"Great hotel, located close to downtown. Had a huge room on seventh. Big bathroom, great nespresso on the room. Perfect wifi. Amazing good breakfast with great coffea. The hotel has a beatiful entrance hall which is their lobby, huge with nice places to sit, drink or just enjoy. Nice bar as well. Do not miss the art deco mens bathroom by the bar, very nice. Great service overall from when you enter till have to leave."
"Beautiful hotel! Very attentive/friendly/professional staff. Walkable to shops/dining/Broadway Street/Printer Aley, Bridgestone Arena, and an easy to get to pedestrian bridge which leads to the Tennessee Titans football stadium. The room was immaculate and very quiet/comfortable."

"We spent two nights a week ago traveling for fun as a couple. It was a fantastic experience from our initial contact (the hotel actually called to see if we needed anything for a smooth trip or arrival about a week before we got there, which was a nice touch), to the check in with Elliot who was very helpful and friendly, and then all the way through our stay to our check out. Ellington's has a terrific happy hour and outdoor deck - Wonderful cocktails and appetizers (go for the pimento cheese to wash down with a nice dry martini!). The room is absolutely fantastic. We stayed in a Cherry Suite which is a big larger and has everything you will need. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the bathroom large. Morning coffee is excellent in the lobby. The location is terrific - right next to Painter's Alley and a few blocks from Broadway and other sites. The developer and designer did a great job of making a new hotel feel truly vintage. Valet parking is a great way to go. We even had to leave around 5:30 am for the airport, so we called the night before to make sure we could access our car, and they had it pulled up waiting for us. Overall, you can't go wrong staying here. We will make The Fairlane our Nashville hotel for sure!"
"I had an unexpected check in late at night and James, at the front desk, took great care and attention to make sure to locate a quiet and more than comfortable room for my two night stay. From the moment that you are greeted with the doors opening for you, it is undeniable that the Fairlane prides itself on the quality of its staff and maintaining a five star experience. It's location is superb for easy walking access downtown, yet with a fine dining option right across the street. I was grateful to have found this gem in Nashville. Thanks Fairlane."
"I really enjoyed my stay at the Fairlane. They were upbeat, helpful and welcoming when i arrived. The hotel was relatively quiet, the room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom felt like a mini spa. I would definitely stay here again. It is located downtown and near nightlife, great restaurants. Walkability; great location There is a restaurant, but I just went directly to hotel room. They did offer a complimentary drink or $10 voucher at the minibar. Valet parking only $ "

"I can not say enough wonderful things about The Bobby! The room was so luxurious! The pictures on the website doesn’t do it justice. The bathroom so spacious and shower was spot on! The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was amazing in anything we needed and had all the great spots and directions. And a HUGE shout out to Rex for a wonderfully delightful trip around in the 63 Lincoln!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for making this my best birthday ever!!"
"For this review, I need you to imagine what a perfect anniversary celebration looks like? Okay, close your eyes and create an image. Got it, keep reading. Open your eyes and see yourself dancing with your spouse to Chris Stapleton "Tennessee Whiskey" and sipping champagne as you overlook the city. We will come back again to celebrate our love in the Bobby Suite in the Music City."
"The Bobby Hotel is cute-and just a few blocks away from “the action”. Bummer is.... it’s dirty. Went searching for an outlet as they are not readily available. During my hunt for said outlet I ran into a dusty mess under a desk. Was in the bathroom and found more evidence the cleaning crew isn’t taking their job very seriously. So what if there’s a pandemic and cleanliness is paramount. The lighted mirror in the bathroom had a lovely layer of dust on it visible for all visitors to see. We took this information to the front desk- and hoped it be resolved once returning to the room. No such luck...old habits appear to be hard to break. 👎🏽"

