The price of this hotel is too big to float. When she finds that you are searching for the hotel, she will beat the price. I live for three days, the total price is 10,000 yuan! This is the price of the top Four Seasons hotel. However, what is given to me is the most common minimum room type in the hotel. “Extreme Room”, the second class “惬意房” is the “magnificent room”. I was the first to encounter such a price. And, the principle of downtown Seattle. It takes about 45 minutes to get to downtown Seattle. The light rail station is a ten minute walk from the hotel. However, the hotel is OK, and the room decoration is not bad. It is the price/performance ratio that is too low. Not worth the price. The feeling is that it has been pitted. Was fooled by big data. By the way, you have to pay a deposit of $250. For nearly 30 days, it has not been thawed. Four-star hotel sells the price of a five-star luxury hotel! Also set to not let me upload photos. Don't block my comments if you have a conscience.

The hotel is stylish in design; the business is convenient downstairs; for hotels in the United States: rare and very new; very good; especially weekend prices; too powerful; there are various restaurants downstairs; opposite the department stores, Macys and Norstrom

The location is excellent, the facilities in the room are general, the mirrors are everywhere, the height is a bit low, not very comfortable, there is a street at the entrance to the lobby. The first time I drove the car, I went wrong. I went to the street outside. Open to the parking area of the hotel (it is conceivable how small the parking area in the hotel lobby is), which is smaller than other hotels that have stayed. The room is a bit strange, the musty smell is not very like, the hotel's WIFI is to pay, but the hotel's service is really good, after parking, very warm to give us luggage, of course, the tip must also be given!

The location is very close to the shopping center and very convenient.

Location of the hotel is amazing. Room condition and overall services of the hotel were good. All the necessary and touristy places are nearby. Guest Services is very helpful. But Hotel should have in room dining for dinner as well.

We've stayed at this property a long time ago, when parking was free. Not it is $8 per night, however, that is just the sign of the time. Our party of 4 stayed in building 6, in one of the ”penthouse” suites. One loft upstairs with its own full bathroom. One room downstairs with its own full bathroom. The door closes. There is a roomy living room space, and a full kitchen. 3 TVs in the unit. This was a great set up as our group could stay together and fee like we're ”at home”. Used the refrigerator, coffee maker and mugs, and utensils. Kitchen towel, paper towel, and dishwasher came in handy. The room was very quiet, but when the AC is on, it is a bit loud. If you are a light sleeper, pack a noise cancellation headset just in case. Breakfast was quite interesting. Heavy Indian influence, maybe the clientele here is unique. We stuck with the usual banana, yogurt, omelet, hash brown, coffee, etc. There is a walking trail through the woods that drain down to the area below. It was a great morning walk. Overall we had a very good experience staying here over the weekend (2 nights). Front desk staff was very friendly.

During the epidemic, I went to Seattle to fly back to China. The hotel is located between the clinic where the nucleic acid and antibody tests are conducted and the airport. It is very close to the experience center of Microsoft and it was found that almost no one was there. Recently, the price of hotels near Seattle was high. Compared with other home hotels, the facilities of this hotel are old, the service is very good and the health is very good, that is, the room is dark.

The hotel is close to the city center, the surrounding environment is good, quiet and comfortable, well-equipped, with a self-service laundry room, very convenient. The restaurant has delicious food, good service and reasonable prices. Off-season cost-effective.

The rooms are a bit small overall. Wifi and parking are also charged separately. Parking for one night costs US $ 40, and the price of wifi for a day is 14.99 and 19.99, respectively. But the service was good, the waiters were welcoming and the room was clean.

I have lived in Hilton for so long. For the first time, the front desk grandmother was speechless. First, there were no slippers. The bathtub was used with water + dirty. I don’t know if it was shit. Second, the yellow one of the quilts happened to be too obvious at the top! Third, the ice bucket is all gray. If the friends in the linen room don’t clean the room, don’t give the guests. It’s too dirty. I don’t think what my gold card member will do. Even if I don’t have a room, I don’t have slippers. Who gave him courage?

