"Talk about a paradiso escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, the Beach Villas are the perfect exemplar of it. Nestled away from the main centre of RWS near the Equarius complex, the Beach Villas enjoys its own check-in counter that takes you to your villa on an inhouse buggy service. Once you arrive at your villa, be awed by the cavernous interior and exquisite touches in the form of luxurious amenities and free minibar. Magic then really happens when you open up the doors to the patio, where you could literally walk into the pool a la Maldives. I believe no other place in Singapore serves such a sumptuous experience. Well worth the money paid. "
"The service was great. We were transferred over from the 1 Bedroom Beach Villa and we didn't have to worry about checking in. All I did was to sign another registration form that the butler will bring to me. I just had to wait in the room while they were getting the Ocean Suite ready. We were lucky to get the 'MIKA' Ocean Suite as out of the 12 Ocean Suite rooms, there is only 1. I will like to commend Willy for his quick service everyday no matter the most ridiculous request. 😅"
"The butler and housekeeping services were excellent and we enjoyed the facilities. However the breakfast served was terrible! We were just so surprised that after paying a pretty hefty sum for our accommodation that we received such a poor breakfast to start the day. What a pity! Won't be staying there again."

"We have travelled all around the world only to discover the best hotel is actually in our own country. The Raffles Hotel has topped all our expectations. An iconic building in Singapore with a long history. The hotel gives a rustic colonial feeling at the same time the ne wowners have restored it to provide all the modern amenities a traveller would require and more. Rooms are large and comfortable. Very well thought out amenities. From something as simple as the hot water mixer is set in a way that you would never end up scaling yourself. The way the master switch works with the night lights makes it all so convenient to use and switch off the lights in the room and yet have lights in the toilet on in case one needs a late night visit. The service is second to none. Staff remember your name and address you by name. They remember your preferences. I called the butler one evening because I couldn't load the meun of the Butcher's Block from the website. The next morning they had the menu delivered to the room. You may say you pay for what you get. I've been to places where I've paid and not get. Had a lovely time at the Raffles Hotel with the wife. I would definitely recommend it to the decerning traveller any time. "
"Our first staycation with Raffles Singapore and thoroughly enjoyed our 3D2N stay! Upon arrival, we received a welcome photo shot and the photograph was nicely printed and delivered to us by our butler. We booked the afternoon Historian tour and Mr Nazir was sincere and candid in his 1-h sharing of the hotel. We got to see the presidential suite whereby Michael Jackson the legendary singer had stayed previously when he held his concert in Sg. All the staff were courteous and helpful. The 1-for-1 deal by Trip.con that came with breakfast, dining and shopping credits was simple fantastic! Thank you, Trip! "
"The state suite was automatically upgraded to personality suite which is nice and the birthday cake was provided for celebration. The hotel is elegant and services are excellent. The highlight of the stay is the Historial guided tour with the hotel Resident Historian, Mr Sukar Roslee. We even got chance to see the presidential suite once stayed by Michael Jackson during his stay with the hotel. Super!"

"This place was fantastic! From the moment I entered to the moment I checked out, the service, the amenities, the in-service activities, the food and treatment were impeccable! I got myself injured in the spa area, but the staff were not hesitant to treat me immediately. Even when I asked for new soap to replace my tainted soap bar (for my friend’s hygiene sake) they went the extra mile to treat my wound. They even asked me how I was during check out. Yes the price is steep, but there is definitely a reason for that amount. It was worth every memory."
"service was exemplary - timely with responses and was able to even find us scotch tape and scissors for decorations 😂 capella also has the BEST breakfast. really enjoyed our time at capella as usual! "
"Awesome pricing from Trip, will book again for Capella. Next time will try other room category. Breakfast menu was fabulous too. Top notch services. Finally, a hotel away from many tall buildings. "

