Bogazkent Turizm Mevkii, Serik, Antalya, Bogazak, Mediterranean Region Turkey, Turkey
"Me and my partner have just come back from an amazing few days here. The hotel is absolutely amazing, one of the best we have stayed in abroad. I’d say it is very aimed towards families as there lots of things to do to entertain the kids. The resort entertainment we didn’t experience, as to be honest because we spoke only English no one tried to even get us to join in. As we went late in the season a some of the bars and restaurants were closed but there was still the main buffet and various snacks available throughout the day. During our stay the hotel was host to some university event, which was was all very well and good, but come dinner times they would push you out the way to get food and become a little rude. While we were there we were the only English people there, even the shop keeper mentioned that they don’t see many English throughout the year at all. The majority of guests were either German or Russian who were among the rudest people I’ve ever met but as it was so quiet our interactions with them were very limited. Where we went so late in the season the hotel at time’s were very quiet. At one point sitting round the pool one day around mid afternoon I noted that there was only 4 people round it. The pools were absolutely freezing, but once you got over the initial shock it was alright. The beach was nice and there were plenty of sun beds free throughout the day. There was a bit of a walk to get drinks/snacks while we were there as the bar area closest to the beach was closed, but given when we went that’s not much of a surprise. The staff were friendly enough, although a lot of them didn’t speak to us due to the language barrier. I did witness them have good conversations with both the Germans and the Russians. The waiters and waitresses were attentive to children which was nice to see. The housekeepers especially were very friendly always saying hello. The minibar in the rooms is topped up daily but you have to be in the room. There was a couple of times the guy come to fill ours but he was so early we were still asleep, and he never tried us again later meaning we went without. Not a huge issue as drinks are so readily available around the hotel. Our room was very nice, I personally wouldn’t agree with it been 5 star, more like a really good 3 or 4 star by British standards. Towels were replaced everyday and fresh sheets every other day. We had a side sea view room on the back of the hotel overlooking the garden around the resort next door. The balcony was very small and we didn’t spend much time on it at all. The location of the hotel is abit poor to be honest especially out of season. There was 3 very large resort/hotels around it which were all closed up making the surrounding area feel like a ghost town. Good location from Antalya airport, only took us 40 minutes to get between the two. All in all a lovely break away, it is a really nice hotel. I just wouldn’t recommend it if you are British however."
"This was our first time in Turkey and was not sure what to expect. The Belek Beach Resort did not fail to impress. We arrived after midnight and the greeting at reception was what was needed, friendly smiling faces and very kind to our children. Every part of the hotel was clean and the cleaning staff were always smiling and friendly. To save too much time it is easier to say that every person working at Belek from restaurant through to lifeguards were friendly and helpful. Entertainment team work hard and the evening shows were of a good standard and always plenty to do in the day. Food was good and always hot with plenty of selections available. Weather was brilliant, we went 23rd to 30th October and the temp never dropped below 27 in the day. Hotel and local shops are a must to visit and dont forget to haggle! Great value for money and we will return shortly"
"Spent a lovely week here last week and enjoyed warm sunny weather. Something for everyone available at this time of year but must be a busy resort during summer season. Food was of a good standard at all restaurants and enjoyed a variety of food at all times. Evening entertainment very good with professional acts which was well attended. Not sure if the Piano Bar in high season had some music would have been nice to have had something to give a bit of atmosphere as most people were sitting playing cards or dominos. Dogan at Pool Bar always made time to ask customers how things were and the same with the Lobby Bar girls but we found most staff the same. Would definitely come back for a week to relax and enjoy some winter sun."

