Avenida Just Marlés, 41, Lloret de Mar, Catalonia, Spain
"Stayed here for 4 nights- last minute cheap holiday! The location is great- it is in the main strip so can be noisy at night/ early morning but we can sleep through anything! Literally just down the road is the beach. Very clean room, we had a double room that also had a settee in. Fresh clean towels everyday Crisp white bedsheets and maid every day to clean up. Breakfast was lovely - so much choice and fresh. Water was powerful and instantly hot. Also a bath! Staff were friendly. Especially the reception staff who told us all we needed to know about taking a trip to Barcelona for the day. Would definitely go back and stay here again!"
"Quite basic apartment was clean. Had a room facing the Main Street. Majority of staff friendly. Had one of the front desk staff (Asian man) come banging on my foot when I opened the door her proceeded to shout quite aggressively at me when I asked what the problem was he continued shouting. I told him not to shout at me. He said my music was too loud but I said if that’s the case then there are ways if speaking and dealing with people there was never any need for that level of aggression. I later found out he banged in everyone’s door that evening. Other staff were quite friendly. Breakfast was pretty basic. Room was clean and I loved the shower. Good central location."
"The positives. Staff for the most part were Lovely. Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice. Room was cleaned daily all be it a bit hit and miss but was very clean when I went in. Negatives. Dinner had the trots twice after that stopped eating dinner. Was charged for water twice even though it was free as part of deal at dinner. No refund given when another staff member pointed out it was free. Decor dated and dangerous for children. See pics. Pool freezing. Sun really blocked out by large buildings surrounding on all sides. Roof terrace was good but the paddling pools full of grit. My room was at the pool side so noise was not an issue. Hotel needs a proper. Revamp. WiFi good. Cafe .. so so. Location easy to get to places from. You will need to. ... When I spoke to other residents they said there balcony were the same. A child's foot could easily get stuck."

Poeta Felicià Serra i Mont, 10, Lloret de Mar, Catalonia, Spain
"A good quality, four-star hotel, well-run, well-staffed, effectively managed. Possibly the best in Lloret. Just be aware that this jewel does have a flaw or two – but perfect costs more ! In a quiet part of town, but only five minutes’ walk from the town’s shops and restaurants. Transit coaches cannot reach it – beware the sign that points in completely the wrong direction. Our Comfort + pool view room was brilliant. Enormous and supremely comfortable bed, fridge, safe, mugs and kettle – but no tea/coffee. Aircon effective and very quiet. Décor new and attractive. Bathroom was compact, had a hair drier, nice little hospitality kit, soap dispensers, top quality loo roll, bath with shower – but a plastic shower curtain, ugh! Hotel pool, quite overlooked by surrounding buildings, the cleanest I’ve ever seen but so cold that few people used it. Just about enough sunbeds which, the hotel says, cannot be reserved, but people do - for hours ! Pool towels available for a returnable deposit of €15. Sunbeds not all that comfortable – don’t go flat. Soft pop is played all day, which is nice enough, but irritating if you want to play your own music. Spa/indoor pool (free), gym €2. Some say the breakfast is ‘samey’ but there was so much choice, it didn’t matter. Surprises were a) no muesli and b) the orange juice that was very obviously from concentrate – in Spain ?! The bar staff were helpful and friendly, the drinks prices reasonable. Evening entertainment, usually a man + keyboard."
"Tucked away in a back street, but convenient for the resort centre, via interesting retail areas. We were only there for a few days in difficult circumstances, so weren't in the hotel very much, but received excellent service when we needed it. Pool was very nice although we only used it very briefly. We didn't eat there so unable to comment on food, but we were able to get coffees, breakfast snacks etc from places nearby."
