Top 10 Allstate Arena Hotels

Very good, last year the company sent me to the United States for half a year at this hotel. This summer, I took my children to the summer camp and stayed here. I am still familiar with the staff. As always, I have a good service, a great location and convenient shopping. highly recommended

Transferring in Chicago, the shuttle bus stopped early at night because of the epidemic. I had to take a taxi to the hotel. As always, the service quality of the hotel was as good in all aspects, but because of the epidemic, the breakfast was much easier.

I love to eat healthy so had the brussel sprouts salad and vegetarian eggplant and tofu dish. I'm not usually a tofu fan, but it was outstanding! Missy was our server. She was new to the property, but you would never know it. She was sweet, professional and attentive.

Oakbrook center is very convenient

Perfect location with easy access from all terminals with plenty of signs leading to the hotel. The hotel facing terminal 2 directly with easy access from the tunnel beneath the road. There is a nice restaurant in the lobby with friendly service. Check in/out was fast, and special thanks to the concierge for the great help and the information. There is one nice shop where you can buy drinks and basic food in the lower level in the connecting tunnel to the airport.

This hotel continues to decline from neglect by the management and staff. I get it has old world charm, but the facility needs to be updated. The elevator is a claustrophobic little box that is not even big enough for the luggage cart. There are steps to enter the lobby that are difficult to get luggage down. The rooms are old and and worn out. We checked in after hours and the night manager refused to help us with luggage. He was apparently too busy visiting with a friend in the back room. It's the only hotel in the area and it's in a nice location. So I guess the management is just exploiting this situation.

I have stayed at Hyatts before and was very pleased with my stay. We attended a wedding and everything wss exquisite. The food and service were phenomenal. We stayed in a room that was very clean and comfortable.

Level Members Only !! This hotel has to be competing with other Marriott hotels to be on the Elite list. Who knew, since it’s just a mediocre hotel. No downtown ambiance or elite look. Just Basic ! I booked our room 6 weeks ago for King bed w/ shower. Arrived at the hotel, to be given queen beds with tub. Then, the front desk told us that our reservation was given to a Member with level status. Really ? At the last moment of arrival. Not any notification prior, so that we could cancel to go to another hotel with the same basic amenities. Then, there was a front desk girl, very nosy that asked “what’s your reason for your stay here”. I was a bit shocked but I thought this person is rude and has no good upbringing. Just ignorant. Get some manners. No customer service skills at all. The other front office person didn’t speak English very well, but just kept smiling and no conversation made, other than asking me if I was a member of Marriott. Once again, staff lacking Customer Service skills. Just sad. Also wasn’t aware that you pay incidental deposit fee of $ 150.00 hold on your credit card. Which we did ! At this point I can’t understand how as the customer, you’re following all their rules and paying for things that you don’t want. Guess that’s the new rules of being mendacious to customers. Unbelievable ! I did speak with the GM Jason and explained to him that my husband and I really didn’t need queen beds nor did I need a tub since I use an assisted device and the tub is hard to get in, also our room view was facing a rooftop and another hotels windows, so that’s so creepy. Really couldn’t keep our curtains open for sunshine. Just precious ! The GM said he could help us by getting us another room with king bed and shower at another hotel without the kitchenette, or he’d give us a slight discount off our bill if we stayed there. So after a short deliberation, we kept the room after a long tiring day, not to argue. When we decide to travel again, we will never stay at Marriott to be treated this way, since we’re not on the Level Member List !

Breakfast is general, the hotel design is very fun, like the Fujian Tulou, is a big ring shape, overall better. Is a bit far from the McCormick Pavilion
