"Hello, I wanted to take a moment to tell you what a beautiful hotel you have and, more importantly, what a fantastic employee family you have. I chose to say family rather than staff because you all engaged with each other like family and treated my family and me like we were part of yours. I live here in Atlanta and moved here about four years ago, but my family resides out of state. They came to visit me, and I decided at the last minute to take us all for a "staycation" at your hotel (I booked through my American Express Platinum Travel number). We were celebrating my Master's Degree and as well as the new beginnings of another family member, and you all did not disappoint. I will be honest, I was trying to book at another five star hotel, but they were sold out, so I booked at your hotel. I am so glad that my initial plans did not work out; otherwise, I would not have had the chance to experience such a beautiful and friendly hotel family. From being greeted by Vincent when we pulled up, and he helped me out of the car, to Samantha at the front desk (she was so thorough and also warm and friendly) to Tamron (not sure if I spelled it right), who brought our luggage upstairs, to Sampson who drove us in the Tesla to the steakhouse we made reservations at (he is such a nice gentleman, and the conversation on the ride was great), to how nice Taylor, Fiona, Raven, Dawn, and Luis were when we came in for lunch, drinks or breakfast. I plan on doing a few more staycations because you treated my family and me so very special. In my profession, I am a Director, and I know the importance of service and making sure to treat everyone with courtesy and respect, no matter who they are, what they do, or what their economic status is. I watched how you treated not just me, but everyone, and I truly appreciated how kind everyone is. I look forward to seeing all of you again and soon. Oh, let me tell you, the DJ (Mathis I believe is his name) is about the best DJ I have had the pleasure of listening to. Great playlist. Thank you for allowing me to show my family such a good time. The service was so good at your hotel, and they enjoyed everyone so much, they are considering moving here now. I hope you pass my comments on to the GM of the Four Seasons Atlanta. Sincerely, T. Jackson"
"• On the morning of 9/5 my girlfriend ordered in room dining for breakfast and had lox with avocado toast. Upon eating she became violently ill and spent the day throwing up in your hotel bathroom and lying in bed with a fever. We had prepaid tickets to an event that night and had to leave upon arriving as she had to go to the bathroom and throw-up. This was our last day together before she goes active duty and I will not be able to see her for months and unfortunately it was ruined. • At approximately 8:30am on 9/5 my girlfriend and I were woken up from someone entering our room through the connecting door to another room. I yelled “Hello” and heard no reply and went and shut the door and relocking it. I looked out the main door to the hallway and saw a tub of cleaning supplies. This scared us very much as we were sleeping and did not expect someone to enter our room so abruptly and not announce themselves or apologize. • Inside the Ice room on the 5th floor there is terrible black mold coming from the ceiling and the air conditioning vent. The dank smell inside the ice room was a clear indication that there is a problem. Worse is that you can get a hint of that same mold smell coming through the hotel room air conditioning. This is a serious problem. • The ice machine on the 5th floor was broken and we had to call for ice which took 30min to receive. I also asked for a spoon that did not arrive and had to ask the person delivering to go back and get the spoon that I asked room service reception for. I also ordered a Jack and Coke and only received Jack Daniels and had to call again for a coke. I am not typically the type of person who complains or writes bad reviews. However, I feel in this case that my girlfriend and I had a horrible time and she is still recovering from the food poisoning experienced with your breakfast. I don’t feel like it is fair what we went through."
"Great location and has the quality service, food, amenities thats expected of a 5 star luxury hotel. When we hit in snag in our accommodations and their staffer, Angel, went above and beyond to help us find a great resolution. would absolutely come back any time I'm in Atlanta. "

"Our over night stay here at St Regis Atlanta made it to our top ten list of beautiful hotels and resorts!!! We stopped here for an over night after doing some Aviation business at Peachtree/Dekalb Airport nearby. Upon driving up to the reception area, we were greeted with a warm and huge welcome by JOSEPH, at the front desk was PIA who welcomed us like we were rock stars. She checked us in with no issues, smooth as silk, two keys and we were going up to our room. Our room, 834, was spacious, very clean, relaxing king size bed is a must, a work station desk and a comfy couch and a nice view of the front area of the hotel. Terrific shower with great water pressure!!! So soothing!!! We did have a cocktail at the St Regis Bar where we sat at the bar. A beer for me and a Chardonnay for my love and we did order the deviled eggs and the lamb burger sliders to share. Both small dish apps were a must order, must try, must have. Both were tasty, flavorful, and delish!!! It took the edge off our hunger pains!!! After our happy hour, we went back to our room and ordered room service for dinner. We did order the grilled chicken sandwich with fries for my sweetheart, and I had the one pound of Buffalo wings. These were big and meaty wings!!! Both dishes came to us via room service, everything was hot and hitting the spot before we went to bed!!! Can’t go to bed on an empty stomach!!! When we got up we ordered a late breakfast before hitting the road. For breakfast, we again ordered room service with the usual sausage and eggs, toast, and a raspberry danish. Washed it down with some coffee and we were all set. All of the room service was excellent!!! Timely delivery, Nothing to complain about. Great service and caring servers!!! Now for the COVID-19 Q and A’s... All of the St Regis staff wore face mask and so did all the guests. Signs stating that you have to wear a mask is all over the lobby. Elevator did have tissues and hand gel for your use. Social distancing was in effect as we can see that they did not allow any one to stand while at the bar. Coupled seating for two and six foot distance all around. We left the bar after one cocktail due to the bartender pulled down his mask to talk to us from the other side of the bar! That was the only uncomfortable time we encountered! We did feel very safe everywhere in the hotel. Overall, our first time here, and as Marriott Ambassadors, we loved every moment of this hotel. Great comfy rooms, awesome and caring staff and servers, attractive decor, and a very nice chic bar!!! We stayed in plenty of high end, hotels all over the world and this took us to another level!!! Thank you!!! We will be back!!!🍹🍹🍹 "
"My husband and I live in Atlanta but haven’t gotten a night away without kids for almost 2 years (thanks, COVID). We have really missed traveling and wanted to have a special night away for my birthday. The St. Regis didn’t disappoint. My husband is a Titanium Elite member and they upgraded us to an amazing suite! They were very sweet to allow us to check in early and check out late. We even got a wonderful birthday champagne as a surprise. If only I could have a butler at my house bringing me French pressed coffee all the time. There were a few misunderstandings with our bill and room service that we had to follow up on but otherwise it as a perfectly wonderful time. The detail and care they take is evident. Also—the champagne saber was amazing. "
"This is always the first choice when visiting Atlanta for us but unfortunately we have not been here since February due to the pandemic. Had we have ventured out earlier I am not sure we would have ever left. The St. Regis standard of exceptional service has only intensified during this time and can not thank this team enough for all of the care and thoughtful consideration to our health and safety demonstrated throughout our stay. The Atlas Restaurant continues to stay on point and we look forward to another visit as soon as possible to this classic property."