"This is our second time at the hotel . The hotel itself is very good , is in a quiet part of Lorett surrounded by narrow Spanish style streets. but close to the main shopping center and beach Now the bad news . For a hotel of this size the restaurant is disappointing . it has no show cooking .For the majority of the time the food was cold especially the breakfast . The selection for dinner was very restricted. either chicken drumstick, fish or meat with the occasional piella. several guests we met forwent the main meals as the selection meats etc was of a very poor quality. Deserts were also poor . Evening entertainment was very poor in general Although the staff were generally very polite one of the bar staff that takes orders and bring drinks was arrogant & ignorant Will never go there again"

Plaça de la Torre, 2, Lloret de Mar, Catalonia, Spain
"Great location for access to the beach, shops and night life. Familiarise yourself with the local area as much as possible before you arrive using google maps as the transfer bus drops you off a good way away from the hotel, after midnight this can be slightly daunting. The reception staff have all the charisma of damp cardboard, the friendliest members of staff would appear to be the cleaners ( who will enter your room regardless of if you have the no thank you sign on the door) Be wary of the type of room you are booking, they imply you will get a front facing room with terrace but you actually get a side facing room with full height sliding window, still very nice but not the same! Our room was excellently furnished and clean if not slightly odd in the way it was set out, the wet room style shower exits right into the bedroom and the toilet is a simple cubicle with a frosted glass screen as a door, if you are shy or like privacy whilst carrying out your ablutions then this room wouldn't be for you. The rooms have a good T.V but unless you speak Spanish or Russian its nigh on useless, if you plan to spend your evening in the hotel you'll need to make your own entertainment. They don't bother to give you any tea or coffee but you do get a kettle that you may find another use for! The fridge however was a good addition to the room, I found the A/C to be very good which you can set to your own preference The food...I'm not a fussy eater but found the breakfast to be mostly diabolical, some of which consisted of left overs from the previous day's evening meal. If you like a continental breakfast then you will be o.k but if you are expecting a good old full English you may want to pop down the street to the Orient Express or route 66. Hot drinks are spewed forth from a machine and the coffee is truly horrific, it has the taste of sour milk and it separates while you drink it, its no wonder they don't put any in your room! All in all, only minor grievances, we loved the roof top terrace and the proximity to the beach and town, the food is enough to live on and our room was clean and comfortable (not withstanding the family of ants we found living under the pedal bin just as we were leaving) The good parts outweighed the bad and we would certainly stay again."
"We stayed here for 1 week in a triple family room with terrace. The room was lovely and big. The room was cleaned toiletries and towels replaced every day. The staff were all friendly especially our cleaning lady. The buffet was excellent variety and good quality. Only small gripe eggs were sometimes cold and only 1 coffee machine. The pool really is a paddling pool and should be advertised as this. We also couldn't use our terrace as their was work going on at the local government building. The hotel is in a great location for bars and restaurants and could see the beach and sea. Bring your own hairdryer as the supplied one isn't very powerful. Overall a very good week."
"Great location, clean and modern rooms, excellent food, professional stuff. Angela at the restaurant was very helpful, friendly and hard working. Thank you, Angela. I would highly recommend this hotel !"

Carrer dels Mestres, 6, Lloret de Mar, Catalonia, Spain
"The Hotel Augusta Club is a 3 star hotel so bear that in mind when booking with regards to what you pay as Tui and the hotel consider it to be 4 star which it most certainly is not. A nice lobby and reception area does not make a great hotel. Firstly, I must say the staff are wonderful, mostly friendly with the odd exception (hello Mr show cooking chef) and are clearly worked very hard. We upgraded to a double room just because two single beds pushed together can be annoying so it was nice to have a double bed ;). The room was very small with only one power socket in the room and one in the bathroom. The furniture consisted of one chair, one small table and one bedside table. The built in wardrobe was fine and housed the safe which you must pay thirty euro's ten of which is a deposit and returned at the end of your stay. The lights can only be operated from one side of the bed and it is hard to get around the bed without knocking into the wall mounted television. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and no fridge either. The bathroom is dated but everything works and it has a bidet. A small point, the toilet paper is good quality and you never feel like you're going to run out. The balcony is small and as the hotel is about a mile from the beach it doesn't offer any views to speak of. The cleaners are fantastic and kept the room very clean and tidy and the bed was made beautifully everyday. The restaurant is a big minus point as it is clearly not big enough for the size of the hotel. Breakfast is served between 8 and 10 and offers a reasonable choice with a passable fried breakfast. Plenty of fruit, cereals and cakes are available as well. Dinner is served between 7:30 and 9:30 and is not a pleasant experience. It is so busy you can't just wander in and sit down you have to queue and wait for a table to become available. The overall feel is like a rushed meal in a packed cafeteria and it's a relief when dinner is over and you can go and get a drink and relax in the bar. The spa will cost you ten euro's to use so we didn't bother as the local beaches are fantastic. Lloret town is a bit of a dump but well equipped with many shops and bars and offers great transport links from the bus station which is a five minute walk from the hotel. Lloret is a party town and by night didn't feel very safe, we saw people openly doing drugs on the beach and everyday you could hear police sirens. The main beach at Lloret will be packed so it's worth getting a bus or walking the few kilometres to the next beaches which are beautiful and well worth a visit. It's worth noting that if you travel by coach to the hotel you will be dropped about 100 metres from the hotel and have to make your own way. And also the wifi is free and covers the whole hotel."
