The surrounding area of this hotel is very good. There are big shopping malls and big supermarkets next to it. There are also many restaurants, and there is also a small Asian restaurant, which is suitable for our countrymen. The overall stay feels good.

I stayed leisurely 3 nights at this hotel and loved Executive Lounge day and night due to excellent foods and services! A staff named Umer was a great person in many ways from proving my needs to translation in Turkish that I would show to taxi driver and local people for help. I definitely come back if I have a change to visit Ankara again Hank Choi / Seattle

The hotel service is very good, the breakfast is full, the fruit is fresh and there are good cherries. The hotel staff is friendly and English is fluent. Also helped us upgrade to a suite, and will stay again next time. Eating around, shopping is convenient, arrive in five minutes. A true American hotel, several times better than the same hotel we stayed in in Istanbul.

The hotel recommended by Ankara customers, the location is very good, very close to the customer company, but a bit far from the airport. The hotel environment is good, the room is quite big, overall it is not bad.

I have visited the hotel for a business meeting and I got very pleasant surprised by it and its staff. The people in the hotel and the staff at the reception were very supportive and helped me with some urgent issues that appeared at the time of my stay. due to Covid-19 the gym and spa were closed, so I cannot comment on the hotel's facilities. Also, the buffet for breakfast were closed and they served breakfast in wrapped plates, Jambobs, cheese, jam, etc. It was OK but not great. The service was good. the receptionists could speak English fluently and they helped me to find my way around the city and made a copy of few documents that I needed. The wifi speed and availability in the whole hotel was great. also the safe in the room was big enough for my 16 inch laptop. Loved the shower as well. I had a nice view on 11th floor. In general, my stay was satisfactory.

Front, upper rooms offer fantastic view. All personnel was very kind, respectful and friendly, especially Anil, in the restaurant. He did always exceed my expectations... Hotel is located next to a mall in a busy business location. I would come back.

The hotel is very good. Like in the middle of the city. You can reach everywhere soon. We were a little tired of the family because we came from the road. Our business was handled at the reception soon and we could go to our room immediately. The hotel has a different design than other hotels in classical style. It feels like at home. The beds and kitchens were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were quite clean. We needed the cotton immediately was supplied. We liked breakfast. Various. Don't worry Orange water is available. Most hotels get extra money for it. Workers ask you whether you have another request in the restaurant and get it to them immediately. The staff is very kind and kind. I think I found a good hotel to stay when I arrived in Ankara as a single and family.

Pros: - Location: Close to Bilkent University, Bilkent Odeon and Bilkent Concert Hall. - Bathroom amenities: Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap bar, cotton buds, shower cap, body lotion, tissues, hairdryer (but only 1100w). - Complimentary bottles of water each day. - Excellent in-room storage space with large in-room safe. - Amazing Sanitas Spa & Wellness centre location in hotel. Cons: - Avoid the hotel restaurant. Food was expensive and seafood did not taste fresh at all. Instead, take a 5min taxi (approx. 40TRY) to the “Bilkent Center” where there are many restaurants located in the “Bilkent Station” section. - Rooms need urgent upgrading. In-room WiFi is slow for 2023 (maximum speed reached was only 19Mbps), TV didn’t work, shower water temperate randomly went from freezing cold to boiling hot every minute, air conditioning was broken, mattress extremely uncomfortable, worn pillows and thin, fraying towels need to be renewed with urgency. - Breakfast hygiene needs major attention. Witnessing a manager move coffee beans from one side of the coffee machine to the other with his bare hands is not acceptable. Note that the orange juice is not really orange juice as I witnessed the same manager pouring cartons of orange juice and peach juice into the same dispenser. - With complete understanding and respect that Türkiye is not an english-speaking country, but I was surprised that at an international 5-star hotel, most staff I encountered spoke zero english.
