Avenida Oceanica, 500, Aracaju, Sergipe, Brazil
"The Celi hotel is small, cozy, with warm, attentive service and a decent WiFi. The rooms are clean, spacious and have a new air conditioner plus comfortable beds. The location is good- just across the beach. The breakfast is ok, mainly local dishes with many kinds of bread, tapioca, local fruits, eggs, 2-3 kinds of cheese but with no salads and no vegetables. Note that some rooms are noisy if the windows turn to the main road."
"For being a 4-star hotel and the price you pay, you expect a very good quality hotel with a good service. Well, this hotel is not the case. Firstly, it does not have parking lot for your car. You have to literally leave your car on the street at night. With no security or survillance from the hotel. Secondly, the amenities in the room are very basic. We were two in the room. They left two cheap small soaps for taking a shower and clean your hands and face. Yes, only two. Are we suppose to share the soap? Or use the same soap for showering and wash your face? The breakfast options were not so good and it closes at 10am every day, including Sundays. Come on... other hotels in Aracaju, they extend the breakfast till later on Sundays. Finally, the front-desk service was quite poor. Very mechanic, cold and unfriendly. Anyways, the basics (bed, tv, cleanliness) was good."