"Everything here is perfect! We booked it for a mini-moon right after our solemnisation and was greeted with warmth and surprises! They surprised us a bottle of champagne and a cake for the night! The service crews were super friendly, thoughtful and always with a smile on! Everybody here was really attentive and the service provide were very guest focused. The breakfast served was delicious and hearty. We were also served with evening cocktails that comes with light bites and unlimited cocktails to taste! The in room dining we ordered was great too! We could dine at the balcony and it was really romantic. The overall environment here is serene and pleasant that allows you to recharge and relax. It made us felt like we are overseas in a resort. A big shoutout and thank you to everyone at The Barracks Hotel for making our mini moon memorable and for all the warmth and hospitality during our stay here. We love it and definitely returning back again! 💜"
"Finally checked off this pricey but lovely staycay spot ❤️ To be honest, the $700/night range made me expect a lot and I’m really glad that my experience (kind of) justified the hole in my wallet 🥹 The room was fair sized at 39SqM but super classy and quaint, with fancy copper finishings running throughout the space. Very like! 🎉 Though … I wished there was more countertop space and a chilling spot enough for 2pax. 👻 The Living Room provided a very nice respite from the relentless heat and all day refreshments worked as a lunch replacement even though it was just salted nuts for me ☀️ Evening cocktails stole the show with quality bites, fancy tea-based cocktails, and great service. We waddled out definitely heavier but confirm happier 🥂 Super happy that we experienced the same great service as my previous Far East Hospitality stays - Farez and Hafiz were stellar and part of the reason why I’m so smitten by this stay 🎖 "
"The staff of barracks are a fabulous team that made our stay very comfortable and looking forward to going back. We have been totally spollt by their warm hospitality and breakfast menu. Cocktails during the happy hours is a must have! Decor of the hotel is very colonial and definitely relaxing. A fantastic getaway for my family when our son has just completed his basic military course."

"An excellent hotel with good customer service. I have no complaints about this hotel certainly. I have an enjoyable stay here. With club access it allows me to relax and not plan what or where to eat. I can simply just head up to the lounge and get myself filled up with food at 5 different timing. I reached around 10.15 am on the day of check-in. Thinking of leaving our luggage at the hotel while we head for brunch. To our surprise, the staff said we are allowed to have an early check-in. The staff brought us up to level 32 where the club lounge is and asked us to have a drink while his colleague will prepare the check-in for us. We sat there for about 15 to 20 minutes or so. This time the staff who serve us throughout our stay, Michelle came to us and informed us that she has helped us with the check-in and explained some procedures and we are good to go. We were given level 29 of a twin marina view room. The room was clean and the view was spectacular. We then headed out for brunch and thereafter back to the hotel to enjoy the amenities and club access. The gym was well equipped and operates 24hours. All the equipment you are looking for in the gym can be found here. If you are looking to have a good swim the best timing will be in the morning and evening probably. If not during the daytime it was quite packed. Club access was great. The food variety and drinks vary from tea to juices to alcohol were all great. I had a few cocktails and champagne as well. The food is nice as well, such as the beef stew, salted egg popcorn chicken, black chicken soup, satay, danish and many more... There is also a limousines car available to send you to your destination within the marina area. We took it to the garden by the bay. And walk back from there. This is a value add service to us 😊 The view from the room and bathtub is awesome. You can just get yourself soaked in it with the view of MBS in front of you with a day or night view whichever you prefer. The bed is also so comfortable that you do not wish to climb out of bed. All in all the amount you are paying is worth what you are getting. All the staffs are always friendly and approachable. I would strongly recommend to at least stay here at least once in your lifetime. "
"Service from the moment i entered was good.. During checkin, i forgot to inform staff that i booked club lounge access as i was initially directed to the usual checkin area.. After checking, we were brought up to the club lounge for checkin and had aftermoon tea while waiting.. everything was perfect except our checkin took 2hrs+.. But the hotel service recovery were good, they gave us late checkout and some credit.. Other than that, everything was perfect.. service superb, hotel room clean and view perfect.. It was definitely a happy stay for me.. The view in my room was wow.. and not forgetting the iconic bathtub view of marina bay! If i were to splurge again, will definitely choose this hotel with club lounge.. Highly recommend staying here for the service, view, lounge and food! :)"
"Second stay at ritz and we decided to go with a club room. The room is perfect as always and the high floor (30th) really made the view so much better. Club lounge service was excellent. The drinks selection was good. Food selection and spread was slightly limited though the quality is still above average. Not sure if it is due to covid? Would probably consider to come back few months later if the club lounge food spread is back to pre-covid. All in all. It was still an excellent stay. Definitely one of the best in sg! Even without the club room. "

