The helpfulness of the team at reception and room service is amazing. Anything from helping us plan where to go, to fulfilling any requests within minutes. Location is a walking distance from pretty much anything you want to see or any good place to eat. The best hotel in Kutaisi for sure!

Very descent hotel with stylish and rather spacious rooms, friendly staff, extremely well located, rich breakfast with local food and wine bar. We had stayed here before and will stay again. Rooms without balcony are also very nice but if you want a balcony, you should ask for it when you do the booking.

Overall awesome experience...starting with great location (city center), caring and helpful staff (Maria, Igor, Neliko to name few of them), flexibility from Hotel Team in arranging everything we wanted.

i fell in love with this hotel. i am a frequent traveller almost 50 countries. this was my second trip to georgia. first time in kutaisi. excellent hospitality the MANAGE THE OWENER THIS LADY MAKE FEEL LIKE home. again going this november to kutaisi and this hotel. I spent 2 nights in Kutaisi. Staff was very helpful and they tried their best. There is restaurant on the first floor and its very comfortable. I stayed in Royal Suite and it was big and nice room with big balcony.
