131-141 Esplanade Cairns QLD, Cairns, Queensland, Australia
"Summing up review: He has everything a resort hotel should have! Scenery, pool, service, comfort, environment, food! Advantages: 1. It is very close to the airport and the taxi is about AUD 20 one way. The hotel can help to call for a taxi! 2. The service is attentive, and they are all handsome guys and beautiful women, adding icing on the cake to the holiday mood! 3. The layout design of the room is very user-friendly. The USB port is on the bedside and the bar is large. It can put a lot of sundries, luggage racks, showers, bathtubs, closets, and so on. 4. The superb view of the sea-view king room is awesome. Although it is a bit bad after low tide, it is comfortable to sit on the bed and look dazed after the high tide! 5. Turn left at the hotel lobby and walk for about 10 minutes to the night market. Many restaurants have snacks and crafts. You can almost go to the supermarket Woolworth by walking the overnight market. You can basically buy everything in one stop. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel can go right to the public swimming pool. Many people are together, and the DJ teaches people in the water to do exercises and dance together. It's fun! About five minutes after the public pool is the pier and ticket exchange location of various shipping companies. If it is not heavy rain, it is almost fifteen minutes walk from the hotel to the boat pier! The hotel restaurant turned left for about five minutes and arrived at a free children's park with various children's amusement and water facilities. Disadvantages: 1. Hygiene needs to be improved. The glass in the room is taken up against the light and is very disgusting. I dare not use it! 2. The gap between the light curtains of the floor-to-ceiling windows is too large to cover the light. It is always stiff by the sunlight in the morning, especially my room is at the end, and there is a window on the side of the bed. The roller shutter is used, and it leaks light Great, it affects the rest! 3. I stayed for seven days and basically had the same breakfast every day. I really broke down in the next few days. Although the ingredients were fresh and the fruit was sweet, it was really boring to have the same bread every day. Keynes bats are very special. They hang on trees in the city center during the day and start flying to the other side of the sea at night. It is very spectacular, of course, I feel terrible, especially the call. But observe a few days, people live in harmony with bats, please don't dislike it! During the vacation, it was just the time when the new crown pneumonia broke out in China. Thanks to the hotel for not discriminating, and the warm hospitality and service made me have a wonderful and special New Year holiday."
"A better-than-expected resort hotel. When I arrived at the hotel lobby, I felt fresh and refreshing. The handsome man at the front desk could speak Mandarin and Cantonese. I was especially introduced to the hotel facilities and so on. The swimming pool is very nice, the water temperature is mild, the rooms are clean and hygienic, the bathrooms are large, the balcony looks at the pool and the sea view, good view! Breakfast variety is more comprehensive, including Western-style, Chinese-style white porridge, Japanese and Korean noodles."
"Traveling to Cairns alone, this hotel is very new because of the newly opened facilities, the swimming pool is beautiful, the front desk can provide free large towels, the taste of the restaurant is also very good, the breakfast variety is small but the taste is good, the staff are very good Warm, there are lazy sofas and billiards in the lobby, even if you don’t do anything, it’s very comfortable to blow the sea breeze in a daze in the hotel"

"The location is great, the courtyard is also very nice, there is a walking area, the two bedroom room is the closest to the beach, you can go out and watch the sunrise! But what I want to say is that the facilities in the room are really old, especially in the kitchen. It is recommended that you use the kitchen utensils before cleaning or disinfecting them. Because they may not be cleaned, everything is greasy and greasy. There is an ant 🐜, many ants climbed! I feel that the kitchen has the feeling of being occupied by ants. There are a lot of people everywhere, and there are suggestions of intensive fear not to go to the kitchen! The hotel's room cleaning really needs to be improved, and it does not match the warm service of their front desk staff."
"If you are bringing children, this kind of room will be very suitable, the reception at the front desk is very warm, the service attitude is very good, the surrounding environment is very beautiful, the good place for vacation, very recommended!"
"The hotel is located on the edge of the Independence Bay, very quiet and few people, the resort. There is a Michelin restaurant outside the hotel and you can try it. The room is large and comfortable."

"Stayed in Cairns for three nights, the number of rooms booked is limited, the maximum occupancy of five people between the two, even if the child does not have an extra bed, the number of people as long as more than five people, can only upgrade the room into a three-room room. There is no breakfast in the hotel. The apartment hotel can cook for yourself. There is a supermarket on the street downstairs. It is convenient. The hotel is not far from the pier, but it is not the most convenient hotel. The rainy season in Cairns, the rainforest can go, no Mistakes, but the experience of going out to sea is much worse. It's damp, it's hot during the day, the room and the hallway have a strong taste (moldy taste), the room has a balcony, the sea view is OK, but this sea view is really average, not comparable to the Gold Coast. Balcony view and harbour video are as follows"
"Very good location but poor service "