"It seems that the furniture renovated in 10 years is a bit retro. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is very good. I didn’t drive the hotel that day. I went out to buy something. The hotel downstairs Mercedes-Benz S400 shuttle"
"The overall room is good, there are too few parking spaces. There is no need to use the hotel to stop the service before parking. It is not very convenient. Every time you have to wait for a while."
"Hotel location is very good, very close to Shopping Mall, you can call the hotel car free shuttle, service is very good, Ctrip booking price is very good"

"My wife and I recently enjoyed a very pleasant surprise at Hotel Clermont in Atlanta. This retro gem is in the Virginia Highlands area, a residential community where a number of Atlanta's young professionals live (including one of our kids). The hotel, once a post-WWII motor lodge and later a set of apartments which eventually fell into disrepair and became seedy, has been magnificently restored and converted back into a very comfortable, edgy, fun lodging. This place is a throwback to nearly 75 years ago. It is as if you are walking into an early-1950s movie set. It is a delightful surprise. Though our stay was brief, our experience was wonderful. The room was comfortable and generous with a king-sized bed, and the bathroom was roomy with old floor tiles. We did not get to experience the popular restaurant, Tiny Lou's, which is reputedly quite good. We did go catch some air at The Rooftop, a very comfortable outside bar with a comfortable astroturf deck that was positioned beautifully with downtown skyline views. The very cool neon rooftop sign, bearing the name of this iconic hotel, was perfect and is very easy to photograph with persons in the foreground. The whole experience, albeit brief, was a very welcome one."
"I had jsut come in from a long drive and all the young employees were extremely pleasant and helpful! This is a boutique Hotel and very charming, but without ammenities such as a fridge or coffee set-up in the room. Also the coffee service did not start until 9:00 on Saturday morning. Definitely would recommend to younger people who are looking for a fun spot in Atlanta.I did not go down to Tiny Lou's, the famous bar downstairs, or the rooftop above, as I had my dog with me and didn't want to leave it in the room alone out of consideration for others, but it would have been fun! Close walking distance to theBeltline where you can find all kinds of restaurants and walking trails. We had dinner there with my daugter and her boyfriend and were entertained by all the people walking dogs, biking and hdanging out! I will say the beds were incredibly comfortable which is why this hotel earned a higher mark from me. Also the linens and towels were wonderful and the room was very clean. The biggest downside was the drag racing in the street in the middle of Friday night. Think that was an anomaly! All together, a very hip place to stay!"
"I'd recommend this place, even though it's the only hotel I've stayed at in Atlanta. First time visiting this amazing city, and I feel that the Hotel Clermont captures the energy and essence in an elegant and sophisticated manner. From the café in the lobby that has coffee and the best doughnut I've ever eaten, to the incredible rooftop bar with sweeping views of the city, and let's not forget the Lounge downstairs... Every member of staff I interacted with was friendly and approachable! I absolutely loved the complimentary welcome drink too - good old PBR! The room was incredible, with the bed being one of the softest I've ever slept in! Incredibly clean, soft carpet and enough space for two- we fell in love. Good job guys, absolutely outstanding!"

"My first encounter with Hilton was this past weekend. I was looking for a last minute room in Atlanta. I had a question and used the Chat feature. I spoke with Candra, I believe. She was most helpful; helped my sign up for Hilton Honors, and book through the app. My first encounter at the Doubletree by Hilton Atlanta Galleria was parking. The gentlemen were most helpful. Then the ladies at the front desk were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. There was no ice bucket in my room, but once I asked one was brought right up. The next morning the ladies in room service were most helpful, and friendly too! (That was the best omelette ever! Thank you chef!) One thing that I took with me is how exceptional the room was . It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. However what I took with me most is not only was the staff friendly, outgoing and most helpful but the other guest were too! Thank you Hilton for a most wonderful experience. This may have been my first stay at a Hilton, but it won’t be my last!"
"If I could give a 10 rating I would, exceptional customer service from Sharnell, she went over & beyond for me & my mom to make sure that we were comfortable & had everything we need. Everyone is so friendly & helpful from the front desk, resturant & housekeeping; room very clean and the lobby area also very inviting. If your in town for an event or Staycation I recommend this hotel very quiet, near the mall, resturants & Chattahoocee River Park. My new staycation hotel."
"The location and staff really make this hotel our go to hotel for the Galleria area. We have been coming to this hotel for about 15 years and had stayed at a lot of other hotels. Any minor problems have been handled promptly. The staff always treat us well and the breakfast buffet exceeds expectations. The staff provides a shuttle to the Galleria and are always prompt and courteous."
