Awesome stay. The room was cozy, warm and very alpine feeling. The bathroom also had a bath so we enjoyed that too and it had everything to make your winter holiday dreams reality. Would totally reccomend it.

Arte ‘Hotel’ is very proudly proclaimed by Marco, the receptionist,as a zero star hotel. It isn’t really a hotel. No common spaces, no 24 hour person, the main door stays open all night with no one to monitor who can and cannot come up to anyone’s room. No heating(-16degrees makes that uncomfortable). Just the lady day receptionist is exceptional. Room comfort,bed and bathroom adequate. No cleaning or proper housekeeping at all.

👍Lovely little 3 star hotel in very central position to town centre. Our room was no.10 on the ist floor with spectacular views overlooking lake and mountains. Room was clean and quiet and comfy bed.Free travel pass was also included. Hotel management friendly and helpful. Adequate continental brekky of cold meats,cheese,fresh fruit salad and breads,pastries. Ok range of English TV stations. Food can be expensive in Switzerland but a supermarket called COOP are wonderful for supplies. Would stay here again. 👎only downside was (as in a lot of overseas hotels) is a shower/bath combined.

I found this hotel to be exquisite and charming in very way. There was a nice view of the lake from my window. It seemed every detail had been thought of and everything was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent and abundant. I felt very welcomed and well cared for throughout my stay. Excellent Hotel in every way!! Thank you!!

Charming hotel with excellent service! We were expecting an important package and the staff was so generous and helpful! Room was incredibly spacious. The breakfast room is exquisite and it was extremely convenient to the train and town. highly recommend this picture perfect spot.

Free upgrade to a small suite at check-in, the room is really good, the service staff is good. The only dissatisfaction is breakfast, the dining hall is very beautiful, but the breakfast is really nothing to eat, and in addition to coffee, it is basically cold, the hotel really needs to improve this.

I never take the time to write reviews as i’m more of a “direct feedback” person, but i have to share this one.. We left this magical place with a full heart. The rooms were top notch, i loved all the wooden details as well as all the nitty gritty you don’t want to miss in a home away from home. Kicked of the day with a savory and sweet breakfast in their cozy and calm setting, overlooking the centre of town. The family lead 4 star individual hotel, is filled with stories and made us feel like we became a part of it. My very special recommendation is the Pasta Luigi at Lapin Bleu - i had it ON REPEAT.

Hotel was nice , stayed there with insight tour group. We were in country roads of Switzerland. This hotel was close to lot of stores but sat on hill so most times had to climb up hill to get to stores. Buffet breakfast was good, only thing if wanted bacon or scrambled eggs you had to tell server. Only place I visited that actually gave you a pot of coffee to enjoy. Also they had coffee pots in room but for our group they took out the pods and you had to purchase them if wanted coffee. How strange

Very kind service and the room was very modern and nice. One of the nicest studio I have ever stayed in. The manager was also very kind to have helped suggested things to do and also provide updates on changes.
Definitely will return to this lovely studio when I’m back in St Moritz.
