The room was good and the bathroom also, with something of ”character” but well. the right staff. The problem is breakfast. It is not as the photo shows. It was very limited and it is not at all of the category or price of a hotel of that category., We arrived after the time of opening but wasn't all still put. And the cheese they served were virutas, unacceptable. When we went, they took up decent pieces. There's a lot to improve. I recommend you to send a study trip to the breakfast manager.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. My friend and I checked in pretty late at night and requested a room with two double beds - which they were able to provide. Due to jet lag, my friend spent a lot of time in the room, and interacted quite frequently with the cleaning staff. She said that they were very kind and accommodating - coming to clean the room and give us extra towels when we asked. The most amazing part of the hotel is the included continental breakfast. They had delicious fruit, bread, sliced meats and cheeses, and pastries. It was a really good spread. The main downside of the hotel was that the air conditioning wasn't working very well while we were there. Luckily it wasn't too hot outside, so we slept most nights with our balcony door open, but hopefully this gets fixed soon! Otherwise, the location of the hotel is really great. It's right next to a beautiful park.

This hotel is a walk on memory lane, a fresh sip of water. It brings you back to the time when hospitality had a whole different sense. When tourism was not an industry and every hotel had its unique mark of hospitality. This is the best hotel I have found in Spain so far. Even if the weather was awful, I have fond memories of Albacete thanks to my stay in Castilla hotel. Wonderful staff, strategic location . Perfect room .

Excellent bedroom, plenty of car parking space, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, wine prices ok but evening meal was poor and well below what we normally have at parador. If the parador standards in the restaurant continue to decline like this then I imagine many potential clients will go elsewhere.

The room that touched me was very large and the beds were comfortable. It has a well-dimensioned bathroom with a massage bathroom. The staff was very pleasant with me at all times. The breakfast is not recommended because it is a little small variety and you have to ask the coffee in the bar instead of serve yourself.

With regard to the treatment of workers and the stay nothing to object, but it is not a good place for drivers, in most hotel parkings you charge a parcel that is what you occupy and put the two bikes in the parcel. In this, we were charged the bike individually and we were given a parcel under a rampa, a small space and you were hit with your head on the roof, paying more than a tourism treat you worse.

Good location and the reception staff are also very enthusiastic. Slippers toiletries are provided.

We have stayed in many B&B hotels in France but this was a first for Spain, a break in our journey from Santander to Roldan. B&B hotels are at the budget end of the range and good value, albeit rooms are small and facilities fairly basic (but clean). We were then very surprised, pleasantly so, to find we had a large room and large bathroom, all spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was the usual continental. Plenty of free car parking. Only drawback is that it is in an area with lots of retail properties and eating options are quite limited - we did find a pizza and pasta restaurant in the shopping mall; the other options are McDonalds KFC.
