To the rude middle Eastern woman at the front desk, don't worry about ”hating to allow service dogs” and the tremendous amount of money you claim they cost you. This time a service dog didn't cost you a penny but your rude attitude did. We drove the extra 15 minutes to Guntersville and stayed at a NICE HOTEL with employees who know what kindness, friendliness and customer service is. I guess I could've stayed there and stared out the window at the McDonald's, but instead I opted for a balcony with a lake view, with my service dog laying right beside me. Weird, everyone here welcomes us with open arms and loved that my service dog was with me. Word of advice, you keep bumping those gums about how much of a problem service dogs are and expect a letter from the Federal ADA enforcement people. You actually have the nerve to complain about the added cost a service dog costs you, while charging people $101 up to $120 a night for a room with a bed!!! Yeah I'm sure you're really losing money at those rates. To any potential customer, save time and drive the extra 15 minutes where you will have a choice of many places to stay instead of this one story dump!
