"The historic building renovation hotel can touch the history and feel the time and space. Next door to the hotel is the tower hill subway station, really isolated. Across the road from the Tower of London, you can walk to the river and walk to St. Paul's Church and the Millennium Bridge. This season is newly opened, the owners are Chinese, so there are more Chinese employees inside, and they attach great importance to Chinese guests. When I arrived, the doorman gave me the name "Mr xxx, welcome to..." when I opened the taxi door. I was pleasantly surprised and surprised. Jessie Xi, the Chinese reception manager, waited for me at the front desk early. After checking in, I took a trip in the hotel, introduced the history, functions and highlights of the hotel, and upgraded the room type. The Chinese restaurant inside is also famous for its deliciousness. This trip has lived in six 5-star hotels in London. This hotel is the most intimate and most valued guest. The focus is on, and the price is quite reasonable."
"Booked a deluxe room, the room is very large, the room in a hotel of the same price is quite large. The service attitude is very good. Very friendly to the Chinese. Welcome to see your car stopped and will run down to open the door for you. The front desk will see you come in and it will be Say hi all the way. After check-in, the person will lead you into the room. It feels good! highly recommended"
"The hotel is located in the bustling area of London, and the Tower Bridge is a five minute walk from the area. The hotel itself has a historical and cultural atmosphere, and the service level is good. There are Chinese restaurants and suites are particularly large. Don’t save money when you stay here, and you can’t pick anything wrong."

"Very good stay experience, gorgeous and beautiful environment, thoughtful and welcoming service, impressive. The room is comfortable, the space is large and the light is good. The Liz restaurant is a Michelin star and the dining is exquisite and delicious. The breakfast buffet is very good and you can choose to add an English breakfast. Afternoon tea is very popular, there are 4 time options, all of which need to be booked, except for breakfast, you can wear some formal clothes. The hotel has prepared a "VIK" card for the children, a small gift, and can go to the restaurant to receive free ice cream, the children are very happy."
"I don't know if I lived in Liz in China. Anyway, I feel that Liz in London is not bad. The price is still very expensive. I don't know if it is because of Chinese people. I feel that the room type is the worst in the hotel! I don't know if it is because of the bad English, I feel that I feel cold and feel like I feel at home. (The service staff I met when I checked out was much better!)!"
"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location , staff so welcoming before you even get inside they are outside smiling & welcoming you , doing what they can to assist you. Reception & concierge are fantastic , cases delivered to our room almost instantly. The bar restaurant & afternoon tea was 100/100 we will definitely be back , felt like home "

"located in the middle of 4 different tube stations, including Victoria. roughly 15mins walk to the stations.very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. rooms were a bit small but otherwise luxurious."
"Great hotel, great service, located in the embassy district, very close to Harrods Hyde Park, the only downside is that breakfast service is not convenient"
"The location is good, just near the department store, shopping is very convenient. The bad thing is that the breakfast is generally very expensive, and it is best to talk to the front desk when you check in."

"We absolutely love this hotel. I can not fault anything, from pulling up with the car to leaving everything was amazing. The service here is incredible. If you want to feel special you need to stay here. The location is amazing!!!! We walked through Hyde park to Harrads, which took 10-15mins Very central to everything. We have stayed in a suite and in a normal room and both were beautiful and clean: the views across London and Hyde park are spectacular. The beds are super comfy , you get slippers and robes to wear, also packs with masks and hand gels. Lovely touch Tea coffee biscuits ect... The beautiful bathrooms are marble and super super clean. Turn down service in the evening is lovely to come back to after a meal out. Breakfast in the room on both occasions have been amazing the English Breakfast is super good. The scrambled eggs are my favourite. We’ve always been greeted my the most loviest of staff. I especially want to say thank you “ Raul Deflorian “ For always looking after us so well. He asked about our family upon arrival Which was lovely. He is by far the best manager / front of house we’ve ever experienced. He truly is an asset to this hotel. THANK YOU AGAIN! and we will be back for sure !!!"
"My partner and I stayed at 45 Park Lane for 3 nights in January as a birthday trip. I think 45 Park Lane did an absolutely astouding job throughout our stay. There is no need for me to say more about how gorgeous the interior was, or how lovely the Hyde Park view was from our balcony, because you can see that on their website. I think the most noteworthy aspect of our experience was the service. Every interaction with the staff demonstrated an intent to excel. We received caring attention from all, but in particular we thought our host, whose name escaped me now, Alina and John really took good care of us. The personable service felt like as though it was not just down to training, but also down to a genuine enjoyment from their job. Luxury, to me, is better when it is relaxed, than stuffy; these guys got it spot-on! 45 Park Lane has definitely become one of my favourite places to stay in London now. Thank you, and keep up the good work. See you again soon hopefully."
"HOTEL - LONDON ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 45 park lane is one of the best hotels in London. We booked to stay for three nights in a suite, at the time it cost with breakfast just over £1,000 per night, I have just checked and the same suite now is £1,800 per night. One of the nicest rooms I have stayed in London, overlooking Hyde Park. There is a cool cocktail bar on the first level and Cut Steak restaurant is also within the hotel. Outstanding 5 star service. The only negative we found was that the door staff were a little rude and not very friendly, we asked for the hotel car to take us to a local restaurant, we got the impression this was putting them out. We noticed they weren’t at hand to open the door either, if they were stood chatting to each other, they were happy to let us struggle with our bags."

