16 Royal Crescent, Bath, Bath and North East Somerset, United Kingdom
"The location of the hotel is very good, just inside the Crescent Building, we ordered room delivery on the day, the room service was good & # 128077; but there was no Chinese courtesy in the promotion: the kettle in the room was a phone call and the waiter delivered it In the past, the so-called Chinese logo was also limited to no smoking and no Chinese facilities list. We called our front desk without a Wi-Fi signal before changing our room, and our check-in experience on the day was not good. : Because it rained, we arrived a little earlier (hotel check-in was at 3 pm) and had been waiting in the lobby for nearly two hours before proper check-in was made. Check-in took place during the period when seven or eight foreign tourists arrived. During the check-in process for them, I was puzzled. I went to the front desk twice to ask. Their answers were different rooms for the guests and us. Their room types were taken care of, and our room was not good. It was a coincidence. That day, so many batches of tourists were so lucky that none of them stayed in our room type. We also encountered bad conditions when we arrived early when traveling abroad, but the hotel Let ’s wait a bit, and deal with it as soon as possible, so that guests can check in as soon as possible (except for the large resort hotel where there are many guests, the cleaners are too busy, and it may not be possible to check in early). According to my observation, this hotel Not so large, but it really made us wait for three points, not a minute ahead of time, unfortunately we do n’t agree with this hotel, and we ca n’t reach the service concept of a five-star hotel"
"Service is good, room equipment is average. Breakfast is very special, but the door locks are old (every time you open the door, you have to kneel on the ground for a long time, like a thief. But the key is not inserted, anxious!). You can charge an extra bed, but you will have to pay for the extra bed (but please prepare for a small enough consumption. Because the waiter is awkward and hard-working when making a bed, it will really make you feel uncomfortable)"
"1, the hotel parking lot is outside, 30 pounds a day is very expensive; 2, the hotel house is a wooden structure, slightly crisp, but the overall decoration is good; 3, the hotel comprehensive quality, but the price is too low, Stay for one day with breakfast for around 450 pounds."

Beau Street, Bath, Bath and North East Somerset, United Kingdom
"Remind Chinese compatriots! Be sure to think carefully when booking this hotel! Especially for families with children! The British are really too rigid to do things! Everything comes according to the rules and regulations. Our two large and small twin rooms have a big bed, only 1.2 meters for a bed. Considering that the extra bed is too expensive, I saw a young lady from the front desk. Deliberately called them to transfer to him to ask for a free baby cot. The result was told that we were not allowed to bring children in our room. Need to upgrade the room type plus one hundred pounds! ! Going to the manager and calling Ctrip to negotiate the answer is still the same. We ask for a refund of the money but don't give it back! I was so cold that I could go back to the room and add clothes. I found that the room card was canceled. Live is frozen to trembling directly to catch a cold! ! Later, Ctrip had a difference. When I asked to move the baggage of the original room to the new room, it took a full half hour to remind me to pick it up for a few times. I really don’t know what the praise is. The British are really cold and indifferent. The price of three or four thousand services can't keep up with this price! ! The hotel is a five-star standard. There is floor heating in the bathroom! Mini bar is free! When I bought it, I went to the hot spring hotel. I didn’t have the strength to go to the bubble and didn’t enjoy the service! Everyone is careful to book!"
"The hotel is located near the Roman Baths. The train station is very close, and Bath itself is very small. It can also be reached on foot by walking to major attractions. There are several steps at the entrance of the hotel, and the large suitcase is a bit tired. Hotel service is good, basically there will be responses to calls. The room was not in good condition at check-in, the room was small, no hair dryer, no kettle, no heating, (seemingly broken, it was not warm after a few resets, and gave me a heater in the back), but I was still awake at midnight. The telephone in the room was also broken. There were two sinks and one was quite dirty. I checked in at 12 o'clock, I didn't have a room, I left my luggage and waited until 3 o'clock to get the room. It was disappointing. The hotel breakfast is good, you need to order on-site, there are 25 fat and 30 fat choices, simple fruit bread at the self-service platform, the food ordered is still very delicate, but very slow. The hotel's hot spring pool is free for guests during two periods. The time is 7-9am and 8-10pm, other charges will be charged for other periods. The video is a public area of the hotel."
"30 pounds of breakfast is only cold food for one person, and there are very few types. Hot food should be ordered once, usually 30 pounds. It is not recommended to choose a room with breakfast. It is better to go to a chain coffee shop for breakfast. I am not satisfied. The deposit has not been refunded, so slow Good location, right next to Bath Commercial Street Hotel facilities environment is good, mini bar has a variety of free drinks The hot spring may be considered as good as European and American countries, but it is far worse than Japan and my Great Northern Bathing Center. It is suitable for people who are looking forward to taking a bath in the UK. It is not recommended to come from China for tourism. You will be disappointed. . The hot spring has a large pool and a small pool at 35 degrees, a small pool at 40 degrees, a low temperature sauna, a high temperature sauna, and a high temperature steam sauna. Overall not worth it"

