Top 10 Absecon Lighthouse Hotels

My husband and I decided to take an overnight getaway, we discovered a hidden gem right in Ocean City. We have walked by the place many times and said many times, that we wanted to visit, and we finally did. The staff was amazing, the room was clean and cozy!!! I was wonderful. There is so much history. The onsight restaurant ”Emily's” was fantastic. Even if you don't stay at the hotel, this place had fabulous food and ambience! The restaurant is named after a ghost that haunts the hotel, although we did not get to see her.

I was able to stay without any problems. The morning buffet is very good and satisfying. It was a wonderful room. The location was very convenient and nice.

The room was excellent. However the venue was extremely to far for someone with disabilities. The line also extremely to long a wait to enter the concert. It was very painful for me. I have arthritis, the walking & standing was very tiring for me. I think there should have been a shorter route then through the ******. There needs to be more consideration for us that have trouble with our legs. Maybe a separate entrance for the handicap. Separate lines for the handicap. Some sort of special accommodation.
