"Not very satisfied with the stay, the first is to check in for a long time, finally gave the room, and later said that the room has problems to change us to the lower floor room, no scenery, only half of the window. After the communication, I promised to change rooms, but I have to wait until the evening. After several twists and turns, I finally lived in a normal room. There are many facilities in the room. No bags, no bathrobes, etc. Then I wanted to cut the fruit skin and found that there was no knife in the room. I called the front desk and I made a total of 4 calls! Also went to the corridor to catch the waiter and asked him to ask, never sent it! Finally, I couldn't help but go to the top floor restaurant and ask the waiter to ask for a knife. He said that you can call to the room! I was glanced at my heart: the problem was that no one had sent a lot of calls! ! The service experience is really a big discount, and the riad I live in each old town is much worse! Rarely give the hotel's services and facilities such a bad review, as the best hotel in Tangier, I hope to be worthy of this name. The comfort is not bad, the hot water is very big. Very good location, close to the beach, very close to the train station, very convenient."
"Busy location. Some of the staff do not speak English. I understand French and Arabic are the official languages in Morocco, however, anyone working in 5 star tourist hotel should speak enough English to take a simple order! This is not the case here! The King Size bed is not what you expect. I found out that there are 2 types of king size bed: The North American sizes (California, Alaska etc) and the Eastern size which is a tiny bit larger than a queen size. Rooms are small for a 5 star hotel. Restaurante menu is very limited and they don't some of the items on the menu. You have to ask for everything that normally comes with a meal - such as butter, catchup etc. Basically, it is a 3 world Hilton! However, it is probably the best place you could stay if you are in Tanger!
Please do take the stairs. It is an emergency exit, but sign only says Stairs! You can go in but cannot get out unless someone opens the door from the inside. I got stuck!! I had to walk all the way to 15th floor until I found an open door! Dirty stairs and no lights in some areas. I had no phone to call someone, bit scary but good exercise!! Not what you expect in 5 star hotel. Again, trust me this is as good as it gets in Tanger! LOL!"
"The hotel room is very comfortable. The car will be inspected outside the car before entering the car. The hotel will also check the belongings. The breakfast room can see the beauty of the bay. The hotel's coastal avenue is spacious and neat. Restaurant and small supermarket, shower is very spacious than the four seasons hotel in Casablanca"