The building itself is old, but the room is large and the facilities such as the indoor pool and gym are well equipped. I think the evening drink service and breakfast free are attractive. The parking fee was $15.

I had booked two rooms for this past weekend. I have stayed at this hotel before and wanted to return. My first stay here was met with great customer service, and it was only replicated upon this stay! The staff were amazing and so friendly. Would specifically like to thank the GM Danielle and Kris Young for their hospitality. I had booked two rooms for the weekend. Danielle and Kris went above and beyond to accommodate connecting rooms. They also were very diligent in helping with any further requests. Being a Hilton Honors Gold rewards member, they make you feel like royalty! The balcony by the pool is a great place to hang out! The staff does an outstanding job with fulfilling requests and keeping the place so very clean!

I reserved two rooms, online, one with mobility accessibility for my sister and the other for hubby and me and I requested adjoining rooms so we could help my sister or chat with her. It's a bit tricky to get into the street where the hotel is located as it is on a small street with only a sign which says AC Lounge as have passed it the first and second night of our stay and we still have 3 more days to go. Valet parking for $39 is available and a necessity for us as my sister has mobility issues and needs a cane to get around. I had chatted on the mobile app about getting adjoining rooms the day before our arrival and they were able to get a mobility accessible room adjacent to our room. My sister had a king bed in her room and ours had a queen and they were located only a few steps from the elevator. The rooms have only 2 small drawers and a small area for hanging up clothes, a safe, a refrigerator with two complimentary water bottles, a hot shot for hot water. The room is just right for the two of us and the bathroom has a big rain shower head as well as a handheld shower head and I love the citrus scent of the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. It smells so clean and fresh. The room is basic with minimal frills. This is a pet friendly hotel, and there is treat jar for pets! Olga was very helpful when we checked in and the only thing is that we had a hard time understanding what she was telling us as English we believe is her second language. The first morning we were here I went to the 24 hour fitness center located on the lobby level and it's great with water available, towels, sanitizing wipes, complimentary ear phones in case you don't have any, and my favorite props like the stability, medicine and bosu ball as well as free weights. I'm not much for machines but I do enjoy doing balancing and core exercises. The bosu ball needs more air in it though and should be checked periodically. Then we had their buffet breakfast which was $22 a person which includes, juice, coffee, scrambled eggs, deli meats, pastries, english muffin with sausage or ham, tea, hot oatmeal, milk, almond milk, yogurt, all kinds of fresh fruit like strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, cantaloupe, bananas, which all made for a healthy meal or not! Also there's a microwave and ice machine (called the hydration station) available on every floor for your convenience.

We stayed here for a week for business and had some ”normal” problems, like the AC/heat blasting alternately all night, we scheduled room service but it only came one day, etc. I'm kind of used to it all by now, that's not the issue. The real issue was the last night, people kept arriving at the room partying across from us and were each greeted with very loud plastered-drunk cheering. I'm a heavy sleeper but at 2:15am we were woken up by someone arriving, and even after the door closed, the party was so loud that we weren't able to get back to sleep. I called the front desk at 2:30, and the guy there said he would send someone up, but every time I heard a knock on the door it was a new partier greeted with more cheers, nobody from the hotel showed up. At 3am it was still going, so I went down to talk to the front desk in person and he lied to my face about sending someone to stop it and said he did everything he could. He then offered me earplugs. This isn't someone snoring next door, offering me earplugs instead of taking action is just infurating. I eventually convinced him to move us to another room on a different floor and put a note for the manager in the morning. By 4am we were getting back to sleep but someone (probably from the party) got back to their hotel room down the hall from us and began vomiting while making loud anguished cries. That morning, the note to the manager no longer existed, also the manager wasn't in, and they said he usually comes in around 10am. We came back at 10am and he still wasn't around. Eventually we got a hold of the guy, and honestly by this point I wasn't expecting much from this hotel but his response was a bit shocking. He eventually admitted that they could have taken some action or called the police, and that the night shift guy would get ”re-training” which doesn't really help me but at least he sees some fault right? Well, no. He tells me evasively that he's ”sorry you feel that way” and that he wouldn't have done anything differently. Offering my ear plugs or moving us at 3:30am is apparantly still a good solution. The manager ruled that the night shift guy did the best he knew how to, so the manager could only offer us half off our cheapest day, it's just what he believed was fair. We're expensing this trip so I'm not trying to squeeze cash out of this guy, I don't know what his problem was. He talked us in circles repeatedly while I tried to get a straight answer out of him, but in the end he actually sided with the extremely loud party, saying ”people need to have their fun too” and evaded saying anything that might suggest that this was anything out of the ordinary. The exceptionally bad guests, the hotel's terrible policy toward tolerating them, and the evasively maneuvering manager motivated me to write this negative review. Staying at this hotel left us exhausted and in disbelief. Bellevue is a nice city, you'll have no problem finding a better hotel.