"The hotel is wonderful and the staff was exceptional. Emily at the lobby bar, Phyllis and Barbara in the cafe to name a few. Faults: no concierge on staff to help Nashville newbies on local dining venues or sights. Front desk staff very kind but called upon to fill this position and not really good at it. Also when checking in the front desk staff were constantly being interrupted to answer the phone which was a bit rude. Last but not least the valet parking situation! We waited almost one hour for our car Sunday morning to be delivered. This can only be attributed to poor planning on the part of management. We were told our car would be available in fifteen minutes so we proceeded down and joined at least another fifty to seventy five families waiting. It had to be known how many would be checking out that morning and should have been planned for. Not Marriott standards."
"We stayed a night at the JW Marriott in Nashville prior to my sons college tour. The rooms were very clean but we had to wait hours before we could check into our second room because it was not ready. Small hiccup during covid times. This hotel gets slammed with out of towners and convention groups so be aware. Hotel is beautiful and modern We ate at the something ground restaurant downstairs and had Raquel as our waitress. She was friendly and helpful with selections and very chatty with us which was nice. The food was unbelievably delicious and satisfying Thanks to Raquel and the JWStaff for a very nice stay"
"Excellent property, beautifully appointed, courteous and professional staff. However, cleanliness was a problem. Coffee spills on the 18th floor right outside of the elevator that remained uncleaned the entire weekend. Our room had tile that looked like it was stained by the grout and never addressed at install. Made you feel like you were walking on a dirty floor. Room 1821. Restroom by Stomping grounds women's restroom filthy on several occasions. Hand towels pile up by the door on the counter, because there was no trash can as you leave out the door. Toilets stopped up. Men's restroom I was told by my husband would not flush and no water at sink on Friday. "

"The wife & I went on a birthday/anniversary trip and stayed at the Thompson. We have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. The rooftop restaurant was great, the staff was excellent, and the overall stay was better than we could've asked for. They truly helped make the surprise trip special and we will definitely be staying there again. "
"Amazing location with lots of amenities within the hotel and lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Sidewalks everywhere for a complete pedestrian experience with your stay. Rooms were modern and equipped for comfort! The speakers in each room were a great touch too! Will 100% stay again "
"The rooms were gorgeous. The location was great. We walked to Broadway “music row”. The staff was wonderful and really took care of us after our reservation was somehow canceled prior to our arrival. We have already recommended Thompson Nashville and hope to return again!"

"Hotel is in a great location, with good quality rooms. The one bed suite has a full kitchen and separate living area. The only slightly strange thing is that there is no AC in the bedroom, just the living area, so it was 2-3 degrees warmer in the bedroom. Breakfast range was good, and actually served with real cutlery and plates instead of plastic like most hotels - kudos for looking after the environment Residence Inn. Jeanna Cacciatore on reception was really helpful with everything we needed, as were all other staff we met. And when we had to leave early to fly home, the hotel were incredibly accommodating. Thank you!"
"Stayed at this hotel for one night. The environment is very modern, good vibes. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Especially the valet team! Special shootout to Jesse, who kept my car close knowing I was leaving early in the AM. And Rob and Dave for retrieving the vehicle in a speedy manner and carrying intelligent conversation. Will definitely be returning soon!"
"Nice and clean hotel, good value, nice area. Pool is open which helps with kids. Christi at the front desk is amazing. Very nice, helpful, informative. Food options are close and good. Close to freeway and easy parking "

