome massage as a gift which was amazing. Dimitris, who gave me the massage, showed me around the spa area, which I enjoyed, and suggested a facial treatment, which I did the next day and it really was amazing. Breakfast adequate. The staff is kind. My stay in Thessaloniki was made more beautiful by my stay at this hotel.

This wasn’t my first stay at this boutique hotel. The suite was facing the waterfront as I had requested. The staff is very attentive and are always available to guide guests in their needs, with great knowledge of Thessaloniki. Although I was in the city but a few nights, I have used the valet service for parking in the past. It’s very convenient. Normally not a breakfast person, the buffet was so diversified, I indulged every morning. The staff is the gem of the Daios hotel. From front desk, porters, house keeping and the restaurant staff, their warmth comes across. They are all attentive in a wonderfully subdued way. Attentive but not intrusive and it truly compliments the properties style. Ultimately, would I stay again….? Oh, yes. It’s the right size that you’re not treated as just another temporary tenant. They’re truly appreciative that you’re in their care. And it’s a special feeling every time I stay at the Daios.

Superb apartments and excellent facilities. Great location The room was immaculate and very well appointed, everything you could need and very stylish. The gym was really great and I enjoyed working out with a huge and very effective fan full blast. The really winner was the help we had from Eleni who was on the front desk. She was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, including helping us with our onward journey. We will definitely come again and heartily recommend these apartments.

The building is renovated with 5 floors with rooms of different sizes. We stayed in the 5th (executive 2 bedroom apartments with jacuzi shower) suite, which is ideal for 4-member family. About 100 meter with two bedrooms, a separate playroom, a patio, a washing machine and modern furniture. In the bathroom there was a bath and a shower. On the other side there was a supermarket and a parallel street working 24-hour garage that suited the car. The reception has specific hours of operation, but if you get there after them they leave instructions for entering the room. The cleaning is at the disposal of the tenant, that is, whether the room will be cleaned or if they will change only towels, etc. We will definitely stay there again if we visit Thessaloniki.

Hotel hidden in the alley. The room is relatively large, especially the bathroom, which is separate from the toilet. When you push the door, you can smell the faint scent of the bedding after washing. The operator’s design and decoration can be seen everywhere in the entire building. It was our first time at MonAsty and we enjoyed the warm welcome by the whole team the moment we arrived. We were showed to our room which was quiet as requested and had a modern interior. During our stay we noticed a small issue with the water temperature which was addressed promptly. There was a nightly live music at the bar downstairs which was not intrusive. I noticed that the small entrance area equipped with a couple of tables was well liked by guests and locals who came here to have coffee which made the scenery more lively. What really stood out was the hospitality of the staff and especially Ms. Vana who went above and beyond to organize a dinner reservation for us at a unique location. Since it was on Dec. 29 most of the places were booked already and it was only due to her that we were able to celebrate with our friends in this memorable spot. As highlighted by others the location in the center of the city is a major advantage for shopping, sightseeing and dining. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back hopefully soon.

Excellent from all points of view, between walks from the sea to very little to the White Tower, very central, new and beautiful structure, large rooms, two lifts, more than friendly staff and available (They printed me back air tickets and called a taxi to go to a site, some people also speak Italian. Garage nearby, it is not of the hotel but they want to call them to book it. They assigned me a junior suite even though with booking.com I had booked a superior) very pleasant gesture. Air conditioning already on, so fresh room at our arrival Bath with shower, towels, towels, soaps suppliers of two different quality. Unfortunately, the bidet is missing. A large washing plan, but you don't know where to support the used towels. Frokost: not so many products but of excellent quality, they bring them hot drinks. I didn't find a reading room.