Belek Mah. Günübirlik Cad. No: 6, Belek, Mediterranean Region Turkey, Turkey
"I have a few days left at the Soho beach club hotel in Belek, I've had a nice relaxing time but there are a few problems which Ive come across, like with most Large resort hotels. I arrived late night around midnight, check in was fine, the usual formalities, the belboy took my case to my room, however i was put into a economical villa type room which didnt look very appealing. This wasnt the type of room I paid for. I booked a standard hotel room all inclusive. I went back to reception and they told me to check back in the morning with one of the regional Managers to get my room changed, which they did in the morning. After checking into my new room, it seemed much better, like a proper clean hotel room, the rooms are in seperate blocks scattered around the resort, there is however a main building where the lobby is that also has rooms on the main site entrance, which are probably better. As I was unpacking my clothes and settling in I noticed that the room doors didnt have the mechanism to slow the door down from getting slammed, and low and behold I could hear other guests slamming their doors outside from inside my room which was very very loud, and I knew straight away from previous experiences that this was going to be a problem for me as I am a light sleeper. The slamming starts at around 6.30am as guests wake up and continues throughout the whole day. The room walls are paper thin, I could hear a guest snoring his head off, farting, going to the toilet, ect ect. But after 1-2am it was ok to sleep but I never looked forwards to the morning of slamming doors, they really are very loud I have to stress! Anyway, I carried on and made my way into the resort and it is a very nice resort, the pool the private sea are all fantastic, they also had water shoots for the kids, it is a very nicely laid out resort. The hotel food is your typical buffet style with plenty of choices, however with any buffet style restaurant your food will only stay hot for a certain amount of time and most of the time I ate cold food, but the food is tasty and they try to have different themed foods every night. Its ok. But, unfortunately it seems that the Russians have taken over the Turkish hotels all over. The hotel was 70-80% Russian, however they didnt cause me any problems, the problem lies within the hotel who give them priority over everyone else. Russian food, Russian entertainment, The staff speaking Russian first, I thought i was in Russia. But being turkish myself and living in London I love Turkey its like my 2nd home, so I just got on with it, dont get me wrong the Russian people are fine, the hotel needs to stop giving them priority over everyone else, which is the impression i got. Even the evening entertainment shows had russian dancers, i couldnt watch it for obvious reasons. Towards the end of my stay Ive started to become quite bored as there is only a limited amount of things to do in the evening, you have the shows at 9.30pm"
"We stayed at the hotel on the first week of October. Traveled with a one year old baby. We loved our stay at Belek Soho Beach Club. I chose this hotel because it is not far from the aeroport, we took individual transfer for 45$, and it took us 30 minutes. We came early, at 10 am, and lots of thanks to the reception workers, they found us a room within an hour, meanwhile we were at the lobby bar having relaxing effes beer. We had room 4207. The room is standard, all what you need was there and working properly, we came to the room just to sleep. The cleening was good, i dont know how often the bed sheets were chnged, but they were always clean. The lines of houses are in the quiet part, even though that we went to sleep around 9 pm, and could hear the night shows, with closed windows it didn't bother us at all. So I cannot say much about entertainment. The hotel is for family travellers, absolutely not for couples or singles. The food choice was great, lots of meat choices, grilled fish was always there, fruits, special menu for kids, there was even a table for infants with boiled vegetables, meat, blender and microwave. The staff is very friendly, helpful, smiling and in the good mood, special thanks to the waitress Zerena, my baby just loved her, she is such a nice and warmhearted girl! During the day there was foam-disco, it was so much fun for kids and adults, canoe contests. "
"Belek Soho Beach club - Good accessibility to the airport. - Reception great helpfulness and early accommodation due to earlier arrival. - It pays to pay extra for the standard of accommodation (Unfortunately, we have met the resale in the main building not only in our case.) - Nice rooms in the hotel complex and nicely cared plants. - Amazing facilities for children - attractions, programs - Great animation-fun games for adults during the day. - An evening program for children and adults. - The primary communication language after Turkish is Russian, then English. - In September we met mostly Russian clientele with preschool children. - If you are a teacher, tired of year-round work with children, this could be the place you chose Rest prove to be a slight regret. - The food was a large selection and always tasted good. - A big plus of the hotel that the so-called hard drinks were not of local quality, as is customary elsewhere. I would like to thank and express my gratitude to all those who are in the first line of contact with the customer, and to all the great animators who tirelessly care about entertainment from early morning to late night, always in a good mood. Thank you for the patience and professionalism of waiters, bartenders, receptionists and cooks. I just hope that the hotel management highly respects its staff both in human and financial terms.   I wish you all good and good luck."