"Noelle is the kind of hotel that feels like home with a staff that feels like family. From the grandiose lobby to the cozy archives, from a surprise "anti-Valentine's" party at the Hidden Bar to sunsets by the fire at the RareBird rooftop bar, there is an adventure or a comfort around every turn. The hotel has become my ritual: in the morning, Sump coffee at Drug Store Cafe and in the evening, a visit to the luxurious gym or Netflix via screenshare in my bed. After dozens of stays, I have yet to see Noelle's gold accents lose their lustre nor its historical homages lose their charm. I fear that I won't know how much my time at Noelle has meant to me until I no longer walk feel the sense of calm and delight wash over me upon entering the lobby and being greeted by genuine hospitality. Which brings me to the hardest goodbye of all: Noelle's staff. When I first arrived late on a Sunday night, anxious for a work week ahead, it was Tye and Denise who soothed me, treating me like the friends we would soon become. Upstairs, a fresh cheese plate and a card with a personal note awaited me as if they knew exactly what I needed to feel supported on my first night in a new city. I never imagined that my offhand comment to Denise and Tye about doing a girls' night with my best friend a month later would be remembered, and that a chilled bottle of champagne would await us she we arrived. A few weeks later, Tye beckoned me behind the front desk to watch a video of a marriage proposal during Nashville's tornado. I watch, moved and transfixed, while Tye moves effortlessly between checking in guests and filling me in on details. It wasn't until later that I found out the woman in the video was a recent guest at the hotel, and that not only did Tye open her welcoming arms in the midst of the city's trauma, but she has been organizing care packages and donation support for her family ever since. I will never forget on the morning of the Nashville Tornado when I came downstairs, in barely sound enough state to rise from bed, to find that each and every staff member had driven miles to be there serving hot breakfast and checking on their guests. Isaac at Drug Store Café, who had been up all night only a few hundred feet from the twister, not only remembered my order by heart but offered to give it to me on the house when I dazedly couldn't find my card. Over the weeks, I've seen the staff look after one another with just as genuine a care as the guests. Seeing Tye and Denise expertly coach Alexandria, Hayley and other new staff, or the whole team work together when I mistakenly sent a tub of ice cream to the hotel instead of to my office (I can't imagine their self-restraint!) has been an unexpected joy. I never imagined that as a business traveller, I could find such a home away from home and a family in this talented, professional, and deeply committed team. Tye, Denise, Matt, Hayley,Lexie, Katie, Allie, Jenn, Melissa, Emily, Coutney, Kim,"
"We recently stayed at Noelle and overall our experience was very disappointing. The property is lovely and well appointed, but VERY LOUD due to the activity on the street below. Some of the hotel staff are very friendly and seem pleased to be still in business. However, we had a couple of encounters with restaurant/management/ staff that were completely unacceptable. Particularly, when the hotel/hospitality industry has everything to lose with the continued pandemic. It would seem every hotel would be going above and beyond for guests in hopes of keeping their hotel numbers stable. We arrived in Nashville after a long day of travel and it was sunny/82 degrees. We checked in to the hotel and inquired about outdoor terraces for food/drink. We come from an area strictly enforcing social distancing and face masks are required everywhere which is not at all the atmosphere in Nashville. The staff at Noelle wore masks, but there was no effort to require hotel guests to abide by mask wearing. Hence we wanted outdoor seating. We estimated nearly 80% of the people we passed on the streets in Nashville also did NOT wear masks or practicing social distancing. Possibly why the Covid cases continue to rise in Tennessee. The front desk attendants told us the rooftop at Noelle was open for food/drink and they also suggested several other rooftop locations within walking distance. We decided to stay at the Noelle and proceeded up to the rooftop. We arrived at 4:10 pm with a few clouds in the sky, however, rain was forecast later that evening. When we went to enter the restaurant, the manager rudely told us she had just given last call due to a storm moving in. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience or make any suggestions for alternatives. She simply slammed things around in an effort to depart. Coincidentally, a friend, significant other or spouse was waiting for her as she tried to get things shut down even though the restaurant was over 50% occupied. She was out of there with her companion before the elevator returned. Hmm.... We checked the local and national weather radar and there was a 15% chance of rain by 6 pm - nearly two hours later. We took our dinner and drink business down the block to an alternate hotel with a rooftop and enjoyed it. Not a single rain drop fell until nearly 8 pm and lasted approximately 30 minutes. Other patrons getting off the elevator were also baffled by the abrupt closing of the Noelle rooftop. There were several hours of food and drink business lost. Certainly, the people in Nashville don't close down everything when there is rain forecast? Even Friday Night Football went on as usual, although several games did have a 40 minute rain delay mid way through! ha When we returned to the hotel, we searched for any kind of cup in a protective covering or bottled water to take medication. Nothing. We called the front desk to inquire about a glass and we were rudely told that due to Covid all of the glassware and b"
"My husband and I stayed in this hotel from the 11th-13th February 2020 in Room 904. The hotel has a restaurant and the food is good and not too expensive, a coffee shop, Conference Room, rooftop bar and a gym. The hotel is 2 blocks from Nashville’s Broadway. The room was very nice and compact with a large flat screen TV with shelving underneath. There was a wardrobe and drawers which housed the safe, a side table by the bed with a radio charging station. A large mirror. The bed was a lovely size with overhead lights. There were plenty of sockets, a telephone, free WIFI. The room also had an ice bucket, steamer and complimentary water in a bottle that was yours to keep. In the lobby there was ice and hot water. The bathroom had a large mirror, vanity mirror, toiletries, white towelling including flannels, tissues and hairdryer. There was a large walk-in shower. The air on and heating was very efficient. The reception area was nice with friendly and helpful staff and a small shop. If we returned to Nashville, we would definitely stay at this hotel again."
