Same with this one, food and service are excellent.

      Breakfast is OK, if you bring a child, it is best to have an extra bed. Staying at this hotel, you have to own a car, the location of the hotel in Tagaytay is not good. The front desk was a mourner, and the attitude in the Philippines was definitely bad. Although the room is ready early, I have to wait until 2 o'clock to let the stay, can not be humanized? When the room is in the lobby, a glass of water is not given. This service is also a must in the Philippines. The side shows that management is not in place. There are countless hotels in the Philippines, and it is also the first time.

However, because there were few customers, the password for the Wifi was old, the water tap in the toilet was closed at first, and there was no adapter for the refrigerator.       We had an amazing experience at Crosswinds Tagaytay. we stayed at One Bedroom Deluxe and their rooms are very spacious and clean. if you are looking for a relaxing and quiet place I would recommend Crosswinds hotel , you can only hear the birds chirping all day. staffs are very accommodating. exceeds our expectation! plus the wifi is fast! Nice place cool ambiance its a quiet place, nice nature. If you are looking for fascinating nature and tranquil place this hotel is perfect, the hotel staff are accomodating, the room where we stayed was nice and chillin', the amenities was good and also their breakfast thou limited choices but yet 'twas tasty😋.Keep it up!👍

      I requested to get the best view of the taal lake and they gave us the best room, it was perfect! It has a spacious balcony and the view was simply breathtaking. The hotel is located off the main road secluded on a hilltop which makes it quiet and private, perfect if you're seeking for a peaceful stay. Wifi is patchy inside the room but I don't mind, and besides may tv/netflix naman kaya it's fine. All of the staff were very welcoming and attentive. Foods were quite limited but they were good lalo na yung bulalo and kare kare. We had our dinner inside the room, para quality time na rin. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.

      Beyond expectation. I am surprised to know that this hotel is a 3-star hotel yet i was able to experience a 5-star service quality. Perfect 10 for the services of marshalls, receptionists, room attendants, waiters, and housekeeping. The amenities are more than what you can expect for a 3-star hotel.       We stayed at the Estancia Resort Hotel for two nights after having moved out of another well-below-standard pseudo-hotel in the area. The room we were given had a great view of the Taal Lake and we were able to catch a bit of the sunrise too. The room and bathroom were clean, aircon was cool enough. There were enough sockets for multiple charging needs. Water from the shower was hot. Staff were prompt, polite, helpful and welcoming. A few things that need looking into are: - the absence of wifi in the rooms (wifi is only available in the lobby) - the bad smell coming from the bathroom drains - renewing the electric water kettle (it worked but did not turn off automatically and the cover kept popping open) - the fridge had no glass shelf - the cabinet doors are misaligned - the screen door can’t be locked - some areas lack accessibility for the disabled (more ramps for wheelchair users needed since the property spans multiple levels; getting the lift working would help) Our suggestions: A microwave in the room would be a welcome bonus for guests who may need to reheat some leftovers. Replacing the bulbs with LED bulbs would brighten the room and save energy as well.

      We were the only guests in the hotel. Kitchen was closed. Breakfast in a room with only the two of us. Time to serve breakfast was very long, we waited about 30 minutes and we were the only guests. We had the ”amazing room with balcony”. Clean room and bathroom, terrace ok with spectacular views. Supprised we had to sign a ”room inventory”, we travelled a lot and all over the world. This was the first time we had to do that. At midnight we woke up with very loud music. Since we were the only guests we were supprised to have that noice in the hotel (I can unterstand it when there's a wedding but that was not the case). Not quiet the hotel we expected.

      This is a great place for people looking for a place to stay on a mid-range budget. Location The hotel belongs with other establishments in the center. It's a 5 to 10-minute walk from the rotonda. It's surrounded by restaurants and convinience stores in case you need anything which the hotel can't provide. Amenities This passes as a botique hotel. It has 4 floors and offers 30 rooms. The down side is, parking is not enough. The parking at the basement can only hold 15 at most and the parking in front of the hotel can hold only 8. The hotel also has a restaurant, and parking for the restaurant and hotel is shared. The hotel has no room service for food. The room i checked in, king size lake view has a veranda. However, the veranda is not dedicated to our room. It is shared between 3 other rooms within the same floor. Our room could also use better storage space. There was only 1 cabinet which held the tv and functioned as our cabinet. There could have been another one specifically to put down our luggage for easy access instead of putting them all in the cabinet. The hotel also does not have laundry services, or at least they dont publish it. Pandemic pointers Unlike other hotels which detail their sanitation procedures, this hotel doesn't. However, they provided facemasks and a bottle of alcohol for us. Goodnight sleep The bed was comfortable. The airconditioning is great. The room was relatively quiet although i heard a couple of guests go in and out of their rooms because the door was slammed hard. Acoustics could be improved. Price and overall stay For the price we got the room for, our experience was great. This can't be compared to how your experience is with 5 star hotels because there's a lot of difference. However, you can expect the staff to be friendly and attentive. You can expect a great panoramic view in some of the rooms. You can expect the location to be accessible. Finally, you can expect your money's worth for a comfortable mid range tagaytay vacation experience.

      We booked our overnight stay at the last minute (since our usual go-to places in Tagaytay were fully booked) and we didn’t regret it. Got the family suite for our family of eight (includes three kids below 10 years) and it was good for all of us. The hotel staff, especially Mike, the manager, and Norman were very kind and accommodating. They briefed us well and gave us lots of tips so we didn’t mind it at all that there was limited service after 10pm. Room and interiors of the hotel are very creatively designed - actually inspired us to recycle wine bottles and cardboard into home decor. Location worked for us too - it’s not along the busy main road of Tagaytay but very near the highway. It gave us a semblance of being hidden away which we liked very much. It’s also right behind Aozora, the popular Jap resto in Tagaytay, so that was a big plus (easy access to great food). We’re quite happy with our serendipitous find and we’d gladly return with more friends and family. Thank you to the team of Containers by Eco Hotels!

      Last April 2019, I was looking for an affordable but good place to stay in Tagaytay with my parents. A friend of mine saw this and suggested if we want to check if we want to try. We checked if this would meet our demands: - Budget-friendly - Not too far - Clean - With breakfast - With parking area inside - With toilet/bathroom inside the room Since it seemed to meet our demands, we booked for a 3D2N stay via Agoda.com. Actually, we had 2 separate bookings. One with breakfast and the second was without so that in case we didn't liked the food, we could just buy food outside that could serve as our breakfast. Also, all bookings have massage included for the 3 of us. To make the long story short, it was a two thumbs up 👍👍! It's a very good place to stay if you just want to escape from the busy streets and the humid air of Manila. The staffs were very friendly and accomodating. Not sure if they normally have a lot of bookings during summer but since we booked 2 days before the PH holiday, it was a great timing because there were very few guests. The place was very peaceful even at night. Also, the breakfast that we had was good! 😁 Though if you would buy at their cafeteria separately, it may seemed pricey. Still, overall satisfation: 👍👍👍👍👍
