Neuenheimer Landstrasse 12, Heidelberg, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany
"The surrounding environment is very good, the room is not too big, the entrance is the cloakroom and the kitchen, and then the living room, inside the bedroom is connected to the bathroom, there are shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, slippers, hot water bottle, and two free bottles of Saint Pellegrino. But the hotel does not have a parking lot. The clerk will drive a golf cart to take you to the public parking lot and then drive you back. The parking lot is 1 km away from the hotel."
"The location is great, the exit is the old bridge and the philosopher's path, there is breakfast but not very rich, the front desk is no one at 11 o'clock in the evening, the first night I want a conversion plug, we have to go and take it... the room has Induction cooker but no pot? ? ? A little embarrassed, and borrowed a pot from the front desk, I still need to wash it back or go back to the cleaning fee..."
"The geographical location of the landscape is close to the bridge, relatively quiet on the opposite side of the castle. The service is good, but it is too artificial and somewhat redundant. Of course, if you like this one, you may be able to. The cleanliness and facilities of the room are like this, and there is no good place."

Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage 1, Heidelberg, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany
"Hotel location is good, has its own parking lot, valet parking service, in addition to a large supermarket opposite the hotel there is also an oriental supermarket, which actually has food under the Wujiang River, to the old bridge and Nika River is also a walk Distance, location in the center of Heidelberg, very good"
"Aristocratic atmosphere, the most expensive hotel in Germany and Austria! No less than the top five stars! 15 minutes walk from the central square of the ancient city, 5 minutes from the big supermarket. Personally feel that if the overall requirements of the hotel are very high, choose it right!"
"The hotel is good, but at this price it is not as good as expected. The location is very close to the commercial street, but still quite a distance from the main attractions. The room is still very clean, the facilities are very complete, the entire hotel building is also very characteristic, very historic. The restaurant is very expensive."

"I went to Frankfurt at 9:00 in the evening and went to the forest in the back of Stuttgart to do things. I really didn't dare to drive in at night, so I found this hotel. Very good choice."

Grabengasse 7, Heidelberg, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany
"Stayed on the night of the 12th of January and am ashamed to say that I did not get the name of the staff member that looked after us. Superb from start to finish. From check in, advice, and in the bar late night. The staff member the following day was also great. The hotel is a little quirky but very comfortable and tastefully uses its building in the heart of the old town of Heidelberg. It’s a good base to explore. The car park is attached with ample size spaces if this matters to you as it does to me. Would I stay again. Yes. It’s was mid range price wise but was great. The staff certainly helped with all of that. Well done!"
"The staff at this hotel are excellent and I really couldn't fault them. I had emailed prior to my stay regarding hotel car parking and a restaurant reservation and both times had quick responses. At the moment there is a lot of construction work going on around the hotel which did impact on our stay. Dependant on where your room is located expect to be woken around 7am by the workmen, not ideal when your on holiday. The rooms are well appointed but the air conditioning was just not strong enough during our stay. Breakfast was average for €14.50pp. Overall the hotel is in a good location, car parking easy and hotel staff great. Once construction is completed I would probably consider staying here but for the moment I'd probably look elsewhere."
"Quiet, clean, big room, well laid-out, and comfortable bed. Fantastic bathroom with bathtub, and 2 separated areas for shower and WC. Also, there is a lot of space for working with a laptop, computers, etc... Great location, 2-minute walk to the central attractions. Excellent breakfast. Kind, courteous, professional and well-organized staff. Would recommend."

"Very clean and tidy The modern hotel is also good for living around. The five-minute walk is the Mannheim Water Tower and the tram stop is just next to it."
"The 44 square meter room is still very good, although the price is really not cheap, especially at the show. But the location is very good! very satisfied!"
"Great location, easy access to city and transportation. New hotel and friendly staff. Room was very quiet. Far way to get to the room. "

"Abundant breakfast, big rooms, good facilities, the elevator broke down the day I arrived, and I climbed a floor without assistance. It was two stops away from the central area and four stops away from the attractions. There are supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants nearby."
"The location of the hotel is very good, the hall is also very atmospheric, and the rooms are also very good. The facilities are complete, the decoration is warm and unique, and the service is also in place"