Iskele Mevkii Antalya, Belek, Mediterranean Region Turkey, Turkey
"Myself and my husband have just returned from an amazing relaxing stay here. When we arrived we were upgraded to a sea view room, number 5625, the room was great, very clean, fantastic bathroom and comfy bed, the minibar consisted of water, fruit juice, coke, Fanta and Efes beer, this was restocked everyday. The hotel definitely had the wow factor, there were two 24 hour bars with great staff, we were never left waiting more than a few minutes to order drinks. The restaurant was really good with a good selection of food, you had to ask for what food you wanted, due to the covid restrictions, but I didn’t find this a problem. The only downside of the restaurant were the Russian guests who are the most inconsiderate, ignorant, arrogant, rudest people I have ever come across! They have no idea about queuing and social distancing but once you get use to them and stand your ground it’s fine. There were a few a la carte restaurants but we didn’t try these as we felt the choice of food in the main restaurant was plentiful. The pool areas are brilliant, we never had a problem finding a sun bed and were provided with towels everyday. The water slides are also great fun even for the adults! The hotel is right on the beach with plenty of sun beds. The pier bar is great and has steps into the sea to go swimming. The entertainment was lacking at night but this was due to the covid situation and not the fault of the hotel, but it was really nice to sit next to the pools in the evening at the dome bar and have a few drinks, it was very relaxing. I can highly recommend the spa and I Chose to have a full body massage, this was amazing and the best I have ever had. I will definitely be returning to this hotel again next year and I’m really looking forward to experiencing it without the covid restrictions."
"After previous visits to this lovely hotel with my family, I just had to take my boyfriend here. The most perfect hotel for a couples holiday, regardless of age. We did pay for a swim up room, which I highly recommend, if you dont mind spending a tad extra, it is definitely worth it. The grounds of this hotel are vast. There is always space around the pools or on the beach, so no need to reserve sunbeds ever. It is paradise, peaceful and an relaxing environment. Wifi is all around the hotel grounds, works well and fast. The hotel staff are lovely and speak good english, they always do their best to fulfil your needs. There is a huge variety of food for breakfast and lunch, I would say dinner is slightly more difficult if you are a fussy eater, but you will not starve. In the evenings there is often entertainment, however all the bars are open if you would like to just chill out. The spa is lovely, free and clean, we spent alot of time in the jacuzzi baths. Will definitely visit again one day."
"We returned again this year after an amazing stay last may, things were different but the overall holiday was still just as amazing.Considering the current global situation my wife and myself felt extremely safe, the hotel was spotlessly clean and all staff were well disciplined in safe working. The choice of food in the main restaurant was fewer than last year but this is understandable ,the a'la carte's are still the place to eat and well worth the extra cost(especially the Forest pub and Taipan). The staff at the Dome and lobby bars are very attentive and go that extra mile fore you.The hotel needs to praised for the high standards in the current climate. Finally I would like to say thanks for another great stay and we will be back."

Lara Turizm Center, 07230 Antalya, Aksu, Mediterranean Region Turkey, Turkey
"We stayed for 3 weeks after multiple changes to our honeymoon plans! We've been to Turkey and Lara Beach area specifically a number of times and this hotel is absolutely up there with the best.... In my opinion, it is the staff that really set this place apart from the rest. Obviously COVID has impacted tourism generally, and Royal Seginus has clearly had to make some changes. We were told they are running at 50% capacity, and this showed in that some of their bars and seating areas were closed off but that is totally understandable given the climate, I think this meant more guests were in the open bars and ensured there was an atmosphere. The food in the main restaurant was good. Breakfast was exactly the same as all the other 5 star hotels we have experienced in Turkey. Dinner was slightly repetitive, but that's on us for staying so long! Every evening we were served by Mustafa, he was honestly the most hard working and dedicated waiter I have ever encountered. He remembered our drinks orders, spotted us from 40 paces away and had a table ready for us and was friendly and attentive throughout. His service was second to none and I really hope that Mustafa receives some recognition for his extremely hard work as he truly is an exceptional member of staff who made a massive impact on our holiday as a whole. Entertainment in the evenings was great on some occasions and very mediocre on others. I think the shows could be of a better standard across the board. Live music in the evenings was great and the bar was lovely. Entertainment in the day... New. New is one of the "animators" and is a one man whirlwind. During our stay New was off work for two days, and they were significantly quieter than the rest of our holiday. He is a coiled spring who bounces around the hotel with so much energy, he is funny in 4 languages (maybe more), has great banter and an incredibly infectious personality. I cannot thank New enough for his hard work during our stay, so good in fact, I'd consider another hotel purely based on the fact he worked there if he moved!! Drinks were good, servings were generous and the "local" drinks used were all absolutely acceptable. Smirnoff vodka was included and provided on request. Rooms were absolutely stunning, enormous, well lit and very plush. Comfortable bed, very generous "wardrobe" area and cleaned and restocked daily. Overall the hotel was stunning, the staff were excellent on the whole with Mustafa and New shining out as real grafters for us. We loved our stay! Thank you Royal Seginus!"
