Reviews From Real Travelers
We traveled there with a fear that the hotel may not be as nice as the other Four Seasons hotels we have visited in the past. But we got there and got amazed of how the hotel is. The hotel is built around a lake. On a side of the lake there are sone rice plantation. The rooms are all around the lake and the plantation but hidden in a beautiful forest and gardens very well maintained. The hotel has, nearby the lake, an activities area including rice planting, pink buffalo bathing, pottery learning, etc. It makes you feel like you are living in a small thai village, in the middle of the nature (ok… luxury village in a luxury nature… ). The room is a “Four Seasons” room with a plus for the outside pavilion, high up from the ground and accesuble from the room through a bridge. All for the two of us to enjoy a drink and a cigar after the dinner right in the middle of the nature (luxury forest as previously mentioned…). So, you may see similar rooms in other hotels but domains as in the Four Seasons hotels you definately won find easily elsewhere. Even the pools were built by using green ceramic, so everywhere you look it is green. So relaxing for the eyes! Overall, it is hard to find the right words to describe the feelings this hotel gives you. If you are a traveler, you should not miss the Four Seasons Chiang Mai.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel! You literally wake up in the jungle with sounds of nature and wild life. The service is on point. All the employees are very attentive. Activities offered by the hotel are fun, especially treating those buffalos that leave in the property. We highly recommend to explore some of the numerous cultural sites such as temples in the vicinity. If you're active you should definitely enjoy a hike on one of the nearby mountains. Visiting elephants in their natural habitat can also be organised by the hotel. We enjoyed delicious dinners at the hotel especially due to the amazing service of Aom. We will definitely come back.

The room design is very good, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is well separated, the activity hall is very bright and equipped with kitchen equipment, different snacks are changed every day, and it is a pleasure to drink tea. The swimming pool and soaking pool are good, making it an ideal place for vacation.

The only drawback of a relatively niche hotel is that the hot water is very slow. Everything else is impeccable, the service is great and the kids are very happy

I love Boutique hotels and have been to Chiang Mai before, so I was a tiny bit worried about staying outside the centre/town, but needn't have worried. This place is so beautiful and flawless my boutique hotel heart skipped a beat! Service is impeccable, spa amazing, food was soooo good and the room beautiful and comfortable. The hotel arranged for me a private driver to Chiang Rai as well as pottery class in Chiang mai and unique temple visits also in Chiang Mai. I loved their afternoon delights and I'm happy to report I still have them at home and smile when I see them. (I won't spoil the surprise.) Just go - you'll be happy here!

This hotel is remarkable. From the arrival till the check out everything was perfect. We have appreciated every moment spent at the Raya for many reasons: Intimacy, the marvelous food, the spa treatments and the smells This review is one year late because we were sure that we have reviewed the hotel but checking again we had forgoteen to write the review coming back. One thing you cant miss is the Hotel Shop, with curated artisanal high quality objects that you will not find anywhere else.

Facilities: very complete
Hygiene: Very clean. The staff is cleaning the yard at around 4:00 in the morning. Because I get up to meditate at this time every day, I happen to see sweeping the floor in front of the door.
Environment: beautiful and atmospheric
Service: normal stand-alone service (there is no such thing as kneeling and licking), but when you find them, they will help you solve them in a new way. When I know that I need mosquito coils to burn out every day, I will add them without reminder
Before I checked in, I saw that the air conditioner and service were complained about by the above. I was also worried that the air conditioner was not cooling enough. After all, it was too hot at noon, but after I checked in, I found that the air conditioner was very good. There is also a fan. The fan is also sufficient for girls who are afraid of the cold. Early in the morning It's cool without air conditioner at night~
Let’s focus on the toiletries. I personally think it’s better than Hermès and some other big brands. I’m going to buy their toiletries for home use. My hair and skin are very soft after washing. Disadvantages: The toothbrush is not easy to use, too hard and too big.
My boyfriend went to the gym for a run. I didn't go in to see it. It should be pretty good.
The swimming pool is very nice. There are sunscreen and ice water next to it. The key point is that the surrounding area of the swimming pool seems to be air-conditioned and shaded. It is different from the outdoor swimming pools of other hotels. Swimming at noon is still very relaxing~
Finally, praise my beloved breakfast. I am a vegetarian and like to eat raw food and green juice. This hotel perfectly exceeds my expectations. Breakfast green juice, vegetables soaked in olive oil, steamed vegetables, salads, etc. are all available, and bread It’s delicious, and the little yogurt cup is also delicious. Normal Thai food is cooked differently for you every day. It’s super authentic and delicious. Because the ingredients and seasoning are good, it’s much more delicious than Thai restaurants outside. In addition, the restaurant offers Thai food and Western food for lunch and dinner, which can be ordered a la carte, which is also very delicious.
Next to it is the Warorot Market where you can visit during the day, and walk along the river at night to watch the sunset. There is also a Saiping restaurant with a high Google score by the river. The singer sings very well, and the Thai food is also authentic, but it is not as delicious as the hotel. There are also several great designer shops nearby to visit. There is a bar street at night, and there is also a yoga shop during the day~
Compared with the hotel on Manning Road and the Pigeon Wall, I love this place the most. It can be placed at the same level as dhard dhevi, another very Nalan-style hotel that closed down due to the epidemic. It is more cost-effective in terms of cost performance
I haven't stayed in a heritage hotel before, so I don't really want to try it. I will definitely choose this hotel when I come to Chiang Mai in the future.