"Overall a pleasant stay in the Sentosa Cove area - away from the city so it feels like a short holiday. The area is quiet, and we loved the yacht view. The hotel room is overall pretty decent as well - with a couple of hits and misses. The size of the room is great; super spacious with a huge bathroom. However, we felt like the bathroom space could've been better utilized (e.g. adding bathroom shelves, hooks or towel rack in front of the toilet bowl). The bathtub is great, but it's the only shower space so it might be slightly inconvenient for the elderly. The bathroom was also slightly under-maintained with some areas looking mouldy and dusty. The hotel also lacked basic toiletries such as comb, shaving kit etc which we'd have to request for if we needed them. Smart TV doesn't come with apps like Netflix but you can surf the web (and thus go to Netflix site) so that was great for us! Also, the bed was comfy but the headboard was very very VERY dusty somehow. Breakfast spread isn't amazing, and the food wasn't that nice either. Overall though it was still a good stay for the price and location, and we will definitely revisit. Just a note that the prices fluctuate quite a bit (from $200ish on weekdays to $1k towards the weekends) so we definitely recommend visiting on off-peak weekdays! For $1k a night, it'll totally be a different review from this. "
"Read the reviews beforehand and wanted to experience for ourselves. The room was okay in general, just noted that the lights in the closet did not close automatically even when the door was closed; the towels and bedsheets had 1-2 small pink stains; the floor had some dark spots; the room was quite dry even if the aircon was off; made friends with the itsy bitsy spider in our room; side of the bathrobe came off naturally. The facilities were amazing - we went to the gym and swimming pool early in the morning. It was empty and quiet. 10/10 recommend to go during this time as you can also have a breathtaking view of the water/yacht/sky (provided it is a sunny day) Our package came with a four course meal, bottle of Prosecco, platter of snacks and breakfast. Dinner was average but the breakfast and platter of snacks were great. Was well fed throughout the stay. Would come back solely for the surrounding views as the location did not feel like it was in Singapore. Felt like a secluded private paradise island for the rich. "
"The hotel provided love swan towel decoration upon request and also a dark chocolate delicacy for my fiancée birthday. The down side would be no instruction were given until you checked in for a complimentary parking at their members carpark so during checked in paid parking fee at the public carpark. The amenities provided were alright as there’s no comb for hair combing after shower, no make up removal cotton pad. The complimentary snack bar was good. The view was superb for marina view room and it has an automatic curtain function. The aircon is not cool enough despite 16degree setting. The bed was comfortable and overall a satisfactory stay ending off with a delicious sumptuous english breakfast. Highly recommend for a quiet and comfy staycation only if you have means of transport. "Check in put a real dampener to our couple and 30th anniversary get away. The check in time was 3pm and to be safe we arrived at 4pm. Soon after completing all the documentation for checking in, we were left hanging and waiting for more than an Hour. We were not told anything. The male Indian staff that attended to us was friendly but disappeared after a while. The new female staff did not really know the situation and told us that our room was still not ready at 5.15pm. We were told that the manager was aware and in another 20 minutes, they would have our room ready. No welcome drinks were offered whilst we sat there being paraded to the other hotel staff and guest. The manager did not come personally to explain anything to us. We had to approach the front office staff to enquire about the long delay. We finally got the keys to our room at 5.30pm. At these prices for this higher class hotel, we would have at least expected better treatment and service. This is something I would expect at a budget hotel. Sad that it happened at the start of the much awaited 2 night get away."
"Our stay was overall quite pleasant as we got a free upgrade to the bay view room. Soon after, we discovered a bed bug on the bed and was switched to a new room at a higher tier(?) almost immediately. I was pleased by the staff's efficient response. There is no doubt their standard of service is very high. I am still perplexed at the presence of the bed bug though. Perhaps it is time they call in pest control as the situation could be way worse if the bed bug proceeds to bite their guests. I would visit again as I loved the view and interior decorations. Oh, and we had $200 dining credits as well, and I enjoyed the best lamb chop I have ever tasted in Singapore, with their in-room dining service."
"I really enjoyed my stay at Fullerton Bay Hotel. The service and staff have been really amazing. I booked for the bay view room which offered a stunning view. I will return again next time."