"We stayed for a week in September a family of 6 adults. Rooms are fantastic very clean & the shower/ steam are the best we have ever had. Within an hour of us being there one of the girls had an accident on the pink slide & straight away the hotel got their doctor & then an ambulance to the local hospital. Where a fractured collarbone was diagnosed. The hotel went above & beyond to assist from putting a car & driver at our disposal to get back & to to the hospital to arranging food for us after the restaurant had closed & food parcels to take to the hospital. Beware if you end up at the hospital they charge for everything & wanted €125 for 2 paracetamol. They try & make you sign for the costs rather than waiting for the insurance company. The gentleman from guest services was superb & we cannot thank him for all his help. Mustafa was out waiter & he is superb he always had a table ready for us & our drinks were never empty & he couldn't do enough for us. The staff throughout the whole hotel were very good. We will be back next year to hopefully enjoy all the amenities at this stunning hotel. Should you need medication or have any mishaps the pharmacy across the road & to the right is really cheap & helpful. We hired a speedboat from the surf shop on the beach for €250 to go to the waterfalls. Really good value as you can have upto 9 on the boat & they its 70 minutes. We were out for over 2.5 hours."
"Me and my wife (and partly my brother in law and his girlfriend) stayed at Seginus from 30 September to 15 October. I can truly say this is the worse hotel that I’ve been to in Turkey for the last 10 years (and twice every year actually). From the presentations and reviews looked to be quite a good resort. In the past we also visited another resort of the chain and everything was nice and smooth. Starting with the check in: smooth and fast, but no basic information received. Even the small brochure I got in German, even if I mentioned I only speak English besides my mother tongue. Room: big, spacious, clean. A generous dressing room, nice double shower. The problem at the shower was the water jet, very very low. Restaurants: main restaurant is big enough. The minus would be the smokers terrace (more like a closed room with partially opened windows) and the food quality and variety. Steak house: simply marvelous, delicious food, aged beef. Totally deserves the extra 25€ per person that you have to pay for it. Service: 75% disaster. You have to pray for a miracle to get served, and if you are not willing to go to the bar and pick up your drinks, you have big chances not to get anything at all. The tips does not motivate the staff at all, no extra mile effort. Of course there were couple of exceptions as well, therefor special thanks to Emrah Guler (bar waiter) and Osman Ünlü (breakfast and Stella restaurant waiter). Resort overall is pretty small, everything all together, giving you the feeling of being crowded all the time with no air to breath. Beach is located at about 700 m from the resort (shuttle running all day long if at times you feel lazy for walking). If you don’t catch a sun chair in the first raw, you might not get sun because of the poor concept of shades. Pier pavilions are nice and comfy on the other hand (extra charge). Water sports available for decent prices, and the staff is friendly and helpful. You don’t get bathrobes in the room. For this you have to pay extra 1€ per person per day, and even so I had to go twice to the reception and once to the guests relations in order to get it! Fresh orange juice available at breakfast for extra charge, and even so we did not always get it!!! At night time only one bar available with a very small terrace, the rest of the hotel giving you a ghosty feeling with lights turned off. Amenities in the bathroom almost not existing (no tooth brush etc). Variety of imported beverages extremely poor. Most of the staff rude and not willing to help or answer to questions. Managers and supervisors walking around like kings of the castle with no efficiency. Spa was good, my wife had relaxing massage every day, perfectly done by Mustafa Donmez, and nicely hosted by Tarik Ayaz, the friendly and helpful manager (thank you gentlemen!). In this 2 weeks, we’ve been in as many excursions as possible, had dinners outside at least half of the evenings. Basically we avoid to stay inside the resort as we did not"