Lucknam Park, Colerne,Bath, Colerne, Wiltshire, United Kingdom
"So a casual remark about a weekend at a spa hotel for my birthday ends in my driving to pick up my partner from Chippenham station on a Friday evening and heading to Lucknam Park. I have a memory of doing a corporate event here years ago, but nothing seems familiar on arrival. The signage is a little absent and we find the car park and none pack the cases before seeing any signs for reception. As it is it's a bit of a trudge down a very dark drive to the front of a beautiful house. The Wellcome, when we get it and step into the house, is first class. The heavy cases whisked away, my partner is parted from his credit card details, and the team front of house are excellent. We are given a quick tour of the house and then walk across the courtyard and an upgrade finds is in a beautiful cottage suite with fourposter bed. A bottle of champagne and a birthday card are waiting on the table. The perfect place to spend a weekend for a non-too special birthday. Dinner on our first night is in the brasserie. We are greeted by a rather jolly head waiter who asks "good day gentlemen?" And goes on to ask "not too taxing I hope?" Without really making eye contact or having any interest. My partner tells him it has been a rather taxing day and we are rather glad we hear. Just a word - if you're going to ask customers questions, then at the very least be interested in their answers. The merely superb and the rest of the service from a team of waitresses is beyond fault. After dinner it's a board game in the beautiful library with a drink and then back to our fabulous room in a jolly good night sleep in a wonderful fourposter bed. Breakfast is brought to the room on the Saturday, and although there's a little niggle with the reading of the breakfast card we left on the door, and anyone breakfast has been brought, this is very quickly remedied. then to the spa. A morning of steam rooms, swimming, sauna, and the lovely hydrotherapy pool which also allows us to swim out into the crisp March air. Lunch is a quick sandwich, but again the head waiter greets us with " I don't allow people with robes any further than here" which is nonsense as we've been told by several people that we can eat in the brasserie while at the spa, and there are several other people doing so. We find a table which he reluctantly concedes is still part of the bar rather than the dining area, but it's a shame that on two occasions we had less than a genuine welcome from the same person. Lunch is generous and then it's treatment time. We are brilliantly looked after and the treatments are great and provide a very relaxing afternoon. A quick swim a little bit of rest in our suite and then it's dinner in the Michelin starred restaurant. everything is excellent, and the way to service great. The head waiter from the browser it seems to be on loan to this restaurant tonight, but mercifully he doesn't come anywhere near our table. A board game in the library once again overnight"
"Booked last minute due to all our birthday plans failing because of the current virus situation. Daughter's 40th, booked two 'Manor Rooms' with Dinner and Breakfast. Warm and friendly welcome, although we were 2 of only 12 rooms that night. Upgraded, shown around, had a drawing room area reserved for present giving prior to dinner. Very well looked after at both pre dinner and dinner.....really good tasting menu. Better than Manoir Quat Saisons 6 weeks ago.....though fairly pricy. Rooms were really comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast in the Brasserie was extremely good and, again, well presented. Used the spa area, as there was virtually noone around. Very impressive thermal cabins.....sauna, steam, amethyst and salt rooms. Will return. Thank you......a very good 40th Birthday for my daughter."
"I didn’t stay at the hotel, I attended a 5 hour (10 - 3) cookery course. This was a Christmas present from my son. The courses are run daily from Tuesday - Saturday each week and feature a different cuisine each day. I chose Spanish cuisine. The school is run from a house in the grounds of the estate which has been transformed into a “state of the art” kitchen allowing several students to be taught at once. The atmosphere was relaxed and the opportunity to ask random questions to a great chef was priceless. We cooked several different dishes over the day, all delicious. A custom made recipe book to take away means I can repeat these at home. All in all a great experience for a guest who wants to try something different while their “ other half” is in the spa or horse riding. I shall be back."

