The hotel is very good, the rooms are spacious and clean, with a good breakfast. Attentionful staff. They answered our request to provide a quiet room. There is a large garage, however, not covered. I missed a Smart TV for streaming access to my account, the bathroom was clean, with a very good shower, but I missed the hair touch available in the bathroom.

The double bed in the standard room is relatively small, and the hotel is relatively close to the shopping mall. Money can be exchanged in the mall. The exchange rate is very good. I don’t know if it’s something like this place in El Salvador. There are small white worms in the room.

Hi, on Friday, March 18, I called the hotel and asked if they had room available for the period from 21 to 26 March. The attendant (which I really don't remember the name) said he had, but only with two single beds, I said he had no problem, he passed the price and asked me to make the reservation. I even asked if he wanted a card number and he said the booking would be paid on check-in, he asked my email and he said he would send a confirmation email. Today, Sunday, March 20, ahead of the trip (tomorrow morning at 6 a.m.), I had not yet received the confirmation email. I called the hotel and after 35 minutes, just 35 minutes waiting, I was attended by José. José told you that the hotel is available between 21 and 22 and 24 and 25, i.e., on the day between 23 and 24, you would not have any place to stay. Joseph said, calmly, that he could not help me (nothing to do), so Joseph asked me to make the reservation of those days by email. Quartos padrão Ibis, mas tudo funciona bem. O atendimento é muito bom, com staff prestativo e solícito. Café da manhã muito variado e com itens de qualidade. Destaque para as broinhas e o pão de queijo que são imperdiveis. A localização é boa.