Güzeloba Mahallesi Yaşar Sobutay Bulvarı No:30 07235 Muratpaşa,Antalya, Antalya, Mediterranean Region Turkey, Turkey
"First visit to this excellent hotel stayed 12-19 March 2020. We had a lovely holiday and all the hotel staff were amazing. The location was about 15 mins from Antalya Airport but could be longer depending on drop-offs. We were made very welcome on arrival and well looked after by all staff during our stay. The food choices in the main restaurant were very good and we enjoyed lunch at the café/restaurant most days. Also enjoyed delicious food in the separate restaurants on a couple of evenings. There were others but we were a little early in the Season so these were not open. Despite being concerned towards the end of our holiday regarding the latest news about the Coronavirus, staff were very professional and helpful. The Animation Team went out of their way to keep everyone upbeat. Would like to especially mention Dilek, Sabrina and Martin plus DJ David - all a 'great mix'! In the indoor Cafe Seyma was so pleasant and efficient and appreciated Hakan, Reception, in helping us so much in chasing our transport to the Airport and keeping us informed. We would like to take this opportunity of wishing all the staff at Lara Barut best wishes in these difficult times and look forward to when we can visit again."
"Our room was modern, spacious with tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, plenty of wardrobe/draw space and a modern shower room including hairdryrer. The location is ideal as it's no more than 15mins from the airport and a short walk (15 min) to the local shops for clothes etc. Plenty of green space makes the place pleasant on the eye and the private beach at the end of the complex really is the icing on the cake. I've never stayed at a hotel with so many amenities and internal restaurants at my disposal (even if a lot were closed due to low guest numbers during the Coronavirus pandemic). The food was delicious, the drink flowed in crystal glasses and the place was spotless. We really can't fault the Lara Barut Hotel. Despite the Coronavirus cloud that the hotel was operating under, EVERY single member of staff carried on with business as usual. Smart, smiling and helpful. Once this worldwide drama has settled down, we will return to take full advantage of what this wonderful hotel has to offer."
"This is our 4th Barut stay and 3rd at this particular one. Number one for a reason. Food plentiful and gorgeous. Al la carte Akdeniz was fabulous. Staff all over just so great. Animation team work so hard even with the very few people in the hotel. Bar staff and waiters/waitresses were brilliant always knew what you wanted before you asked. Facilities are normally fab too but due to the virus only outdoor pool open, beach bar and the lunch al la carte restaurant in day time. Nothing in the night other than the bit of entertainment on offer which was ok. Tui not helpful at all and no info until third day if a surly rep who didn’t want to be there. But decided to just enjoy the sun sea drinks and food on offer. Met some fab people and hope to go in October all being well in the world. Well done again to all the hard working staff from managers to bar, gardens and ground teams etc etc"

Lara Turizm Yolu, Antalya, Mediterranean Region Turkey, Turkey
"The location of the hotel is a certain distance from the main city of Antalya. If you rent a car by car, it may be convenient. The hotel is an all-inclusive beachfront resort ideal for family and family outings. There is a wide variety of choices in the all-inclusive restaurant. There are several rows of desserts, and a variety of food and beverages are also available. In short, there is no need to worry about the holidays. The hotel pool facilities are also good, with independent beaches, swimming in the pool or in the sea. There are a variety of children's play facilities in the hotel, and it is a good choice to have children to play. Because Chinese tourists like to run attractions, and European and American tourists tend to beach vacations, there are few Chinese tourists in the hotel, almost all of them are foreigners. The front desk is busy, the hotel is too big and the staff is limited, so some matters may be waiting for a long time. In general, if you are a self-driving free traveler and have plenty of time and don't want to be busy with the sights, then in this Mediterranean resort, eating, drinking, playing with water and sunbathing is a very good choice."

