CONCLUSION: With a more reliable telephone accessibility and a little more ”heart host performance” (instead of being a muffle guest manager) I would have given the full score (5 out of 5 points). Location/Environment: The forest cafe is located on the north side of Hettstedt. In the immediate neighborhood, football and tennis are located, but they have not disturbed us... We have noticed that the entire area of the forest cafe is beautifully decorated or is just in the process of reconstruction: A modern (bavarian) beer garden with many green plants - really urigue. Here I can imagine a loud summer evening or a festive evening beer very well. We are looking forward to the whole area after completion of modernisation. Hotel: The rooms are located in the main house (a little cheaper, we cannot judge) and in a neighborhood on the edge of the beer garden (a little cheaper, we have been awaiting). Rooms (Adjacent building) - 5 out of 5 points: The rooms are located on the ground floor and on the 1st floor (top floor). We were in the OG (no seat). Our room was super modern furnished, with style and charm, air conditioning, boxing beds, TV, WiFi (incl.), floor deep window opening and electric. Roll load, seating, small desk, sufficient landscapes - and everything very clean. Dush/WC - 5 of 5 points: Indoor, ground-equipped shower with depot for own shower gel, towel heater, glass door with milk glass (this brings a little daylight into the bathroom), very intelligent corner mirror (good solution), cosmetic mirror, Foon - all clean here too. Breakfast - 5 of 5 points: Breakfast buffet (revolving, mad !!!) has everything the heart wants. Here you can see where the orange and apple juice comes from - unlike in other hotels where only a colorful, thin broom comes from the machine. ALL. And the rhetoric is the ham (so right with spices, herbs, just delicious). The first time for months that I didn't have to swim. Class. Service: And here we come a little to the house's wrist drop. Due to an unexpected late trip and the knowledge that check-in is only possible until 20:30, we have tried to call from 19:30 in the forest cafe. All attempts have failed - no one has taken off. To not stand closed at night, we cancelled the arrival and turned on the booking portal ”bookingpointcom” (which did not reach anyone phoned ...) When we were home, We received a feedback ... but unfortunately too late for arrival. However, we didn't even pay this night. The same problem with the lack of accessibility we had then again next day because of a request ... damage. Here it would be desirable to find a rapid solution (e.g. transmission from fixed network to mobile phones or additional mobile phones)
