I came here for the second time, but I was a little disappointed. There was almost no service. After staying for 2 nights, the faucet fell off on the first day and I could n’t take a bath. The manager the next day didn't know anyone about it, and I didn't apologize. The air conditioner was too loud to turn off. I placed 2 orders and booked 2 nights, but I had to check out at 12 and check in at 16.

I can not explain how a Hilton property could let my experience be so awful. I booked a room here for 3 nights and paid $796.79 in advance and in full. A few days before my stay I got an email saying that the property was under renovation so I might be inconvenienced by construction noise between 9am and 5pm. I didn't love hearing that but I already paid for the trip and had planned events with friends there, so I went. The first morning I went into the bathroom to wash my face, brush my teeth, use the toilet, etc. but there was no water! I went to the lobby with my toothbrush and asked if there was a restroom with a sink in the lobby I could use. They said sorry, no the water is shut off for the entire hotel until 5 pm. Again... whaaat? So l had to drive to a gas station to use the bathroom. So gross. If only I had booked a nice hotel room somewhere, right? I had an event to go to at 5 pm that evening so I had to go without having had a shower. I did stop at a fast food restaurant to use their sink to brush my teeth again. The folks at the front desk were nice and almost guaranteed that Hilton properties would give me a refund for at least one night. They urged me to call and explain and let Hilton make it right with me. So when I got home I did just that. After a week I received an email stating that my room was paid in full in advance under a ”no refunds” policy. Honestly, I thought the ”no refund” policy was aimed at last minute cancellations, not the room being uninhabitable. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with Hilton for the awful experience and the awful customer service resolution I was given. Do better Hilton.

The room is small, the bathroom is smaller, the bathtub is difficult to get into, basically it can be said to be blocked. Winning is providing charcoal, you can point the fireplace in the living room, it is quite atmospheric. In the villa, several rooms have average sound insulation, and the sound of neighbors opening the door penetrates the room... The stone house is more distinctive, the nearby lake is very beautiful, the feeling in the forest, and the air is very good. Maybe it's better to come here in summer.

I decided at the last minute to get away from the kids and house and dishes. I did a google search for something close to me and I found this place. I made a reservation the same day and I thought I had made the reservation with the hotel and (people be careful because I mistakenly went through a third-party) and when I get to the hotel and realized I prepaid for different dates I called to cancel, but they refused to refund me. This is where Allison really helped . She was at the front desk and she got on the phone with a third-party corrupt place to try to get me a refund and they gave her a hard time she went beyond and above her job and I’m not sure what her position is but she should definitely be a manager. She solved my problem, with compassion and professionalism, she went the extra distance Trying to deal with a third-party corrupt company. Then she got me the BEST room at a fantastic rate. I cannot praise her enough. I recommend this planes and ask for Allison.

The hotel is very close to the West Point Military Academy and Outlets, good parking, large rooms, breakfast is also rich in the United States, is the best one in the holiday inn I have lived. On the way to hunter moutain chemistry, when I go to West Point, I live.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights when we came up for HS graduation. This was the closest hotel to my daughter's and most reviews were good, so took a chance. The lobby and eating areas are attractive and there is a patio with gorgeous flowers. We got a room on the fourth floor, quite a walk from the elevator which was the quiet we asked for. We had a separate bedroom and the kitchen area was well-equipped. The room was showing a little wear and tear (the couch was broken and hard to sit on; a hole in the black-out curtain) but was very clean. I used the computer downstairs to print boarding passes. Wi-fi worked very well! Breakfast was adequate; we ate there three of our four mornings and did just fine. The two staff members we interacted with were polite and pleasant. I am delighted to discover a place we can return to when we visit again.

We frequent this location to visit family. We are always welcomed by the staff and the facility is always clean and fresh. We have never been disappointed with our stays at this Hilton facility. It always seems like we are going home.
