"I stayed for 3 nights in April. Easily found with SatNav in town. Limited surface parking (3 spaces), but plenty in the on site, free for guests underground car park. Efficient & friendly reception staff who spoke excellent English. Standard 'chain' hotel layout and rooms - nothing wrong with that as long as there is no expectation of anything different. OK for me on a motor racing weekend. My bedroom was of an average 'chain' size, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. For me, a comfortable bed. No aircon, which given the noise from the street outside with an open window, was a negative. Room 307 looks directly over the street with the noise from traffic and seemingly noisy late night pedestrians being very intrusive - as are the church bells at 0600 or 0700 depending upon the day ! No on site restaurant, but plenty of choice within a few minutes walk. Small bar for those not wanting to venture outside. Excellent buffet hot/cold breakfast with something to suit everyone, and with by far the best automatic coffee machine that I've experienced in my travels to date. Big plus for me was the easy 15/20 minute walk to the circuit. Value on the Thursday night was good, but for the race weekend was at a premium as to be expected at just over twice the amount."
"The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the train station and from the Hockenheim race track. The hotel was clean and staff was nice. Our room was considered a suite, two sofas that turned into beds, a small eating table that sat 4, queen bed, a dresser and wardrobe. There was also a small studio kitchen setup with a sink, 2 small cooking burners and a mini fridge. I was disappointed to see that the kitchen was disconnected and could not be used. The cups in this kitchen cupboard were stuck to the shelves and it wasn't very clean. We didn't use it. The bathroom was large, with tub and two sinks. Toiletries were the basic on the wall shampoo and body wash. The bed was comfortable, however the pillows were not the best. Breakfast was decent, there were scrambled eggs, meatballs, bacon, hardboiled eggs. Basic cheese, fruits, yogurts, cereal and breads. The coffee was very good. There is also a small bar in the hotel. The prices were steep for the drinks. A small coke was 3 euro and so was a small cup of coffee. Needless to say, we only slept there, left for the day to the Hockenheim ring, returned just to sleep and leave the next day. If luxury is what you are looking for, this is NOT the place. But it will do as a place to just sleep."
"We had a great stay! The disabled room was verry good equiped, the room was more than big enough to move with the wheelchair! We had a verry nice breakfast! Staff was friendly, see you next year ! That s sure!"
