The room was lovely - a stunning view of the gorgeous sunsets again the backdrop of the city. It was very clean and charming. The workout/gym/spa area was a delightfully unexpected extra. The food was excellent - lots of choice at reasonable prices. (And a huge breakfast was included.) Easily accessible to much downtown including the beautiful cathedrals. What made it most exceptional - though - was the kindness and compassion of an amazing staff. What a wonderful welcome. Would definitely highly recommend.

We were on a family ancestry trip and stayed at this hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful especially when they found out we were looking for family information. The restaurant and bar staff went out of their way to help find as much information on our family as they could. The manager even came over to give us the lay of the land for that area. The room was comfortable and clean but as advertised, the hotel doesn't have air conditioning and it got pretty warm in the late afternoons.