"Great. Peaceful .super food plenty of choice .Spotless , lovely efficient friendly staff .would go again ourselves and recommend to friends.nothing to complain about. A h little gem.give it a try ,great value for money"
"Having made the decision to stay at this wonderful four star resort with a spa, based solely on the pictures and it’s facilities I feel the urge to write this honest review. On arrival we had to wait three hours to check in to our room with a balcony, such is life and we did have the chance to leave our luggage in the locked luggage room, only trouble being, when we to fetch it nobody knew where the key was and maybe it was unlocked! Luckily it wasn’t and eventually another guest arrived with the key so we can retrieve our bags. The room, we’ll that was impressive, I could barely walk past the bed without walking into the wall mounted tv and the balcony gave us a lovely view of a corrugated tin wall that’s in my pictures. The safe in the room could have been the best safe in the world but they wanted four euros’s a day to have the key, first hotel I’ve ever stayed in that wanted that but hey ho. The spa, indoor pool and Gym. Part of the appeal for this hotel was the indoor pool an spa, at least if the outdoor on is busy you can have a swim, only trouble is, despite being part of the facilities and not mentioned anywhere in the literature, you can’t use it, well unless you want to pay 10 euros a day to get in it and then pay, as you’d expect, for any treatments on top. The gym, had a few exercise bikes, some even worked, a cross trainer, two running machines and a worn out dumb bell bench with a few bells. If you really wanted you could go to yoga on the beach in the mornings, again it’s in the facilities and features and supposedly only ten minutes walk away, but again that’s extra and with the wonderful beach front, that’s a cross between Blackpool and Benidorm only with more neon lights, rammed to capacity I can’t fit the life of me see where you’d manage to be. On the plus side the bar staff and good fella’s and it’s cheap to have a drink in there, even if you are like sardines in the outside seating/pool area. All in all it isn’t the best place and just because you’ve put four stars at the end of the old sign on the roof and tidied up the lobby it doesn’t mean it really is, could be two if you felt generous and squinted at the bad bits. Not recommended if you want peace quiet and a wellness centre as advertised and don’t think your holiday company will help you at all while your there because we never saw the rep and they didn’t bother getting back to us via there 24/7 helpline until we got back to England three days later."

Cami Les Alegries-Sta Cristina,S/N, Lloret de Mar, Catalonia, Spain
"This hotel had everything me and my family could wish for. The rooms although outdated were of a good size and cleaned daily to a good standard. Both pools were great although the inside could get a little crowded in the afternoon’s ( we found that first thing in a morning we had it to ourselves) The food was good with plenty of choice even for my 18 month old. The restaurant was crazy When it first opened and you had to get in the que for 7.15 if you needed a big table or high chair. The arcade was a great source of entertainment for the kids and was enough entertainment for them at night that we didn’t actually get round to seeing any of the act’s the hotel out on. Finally the staff they were all great especially reception on the first day I left my phone on the coach from the airport and they helped me get it back ASAP. But the best was on the day we swapped evening meal for lunch. We had planned to eat out for our evening meal in town but we got caught in a down poor and were that drenched we had to go back to the hotel starving. The receptionist’s helped us find somewhere to order food in and then actually ordered it for us. Best receptionist’s I’ve ever come across."
"We originally came to this hotel in July 2019 all inclusive. We decided to come back with extended family but half board in October 2019. Check in was quick & staff friendly. Food was good plenty of choice even for fussy eaters, staff in restaurant were great especially Christian 1 of the waiters who was brilliant with my 3 year old daughter (he remembered her from July). Bar staff were good & prices reasonable about €3/4 a pint. Evening entertainment was ok. Pool area was clean & tidy life guards on duty from 10am TIL 6pm. WiFi was ok in rooms but by the pool was hit & miss (due to everyone using it at the same time). Overall a great hotel for families (my daughter Chloe is dying to come back! Bless her). Maybe 1 day we will return. Thanks for a great holiday!"
"I booked our holiday directly with the hotel via email. The receptionist Deseree, was extremely helpful and very friendly throughout. We arranged for the hotel's driver to collect us from the airport which was an excellent service. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and very clean. Our apartment was just the right size for 5 of us and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide range of choices to suit everyone. The outdoor pools were fantastic and our children were very well occupied. The heated indoor pool was great to use late afternoon/early evening when the outdoor pool was cool. We would love to return to this hotel and is highly recommended."