I came here just because of the reputation, and stayed for four nights in a row. After returning to China, I took a closer look. I should make a serious and responsible review, which can provide an objective review with reference value. First of all, it is indeed an online celebrity hotel, with exquisite scenery, smart garden planning, and many photo spots. If you don’t care about the budget, you can stay for one night. It’s meaningless to stay too much. Andana not far away is much more cost-effective . Secondly, the service is very average. The man who speaks Chinese is just for checking in. The male waiter at the front desk is very cold, and the hotel is very stingy. Except for the ice, everything else needs money. You can’t take away the worn slippers, otherwise you need to pay the bill. In fact, I don’t want to take it away. However, this kind of haggling, and the price is too high, I really feel conflicted in my heart. There is no customer service delivery service after nine o'clock in the evening, so bring your own instant noodles. Finally, regarding the price, the room is not big, and the area is large in the bathroom and balcony. In Chiang Mai, the price/performance ratio is not high. Looking at the house, I think it is small. I upgraded the suite on the spot for 6,000 yuan a day, and the price/performance ratio is really low. Compared with the four seasons, it is ok I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel, because I went to live in the Four Seasons Pool Villa later, the price was only a few hundred, but the scale, refinement, service, and rooms were very different. Therefore, from the perspective of affordability, it is not recommended to choose to stay. If you want to take pictures, you can go to a restaurant for a meal. If you have financial strength, it is recommended to suite, because the other bedrooms are a bit cramped. The point is, the breakfast is simple and not worth getting up early to eat. In addition, Ctrip has an advantage, the on-site upgrade is more than 100 more expensive than Ctrip, because the order cannot be modified, there is no way but to upgrade at the hotel price. Cleaning is not professional enough, and I saw insects when I went back to my room at night. I stayed in the Golden Triangle Tent Hotel, in the deep mountains and old forests, and there were no rooms. It can only be said that this is a local Thai brand, and there is a gap between it and the international five-star hotel. The Chinese service will only say hello, and only one of the three service requirements will be completed. The hotel's hardware investment is insufficient, and the rain shower room is not small, but the water is like teardrops, and it is uncomfortable to wash. It is proposed to repair, and the water output is a bit larger, but it should not be so small for low floors. In short, you can live there, just for a day or two. Men, please pay attention. There is a balcony and you can smoke.

The pool is really super luxurious. This is the largest pool villa I have ever lived in. The environment is really good. The house is in the villa area. The surrounding area is full of villas. The security measures of the community are very good. Since there are beach chairs next to the pool, the sunbathing is not too cool. There is also a living room next to it. It’s really cool to play with friends and listen to music and drink wine. The landlord is Chinese and the people are very good. Help us call the car to pick us up at the airport.

I'm back at this amazing Chiang Mai resort for the fourth time! When I'm in Chiang Mai, Anantara Resort is my number one pick for ”a place to stay”. No matter if I'm here on business or for fun, this place never disappoints. It's right on the Ping River. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and best of all, all rooms have amazing river views! Breakfast here is one of the best in town (in my opinion), and there's a variety of Western and Thai options. Their Lanna Omelet is so good. Try their signature Lanna omelet if you want a taste of fusion-style northern food. This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a weekend getaway or a delightful business trip in Chiang Mai. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in Chiang Mai next time. Stella job!

It was my first trip to Chiang Mai, so I had a lot of worries when choosing a hotel. But I think it's a very good choice for Anantara. Luxury facilities, friendly staff, good location for sightseeing, etc. are very satisfying. If I go to Chiang Mai again, I really want to go there again