Reviews From Real Travelers
I’ve stayed at this hotel whenever I’m in Bellevue, WA for well over thirty years. My earliest memories of this property were as a Red Lion Hotel. Then it became a Double Tree and finally, on its deathbed , it’s a Hilton. How the mighty have fallen… Not withstanding the property, which I’ll get into, I will say that the staff are generally kind and helpful. So this review is not to diminish their efforts. However hard they work, the reality is this property is beyond salvage and should be torn down and a new property should be built in its place. The bedrooms are grossly outdated, and when you look behind the doors, or in between the furniture, you’ll see how old this hotel is. While it’s sizeable in space and scope, the elevators are tragically slow, with two-of-four being out of commission when we stayed there recently. Sadly, the water pressure is so low it takes forever to wash and rinse. Our keycard failed three separate times, requiring a long walk and painful elevator ride back to the main desk where the staff reset the keycard. The pool is functioning, but there were never enough chairs and loungers. Add to this there were never enough fresh towels and you’re getting the taste of mediocrity this hotel delivers. One absolutely disgusting site is the swamp that lies just beside the pool (down the concrete foundation about twenty feet). I have no idea who thinks this is aesthetically pleasing, but it’s not. It’s home to a few ducks who clearly have poor taste in accommodations, as did we. This poolside unattraction is downright ugly. One thing I was interested to see were several staff members not wearing any type of formal Hilton uniforms. The breakfast buffet chef was literally dressed in Carharts with a t-shirt, work boots and a ball cap on. And one of the maintenance staff looked like he just walked in off the street. Management must have been on vacation at another property. Finally, the outside of the building, including the massive sloping glass facade, clearly hasn’t been washed in decades. And worse, yet, the parking area is filthy to say the least. Food containers, candy wrappers, cigarette butts and hygiene products lay a strewn for days with no effort to maintain a modest effort in appearance. This was the last time we will stay at this hotel. If you want to save yourself frustration and disappointment, I encourage you to stay at the new Marriott up the street. Literally blocks away, it’s a cleaner, nicer bet.

Overall good. Hilton Bellevue Hotel is awesome ! Use GPS as traffic is crazy downtown tho. Good sights are the space needle, the famous farmers market off of Pike St., Hard Rock cafe (just up from market), aquarium, zoo, skydiving practice centre, the seafood restaurant w the attached ferris wheel u can eat in !!!! Lots to do and see . One low point I noticed is LOTS of homeless ppl (very sad) and expensive paid parking lots. Very fun place to visit. A def must see once in your lifetime 👍😊

The room itself was fine, but the free WiFi wouldn't work for my laptop, only our phones. We talked to tech support twice and they ran me through the standard litany of things, but nothing worked. This is the same laptop that could literally go down into the lobby, find a different access point, and connect fine, but the actual hotel's WiFi was hot garbage. Considering I was there for three nights, it was definitely inconvenient and something that'll prompt me to stay elsewhere for my next trip.
- Guest User
Convenient breakfast for free parking, although it is very simple, but considering that Asians like miso soup rice kimchi is definitely a bonus for the hotel, but it is not convenient to shop far from Bellevue downtown. It must be remembered that the high-rise house may be wet. A bit of taste in the lower layer