Heidelberger Str. 8, Hockenheim, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany
"I stayed for 3 nights in April. Easily found with SatNav in town. Limited surface parking (3 spaces), but plenty in the on site, free for guests underground car park. Efficient & friendly reception staff who spoke excellent English. Standard 'chain' hotel layout and rooms - nothing wrong with that as long as there is no expectation of anything different. OK for me on a motor racing weekend. My bedroom was of an average 'chain' size, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. For me, a comfortable bed. No aircon, which given the noise from the street outside with an open window, was a negative. Room 307 looks directly over the street with the noise from traffic and seemingly noisy late night pedestrians being very intrusive - as are the church bells at 0600 or 0700 depending upon the day ! No on site restaurant, but plenty of choice within a few minutes walk. Small bar for those not wanting to venture outside. Excellent buffet hot/cold breakfast with something to suit everyone, and with by far the best automatic coffee machine that I've experienced in my travels to date. Big plus for me was the easy 15/20 minute walk to the circuit. Value on the Thursday night was good, but for the race weekend was at a premium as to be expected at just over twice the amount."
"The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the train station and from the Hockenheim race track. The hotel was clean and staff was nice. Our room was considered a suite, two sofas that turned into beds, a small eating table that sat 4, queen bed, a dresser and wardrobe. There was also a small studio kitchen setup with a sink, 2 small cooking burners and a mini fridge. I was disappointed to see that the kitchen was disconnected and could not be used. The cups in this kitchen cupboard were stuck to the shelves and it wasn't very clean. We didn't use it. The bathroom was large, with tub and two sinks. Toiletries were the basic on the wall shampoo and body wash. The bed was comfortable, however the pillows were not the best. Breakfast was decent, there were scrambled eggs, meatballs, bacon, hardboiled eggs. Basic cheese, fruits, yogurts, cereal and breads. The coffee was very good. There is also a small bar in the hotel. The prices were steep for the drinks. A small coke was 3 euro and so was a small cup of coffee. Needless to say, we only slept there, left for the day to the Hockenheim ring, returned just to sleep and leave the next day. If luxury is what you are looking for, this is NOT the place. But it will do as a place to just sleep."
"We had a great stay! The disabled room was verry good equiped, the room was more than big enough to move with the wheelchair! We had a verry nice breakfast! Staff was friendly, see you next year ! That s sure!"

Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage 57, Heidelberg, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany
"We selected this hotel based on proximity to the old town, combined with a good price in comparison to other properties. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly and outgoing ... almost everyone had a sufficient grasp of English to help overcome our limited German. We were in a ground floor room (11) that had plenty of space and an adequately-sized bathroom with shower. Only challenge was temperature, since both days of our stay it was sunny with temps of around 28-29C (82-84F). The hotel had a fan in our room which was a Godsend, since our room faced the street ... we kept the windows open as much as possible, but the road noise at night woke us up the first night. That problem was solved with ear plugs we'd saved from the flight over. We had breakfast included in our rate, and the meal was very German, very fresh and very filling. The staff also offered to cook us scrambled eggs each morning, since we're not fans of the hard-boiled variety. Though I had brought an electrical converter and multiple European to US adapter plugs, I forget my European adapter. My wife needed to curl her hair and we couldn't plug the converter in, but as soon as we asked at the front desk they were happy to let us borrow one of theirs. Overall we liked the property and loved the people. The road noise was a challenge (but easy to overcome), and between the open windows and fan we were able to deal with the heat. And the location is a definite plus if you want quick access to the alt stadt ..."
"We chose this place as most hotels were fully booked by the time we had made the decision to visit Heidelberg Christmas Market. It was formally a very good Spanish restaurant and there is much evident Spanish influence in some of the decor. We had two of the 14 double rooms . One had a mini bar and a comfy chair , the other had neither.Given the poor storage spaces in either room this is a hotel seemingly unused to people staying for longer than a night or two. Beds were hard and mounted on a stepped plinth making them difficult for a night visit to the bathroom . Carpeting was swirly patterned in green and clashed with the red walls( not the best colour for sleeping in) and had seen better days . Reception is unmanned after 10pm and there is no bar . As the rooms had no tea/ coffee making facilities a hot drink before bed was unavailable . Rooms were clean and the linen of good quality. Showers were good . Breakfast was ok though monotonously samey and the choice of fried or scrambled egg were offered daily . boiled eggs were available too. Things did run out at times especially if you went to the latter part of the breakfast period .Staff seemed either on reception or in the dining room downstairs but rarely were both manned in the mornings . There are no lifts either to the breakfast area, accessed by a winding staircase or to the upper floor. There were no safes in the rooms. We felt a bit bum rushed on our final morning being brusquely reminded that breakfast ended at 10am . I wouldn't recommend staying here for more than overnight."
"I rented 2 twin rooms for 4 women traveling together. It was easy access by bus from the train station and a short walk to the main walking boulevard through town. Our rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was lovely - lots of meats and cheeses, fruits, cereals, hot coffee and tea, a fresh egg cooked to our liking. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel."