"There is nothing to say about the sanitation of the equipment. It is one of the best in the hotel. The room layout is quite satisfactory. The details of the guest rooms are highlights. There is no special place for breakfast."
"Facilities can also serve absolutely top-of-the-British minds and Oscar Hotel are the two best hotels in the UK. The pool is great, the meal service is burger and Chinese breakfast can be tried"
"The hotel's hardware facilities are good, but the arrogant attitude and the arrogance are unacceptable. I don’t care about the guest’s request, the restaurant breakfast service is also uncomfortable."

"position: The location is quite good, 3 minutes walk from the National Gallery. If you can work hard, you can walk to Chinatown and Buckingham Palace. service: No one sees anyone in service. But it’s all done. The service is in place, the kind of British style that is not affectionate. Free shoes, and the time returned quickly in 15 minutes. food: The breakfast was very good. There are a lot of service staff, the form is self-service order (there is a Chinese choice, in the lower right corner of the menu, pay attention). For the first time, drink a luxurious version of hot chocolate (with three ingredients, marshmallows, CREAM and chocolate chips). design The chandeliers in the hotel lobby are their famous places, and there is a red in the white crystal. There is also a corresponding Mark Memorial Cup for sale at the front desk. We are 2 large and 2 small, booked triple rooms, plus a bed for free. Very NICE."
"At the time of the check-in, I was recommended to upgrade the room. Many hotels had to add 100 pounds to the house without any problem. As a result, the next morning, the breakfast was served for another 75 pounds or not. It doesn't matter! From 11:20, someone came to the doorbell and said it was to view the mini bar,? ? Then I called and said that I can check out the front desk a little later and say no, well, I started to collect my luggage quickly. However, just after 12 o'clock, I came to pick up the doorbell. After a while, I came back and called the doorbell. 20 minutes out of the room, before calling to remind. Such a hotel will never go back to live!"
"The hotel is a pleasant surprise, the location is excellent, especially the inside of the SPA (absolutely going) without massage to the pool is definitely more than any five-star hotel in the city of London. The breakfast is very delicious (something is not as good as those in Asia, but it is of quality (the variety is actually rich in European hotels; and the seasons are one level). Generally, the room cannot accommodate an extra bed, and the width is not enough. However, the big bed in the big bed room is very wide, I think it is more than 2 meters."

