I went to turkey with my sister and mother and we decided to stay at the best hotel in Capadoccia, we were really excited to do the ballon trip and get to know the beautiful town. Once we arrived to the hotel the treatment was terrible, they were very disrisispectfull with my mother who is able to walk but had a wheelchair for asisstance. The hotel later told the tour guide from the balloons that they should not allow my mother to go to the trip (without letting us know the reason) and saying there was no room. IMPORTANT TO SAY THE TRIP IN BALLOON WAS ALREADY PAYED AND RESERVED. Later the next day we asked if there was any news on our ballon ride and they said there was no space. we where very disapointed. Later on arriving back to mexico and having our travel agent call the hotel for explanation we learned the hotel staff arranged for us no to go to the trip. Instead of telling us its not recommended for older people or even just letting one of ride, knowing we had made such a long trip to go there. It was on my mothers bucket list and it is very sad to know that lack of sympathy and comunication did this. WE DID NOT RECIEVE ANY COMPENSATION FOR THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OR OUR MONEY BACK FOR THE BALLOON RIDE. We felt discriminated throughout the stay.

Our stay at Sah Saray was better than our expectations. The people there make it good. Our room was beautiful and looked just like the photos if not even better. The only thing I did not like about it was that it was not spacious enough for what we paid it was a bit of a squeeze. The property overall was fantastic, the views from the terrace of the balloons every morning were so calming. The service was great especially from Samet at reception who was always providing the best service and always genuine and personalised to us. Thank you very much to Mr Kemal for arranging all our activities for us especially the balloon ride and managing to get us the deluxe flight that we wanted! :) The breakfast at the property was delicious. You have a full Turkish breakfast every morning and Orhan's service was amazing, he even served us breakfast after the time had passed on a couple of the days as we woke up late and would serve us complimentary drinks every so often. Everyone at the property is so helpful and always there to have a friendly chat with and the place itself is just gorgeous. The location was not bad we could walk to the centre in less than ten mins from the property which is great because the hotel restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner so it's great that the centre is so close.

A great hotel, just next to the hotel hotel, a three minute walk. Relatively recommend this home, from the approaching hotel, I feel low-key luxury, not very exaggerated decoration, but you may have a sofa sitting 2w Europe. The room is much larger than expected, and each employee's quality is very high and very self-cultivating. It is a luxury cottage. The breakfast is very rich, it only takes 5-6 minutes to go to the town, it is very recommended 👍🏼👍🏼

Is like in the picture. beautiful key centered location, great breackfast buffet, all tasty and fresh. Clean, nice director/reception, improvable the attendants of the buffet, a little rude, once I asked a cola for breackfast, they scolded me, I paid 700 euro to be here, if I want a box of cola u just give it to me, or charge me, no comment needed. Junior Suite looked less fancy than Superior Room I must say, the wood roof was not really cool like the rock cealing. Prayer time is pretty loud, insulation can be improved. Beautiful balcony (the common one). My room Balcony was on top of the entrance stairs, not really a balcony duh. Apart this two details all good. Good value for money.

We stayed for 3 nights at Aza Cave Hotel. The hospitality from the staffs was wonderful. Every staff members were so friendly and awesome. They constantly update us if we are able to take the hot air balloon and shift us to the next day when it couldn’t fly, we still didn’t managed to fly due to bad weather condition. But it was still a remarkable experience for us. We were given an upgrade to the king suite which comes with outdoor balcony, fireplace and bathtub. The staffs at the breakfast area also provided us with good service and food, we had hot breakfast, cheese and bread. We also booked tours with them, all were great and awesome.

A fairly good half-cave hotel, booked a family suite, the actual room and picture are not the same, the front desk explained that this is separated by a wall, but the reservation picture is a few pillars, it is very Spacious, the actual room is not very satisfactory, the bathroom as a five-person room is relatively small, only half of the bathroom is a real cave, the other parts are covered, the hotel is clean and clean, the staff is friendly, very good, still There is a swimming pool, the terrace restaurant has a great view, the breakfast is Turkish style, there are not many surprises, the location is good, very close to the town center! But the price is not high!

I was in this hotel with friends and relatives on the night of February 13. The view from the hotel is very beautiful, you can admire Goreme.Excellent location, the panorama is quite suggestive. The rooms, I would call them suites, wonderful, careful and comfortable. They all have their style. Some with a ground bathroom, others with shower, but all furnished in the minimum details. A wide choice of salt and sweet in terms of breakfast and of course very good. Sleeping very comfortable, the observation deck is beautiful, getting up too late to eat food, you can see other people's evaluation. Very enthusiastic, but unfortunately my English is too bad, I didn't communicate much. The road at the entrance of the hotel is a bit difficult to climb, the location is high and the view is comfortable

Very very satisfied, Facilities: Very complete, the terrace has a great view, and watching hot air balloons on the terrace in the morning is really awesome. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: There are flowers and plants everywhere, and the mood is very good. Service: The service was considerate. We were allowed to check in early and received complimentary breakfast. We were also provided with free pick-up service from the bus station. I was so satisfied.