"Everything else is fine, in the town, it is also close to the highway. Suitable for overnight stay on the way to Melbourne from Melbourne. It is an hour faster than Melbourne. There is a train track at the door, which may be a bit noisy. But fortunately, like us two people with sleep disorders, have not been awakened because of this. The service was also very good. We were late for the flight. We arrived at the hotel very late. We called at the door and came over in a while."
"The hotel is close to the pier, and the room has a sea view that makes people feel refreshed. The service attitude is very warm and patient: we went to the Great Barrier Reef to dive, because we forgot to book a bus to Douglas, we found the front desk waiter at more than 6 in the morning, and we very patiently helped us to contact the Yinsuo cruise company and booked the bus in time, thank you he!"
"The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the pier and the city center, but since September 1st, Cairns has a rally, less than 7 o'clock, the sound of the car roaring outside the window, there is no way to sleep! The hotel's facilities are old, but the natural environment and scenery are good inside and outside! The buffet is not rich, but there are some features!"

"There are two beds less than 1.5 meters wide in the room. There will be a large supermarket when you go out the back door of the hotel. You can walk to the pier of the Great Barrier Reef for ten minutes. The surrounding restaurants are also very convenient. The hotel's own restaurant is also very good. Every night There are specials. But recently I was in a bat scene, and flew around in the evening, barking in the trees during the day."
"There is parking, you can bring your children, breakfast is available, it is ok, Cairns is not too far away, just walk. The front desk is Japanese and English is average. The swimming pool is ok, but not many people go to play, the bath towel is optimistic or you will lose money. The room was a bit damp and the decoration was simple, nothing was too amazing. Due to the flight adjustment on the last day, breakfast was not eaten."
"The transportation facilities are complete, and the service attitude is very good. If you want to see the sea, you should pay attention to choosing a high-level. You can first make a note on Ctrip. After confirmation, you can find customer service and then confirm with the hotel. Usually, it can be arranged"

"Pullman's is close to everything in town. I rang Pullman's the day after I booked a room & asked reservations if I could get a upgrade to a harbour view, the reservations person said that yes I could get an upgrade & that it would cost me an extra $20 a night on top of what I had paid, I said should I pay for that now, they said no when you arrived it will be $80 as I was staying for 4 nights. When I arrived I asked them about my upgrade & they said there was no record of me wanting an upgrade & that they could not help with a harbour view room as they did not have any available. I had other friends staying at the hotel at the same time that paid for mountain views & got harbour views. The furniture in the rooms were old & tables were swollen & had big chips out of them, outdoor table & chairs were not 5 star. We had breakfast at Coco's, I had ordered muffins, my friends had ordered omelette & bacon & eggs. I changed my mine 1 minute after I ordered, I wanted waffles I asked the staff & they said yes they would change my order. My friends order came & I waited for 20 minutes before I got my waffles. Staff were walking around the restaurant with orders & asking people had they ordered this, they had no table numbers, no idea who ordered what, they looked very unprofessional."
"Speaking of location, it ’s convenient to go anywhere. Turn left to Woolworths supermarket and turn right to the dock. The location is good, the room is big enough, and the time is not enough so I did n’t go to the hotel pool. Generally speaking, the price is good, if the trip allows more Stay for one or two nights."
"Good hotel with great service and restaurant. Coco’s restaurant on the lobby. They have good seafood. Close to the sea and Woolworth. Walk in distance to night market . Not far from the airport as well. About 15-20 minutes on Uber. "

"Both hardware and services can meet a normal high-star hotel standard. Very recommended to add money for breakfast! ! ! There are two reasons for this: (1) Cairns travels whether it is the Great Barrier Reef or the Kuranda Rainforest is relatively "early", while the Australians are lazy breakfast shops open late, the hotel breakfast starts at 6:30, regardless of time / distance / bus connection The barge provides great convenience (2) cost-effective. I have eaten 9 brunch in Australia, and the average person is about 28 Australian dollars (135 RMB). The hotel can order food and the quality of the restaurant is not lost. At the same time, you can also eat the rest of the buffet (normal five-star hotel breakfast category). Great value recommendation."
"The location is good, but as a 5 star hotel, there are a lot of things that can be improved. The room facilities are complete but the sanitary conditions need to be improved. The TV, coffee machine, bedside table are all visible and the service attitude It is also different from person to person. On the third day, a small ant was found in the 6th floor guest room. The air was wet and understandable. It was also dealt with in time, but I was always worried. Both gym and SPA are available but small! Breakfast is okay but it is still far from the standard requirements of a 5 star hotel. Very caring because the last day of the morning to participate in the hot air balloon provided a portable breakfast box."
"I send four cans of milk and chocolate to Deyun every day. The room is very clean. The room is well soundproofed. The atmosphere on the first floor is good at night. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is unchanged every day and you can order the main course. Easy to travel, but if you go to the sea, Hilton is the closest to the cruise terminal. The coastal restaurants near the terminal are great, and walking is also very good."