"After our planned holiday was cancelled by our travel agency, we found a last minute opportunity and booked eight days holiday in Maritim Pine Beach Resort, Belek. Our worries for covid disappeared on the first day when we saw how the Antalya airport and the resort excellently organised for the perfect hygienics. From restaurants to the kitchen, from general cleaning to the gardens, animation and reception, all employees were very friendly and very enthusiastic. The room was great with everything one needed, Although the resort opened recently for the season and the kitchen was not fully functioning, the food was excellent. The sand beach was very clean and had plenty of place for a relaxed, joyful holiday. I could easily recommend it to anyone."
"I stayed in this resort for a conference in December. Although the weather was cold and rainy, inside was quite warm. There are heating options for your room and blankets. The room was spacious and the shower was very nice. There was a store selling basic items and gifts located in the resort. The gym, spa and indoor pool closed at 7pm, so there is not much entertainment in the evening, aside from a club/bar with karaoke being very popular. There were novels to read, but no English language books. The resort is quite large, so there is a distance between rooms and the restaurants. The gardens are very beautiful, with fruit trees outside. Joggers have plenty of space to jog as well. It is a bit far from the town. so you will need to take transport from the resort. The staff are friendly and helpful, overall service was great."
"The Hotel located in Belek, which has enormous golf facilities, also the staffs are really kindful also I think they're so patient. If you choose to spend your holiday, you can eat delicious food and you can use facilities' pool, it depends on Season, besides, the beach was really nice and it was a good holiday for me."

Kopak Cayı mevkii - Kundu, Aksu, Mediterranean Region Turkey, Turkey
"Got to Antalya after driving from bodrum and didn't have a place to stay. Local taxi driver recommended sherwood exclusive lara. Taking his word for it abbage, my friends name, and I arrive to a great warm welcome and promptly met manager. He gave us a big discount on a two bedroom suite for 100us a night and thats all inclusive and we can drink and eat..! The porter there is a good looking very friendly guy. His love for cats almost surpasses mine. He not only does his job but he takes in all the kittens for shelter when its cold and shows them so much genuine love it can bring you to tears. My stay here eventually came to an end as I had friends to meet in downtown Antalya so it was with a heavy heart I made my way off leaving a great group of people id galvanized a bond with. Upon arriving at rixos I immediately felt away from home. Its a beautiful hotel and definitely all the bells and whistles but I was missing my home away from home at sherwood. Once settled in I realized I had left my adapter and charging cord for my canadian phone behind at sherwood 30 min away. Not worth the cab ride for a 15 dollar investment i wrote it off but I was craving the best steak and seafood I'd had a week earlier so off I went to eat. A few drinks in and decided to walk back to sherwood two days later. Once back at sherwood the manager saw me and I asked about my charger. He told me to relax sit back to a familiar spot...obviously...lol..and he would retrieve it. I asked him if I could enjoy more drinks and perks from his hotel I WASN'T even a guest of and he promptly and without hesitation said sit drink and relax as long as u like for FREE. Who does that!? They do. So inconclusion if u want great people who go above and beyond what you expect come to sherwood executive lara and feel like home without a care in the world. I will be back in March and I will be here without a doubt"
"We travelled here 13-9 to the 25-9 as most people there, it was the only destination left where you didn't not have to quarantine returning to the UK (we missed it by a week)! I wrote a review when we visited in 2014 and I could almost cut and paste. The hotel itself is very nice and the pools, grounds etc are fantastic. Once again the only thing we felt let it down was the evening food, although there is lots and lots of choice, it always seemed to be warm, we did give it a good go but by the 4th day we found ourselves eating out again (which we did the last time we we went). The language barrier is still a huge factor in the restaurants and simple things to ask for became very hard although all the staff were very friendly and helpful as they could possibly be. .. The entertainment team during the day tried to keep everybody happy, we always played the darts with Murat at 4pm and that was a great laugh. feel free to ask me any questions"
"It’s my second time here within the past few months. The hotel is amazing and so much to do every day. Extremely clean and well presented. The animation team are so friendly and always want to make you feel welcome. I will DEFINITELY be back again😇"
