Great hotel with excellent location. Staff was also very friendly. Only one minor set back was the little smell from washroom, probably due to facility aging reason. Overall a very pleasant stay. Def recommend to couples and business people. Thanks for the ad-hoc anniversary arrangement from front desk lady!

The most luxurious hotel. The service is excellent, the receptionist Mint小姐，is very beautiful, with a professional and attentive attitude, giving me a feeling of being at home. My room on the 94th floor is very spacious, especially the bathroom and shower room, which are very comfortable and luxurious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view. The bar on the 99th floor is a great place to enjoy the night view with a glass of alcoholic beverage by the window. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 69th floor are impressive; it's my first time swimming at such a high level, giving me a sensation of swimming above the clouds. Breakfast is a must-try on the 72nd floor, with a wide selection of delicious dishes and nice morning sunrise. This hotel is worth coming back to for another stay.

What a great experience taking my baby on his first trip! It is 800 meters walk from the North Gate and is conveniently located. It takes 15 minutes to walk with a trolley. The staff thoughtfully upgraded the family suite with a fence, making it safe, hygienic and tidy. The hotel is very family-friendly. There are dolls downstairs for taking pictures, which the children love very much. There is a free children's playground where you can build Lego and you can also pay to catch fish~ It is recommended to eat at Xiangjiang Chinese Restaurant, some babies who are lighter can also eat it.

There is no understanding about privacy in this hotel. If you need to inform guests about you will check fire alarm - you can inform them at the check in . No need to send housekeeper to give me the paper when I already in the room and maybe I'm sleeping or having *ex with my wife. Even if you need to give me this paper - you can put it under the door. No need to knock like a crazy and ringing. So I need to stop what I'm doing and go open the door just to stop this crazy lady from breaking in. Also not cool , that after shower I need to wipe the floor with towel cause there is no rubber at the shower's door. Will attach the photos. Also why only 3 portions of coffee? We are a couple. So or you left 2 or 4. Why 3? Like we drink coffee together and than only one of us? From other point, guy at the reception understood my complain, apologize and offered us a bottle of wine. It's nice , but next time we will go to Jumeirah 🤷🏻

I recently stayed at a hotel and I have to give them a big thumbs up! The service at this hotel was exceptional and I had a very pleasant stay. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always willing to assist and answer any questions I had. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped, with a cozy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection was diverse and of high quality, providing a great start to the day. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and easy access to transportation. Overall, I had a fantastic impression of this hotel and I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit this city.

Everything was great except the hotel is already showing its age. Also somehow me and my wife found the bed to be really uncomfortable and was not able to get a good night sleep in it. TV was also broken.

Everything is perfect except there are always unknown and wired people wondering in the lobby area after midnight. Hope there will be better security system in the future.

Rooms are nice (but I was expecting at least a pool in the hotel for the price), Buffet was very bad. Staff was very helpful, they exchange some tickets that we wouldn’t use for the theme parks.