"Probably the best hotel getaway from singapore bustling city life. Located in sentosa island, surrounded by greenery and beaches. You can enjoy the natural calming sound of beach waves and chirping birds, singing insects. Large swimming pool for kids and adults with relaxing vibes and ambience. Spectacular view of sunrise from hotel balcony too with a sip of hot coffee or tea. "
"It was a fantastic stay for families with young kids. The beach and pool are next to each other, hence you can book either one to access both. Breakfast was good. If you are not able to secure a slot for the indoor playground/art n craft. Can inform concierge to put you on waiting list. They will call. Will book staycation with Rasa Sentosa Shangrila again! "
"Excellent stay in Rasa Sentosa except the breakfast is not very special what we expected. Mostly they served the food are cold and especially dim sum and crumbled eggs, fried eggs should be hot or warm stuffs but it’s not. I recommend the only laska which is quite nice. If you wanna enjoy for sea activities and relaxation, should go for it."

"I'm here for a solo staycay and I'm glad I chose W Singapore. Room 644 is a fabulous room as it's name, over looking the marina and sea view, be it at the balcony, on the bed or even a quick shower after swimming. The bathtub is fabulous and I can watch the TV as there is a sliding glass. However, the lights in the room is confusing as I need to keep clicking a lot of time to get ONLY the hallway light up but eventually, u will get it right. Thankfully they have penne Alfredo served for in room dining at 12 am as I'm a vegetarian. The pool is 24 hrs and the temperature of the water is warm, suitable for kids and babies. There are 2 lift that lead to the lobby if u don't wanna climb the stairs during ur stay. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Perfect staycay for a islander w a Seaview, I mean there r lotsa hotel w Seaview but what makes W unique is, the environment is quiet, no high rise building and busy traffic. Fabulous as it is! "
"Had an amazing self-care solo staycation. W Singapore truly deserves every of the five star reviews because the service and amenities were all superb. The team delivered way more than what I asked for and I enjoyed every moment in the hotel. Love the steak at Skirt, French Toast at Kitchen Table, spa’s hot pools and infrared sauna, gym, everything about the room, welcome fruit platter and macarons, abundance of bottled water, huge swimming pool, quick and efficient check-in and more. Thank you for such a beautiful experience!!"
"It is a very wonderful staycation & birthday celebration at W Hotel. Highly recommended for families and friends as W Hotel has provided an excellent service. We received happy birthday ballons decoration when we check-in. We also received a sweet chocolate gift on Mother's day. My girl really enjoy swimming at children pool. That is great for our 3D2N stay with W Hotel! But it is quite pity that lunch & dinner buffet were fully booked. Hope we can visit again next time soon. "

"It’s was a wonderful experience We had lots and lots of fun, did shopping as well, Hotel was extremely clean and well organized, infinity pool experience was awesome. I’m room dining was good too. Lavos food was very nice and quantity was more than enough we couldn’t finish."
"We were quite impressed by the hotel services. The staff there were friendly and prompt to attend our requests. Some suggestion is it would be better if can have some children-friendly facilities. We will definitely revisit this hotel for our future staycation."
"Had a blast in the hotel with its superb room, gym and swimming amenities. However, challenging to get halal food thus I would recommend just ordering foor via food delivery platforms. Overall, loved it and will return!"