"This was my second stay at the Berkeley. The staff are always fantastic. So welcoming and so professional. I arrived early and my room was not ready but I was already looking forward to returning after lunch. Once back at the hotel I was informed I had been upgraded to a balcony junior suite which is very generous. I had asked when making reservation to not have a room designed by Robert Angell, however as with my first stay these were the only available rooms. I feel as though these are the least sort after rooms and I find them a bit dull and void of any flair - just a personal preference. As a result I stayed for 2 nights of my 4 nights stay at The Berkeley and moved to their sister hotel The Connaught. The hotel were very kind to cancel my last 2 nights at late notice after a very kind gentleman from reception showed me an alternative room. The room was, however, perfectly comfortable and the balcony provided a nice space with a good view even though it rained for most of my visit to London. The room was a bit small for a junior suite. The bathroom is great and features a large bathtub and a walk in shower with good water pressure. The 2 televisions were on flexible wall mounts which is always nice as you get a good view wherever you chose to sit. There was an espresso machine and kettle in the room and they were kind enough to provide me with an iron as soon as I asked. The hotel have a number of measures to help keep guests and staff safe with all staff wearing face masks and hand sanitiser available in the lobby and outside the lifts on guestroom floors. They also provided face masks, hand sanitiser and anti-bacterial wipes in the room. Overall I felt safe and I certainly trusted them to do their best in this regard. Breakfast was a treat and I found the breakfast team very warm and welcoming. The Collins Room is also bright and airy and the perfect space for that time in the morning. The blue bar staff were professional and the cocktails were fantastic. I did not have the opportunity to try the Berkeley bar, perhaps on another visit. Overall I really like this hotel and I think the staff are great, however with the rooms you never know what you are going to get as the room categories mostly feature a mix of designs that are very different and this has it's pros and cons."
"We have just returned from a 'Hideout' break at The Berkeley. All I can say is we were blown away by the hospitality shown to us from start to finish! From the moment we arrived we were treated like Royalty, we dropped the car at the front door and our luggage was taken to the room. We were upgraded to a Berkeley King room on the 5th floor which was beautifully appointed and had a wonderful juliet balcony overlooking St Pauls, Knightsbridge. After a brief rest, we enjoyed lunch at Marcus' choosing the sommelier pairing tasting menu. The standard was higher than anything my wife and I have experienced before, and we are grateful to the the staff at the restaurant and hotel for making our anniversary so memorable. The following day the Berkeley arranged for us to have afternoon tea at their sister hotel Claridges which was equally superb. All good things inevitably must come to an end, and after returning from Claridges, the car was waiting at the front door with our luggage loaded ready for the journey home. World class hotel. Would stay again in a heartbeat!"
"I booked this hotel as a birthday treat for my partner. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement.. The staff were courteous and most helpful. We were upgraded and champagne , cake and balloons were left in the room as a courtesy by the hotel.. The hotel was opulent clean and I would not hesitate to book again for a future stay. I highly recommend it. Paul Robinson."

"Come to attend the graduation ceremony. The family has a fun trip. I did n’t say anything about living in the fragment building. The service was great. The three people stayed in the hotel at night (although we do n’t need it). All the toothbrushes and slippers were prepared for three people. It ’s intimate! The location is also very good. The black line and gray line of the subway are just downstairs. Various buses and southeast lines of the south train line don't want to leave."
"Checked in for the fourth time ~ The rooms allocated to the same room type seem to be getting smaller and smaller. Fortunately, the next day, the lady at the front desk changed to another room. It ’s better. Service is full marks. At the checkout, more than one hundred pounds of consumption were added to the bill. After checking, the excess amount was removed. It is recommended that you check the order when you check out."
"A hotel worth staying in London! The view is very good, the rooms are large, and the quality of equipment and supplies is worthy of the standard of a five-star hotel! The hotel is very new and there is a subway station downstairs. There is a Boluo market next door, many special snacks, black caviar from a seafood restaurant is recommended, and the price is super high!"

"Service is good, can't fault it, worthy of the brand of Four Seasons. But the facilities are too average. For example, the price of Ctrip is cheaper than the official website. The beggar room I booked was reasonable but too small. To be honest, I think it is not worth the price. Even in London, the price is a bit low. The dinner in the restaurant is good. I think the breakfast is average. Of course, it may be that I ordered it badly. There is only order here for breakfast. The hotel's Rolls-Royce has been replaced by Do not touch me in the past two days. I don't know if it will be changed back. But to be honest, I originally booked the Four Seasons with free Rolls-Royce (T ^ T)"
"Staying at this hotel for the second time, the location is very good, located in the heart of London, it is very convenient whether you take a taxi or take public transportation. Breakfast is ordered, and I can eat more than 30 pounds. The hotel's car service is good, and every morning a short trip can use the luxury car service."
"The location is very convenient to walk over to Harold for ten minutes and then the opposite is Hyde Park. Jogging for a walk is a great choice. The children are very intimate and sent a small gift with a child's slippers, bathrobes, stools, toiletries, super five-star enjoyment, very expensive. Worth the name"