"The address of the hotel lobby in Ctrip is wrong. We drove to the front door of the hotel and couldn't get in, but it was not far from the main entrance. We could drive to the main entrance of the hotel after a half circle along the street. The hotel is very large, very beautiful, with a high occupancy rate, where the locals are here to enjoy and enjoy the hot springs. The hot springs have an indoor, an outdoor, indoor heated pool and an outdoor hot pool. Self-driving parking is very convenient and the outdoor parking is £15 per day. The hotel room is large, the bed is small, and the standard room has two small beds of 90 cm wide. It is very easy to put together. The bathroom is also very large, there is a balcony to open, just when it comes to heavy snow, the hot springs in the snow in the snow are very comfortable, and then everyone is rolling in the snow. The breakfast was very generous and the restaurant was large and beautiful. Very pleasant stay, Bath has a different kind of surprise experience!"
"The location of the hotel is very good, a few minutes from the train station to the hotel. You can call a taxi at the hotel when you go out, and it takes ten minutes to reach the Crescent Tower. The hotel environment is very good, breakfast is OK. The rooms are comfortable and not too small. Hot springs are also available."
"Very historic hotel. Antique and beautiful garden. The atmosphere of elegance and intellectuality is revealed everywhere. Worth a stay. recommend!"

"Parents, don't think about other things, it's absolutely great, and the service is very OK. In particular, wash your hands in the bathroom of the hotel, take off the Bulgari ring on your hand, and leave after an hour of washing your hands. Returning to the bathroom is still there, huh, what should I say? The landscape of this hotel, both inside and outside, is the ultimate and will continue next month. Come back to live for a week, really worth awesome, big love, a hotel that is more beautiful than you think."
"As the room type booked late is no longer available, upgrade to a suite. I am very grateful to the two waiters at the front desk for their enthusiasm and thoughtfulness. (At 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, we also brought us black tea and snacks.) We know that we are thirsty and hungry. Very very nice garden (cannot express the beauty of the language) very very comfortable room. Very very tasty breakfast 🥣 very very beautiful English layout"
"Super satisfied hotel, there is a very beautiful and beautiful garden, the surrounding scenery is very good, the hotel facilities are also in line with the standard, the food is also very delicate, the service attitude is very kind, the parents are very satisfied"

Henrietta Road, Bath, Bath and North East Somerset, United Kingdom
"First of all, hotels are very difficult to find. Apple's own navigation is wrong. Secondly, the bathroom in the store is extremely small, and there is still water noise in the sewer at night. There is a problem that hot water cannot be supplied in the room No. 3, which was notified too late and cannot be resolved by itself. Finally, the parking lot is small. Although the parking lots in Bath are very small, this is the only hotel in the UK that has charged me 15 pounds a night. Seriously not recommended."
"The breakfast was really good, the front desk staff was weird and insincere, a little impatient, the room was beautiful and not far from the city center, and I forgot a bunch of washing products to help me throw it away, only after less than 24 hours were people still in Bath Came back to the hotel and told me not"
"The breakfast was delicious and hearty, the room was spacious and it was an English country house. The town is small and it is easy to walk around."

"It is already the best in the hotel in the itinerary, maybe in Bath, the price is moderate, the room is a bit larger than the London, but it still can’t compare with the domestic ones. Note that there is no microwave, it is not convenient to go to the supermarket to buy cooked food It is very close to the surrounding attractions, basically you can walk around, there is a big supermarket within a 10-minute walk, but it closes at 10 in the evening, and the transportation is convenient. The bus station is right next to it"
"Several Western-style breakfasts are available and the quality is OK. The standard model room I chose is a bit small, the bathroom is smaller than expected, and it is generally felt that the British hotel bathroom will be bigger. Hotel location is super good, the core area of Bath Town, there is no parking lot, but there is public parking nearby. There are 3 temporary parking spaces at the front entrance of the hotel, which can be parked within 20 minutes, so that you can park your car after check-in. Parking nearby."
"The location of the hotel is quite good, the small square in front of the people come and go, crossing the road to the right is the Avon River, there is a landmark attraction of the Avon River. Not far from the train station, walk about ten minutes, get off the train and walk straight through the tunnel to find the hotel, very convenient. The tour bus to Stonehenge stops at the small square at the entrance of the hotel. Forty pounds of round-trip traffic, tickets, and scenic shuttle buses are all inclusive."
