My stay was very pleasant at Hope Land. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have good breakfast but limited variety. Keep in mind that there is no restaurant at the hotel. However, there are many restaurants and bars at walking distance. BTS Nana is very close by as well (5 minute walk). The hotel does offer a free shuttle but the buggy was not operational due to technical issues during our stay. The rooftop pool was amazing.

Very good quality per money ratio. Quite soi without much traffic. Many restaurants just meters away. Spacious rooms.

Had the opportunity to stay here The hotel is decorated very cute. The lobby is decorated in white, blue tones, alternating with marble, looks very comfortable. As for the room, it is consistent with the picture shown on the web page. The room is clean, very beautiful, but a bit small, but overall. Considered okay, most importantly, there is an air purifier as well. I like it very much, suitable for this situation. There is alcohol gel as well. When checking in, there is a body temperature measurement as well. Feel very safe All staff are very good service, cute, smiling, breakfast tastes good. What I like very much is There is a flower tunnel corner to take pictures as well. If there is a chance to use the service here again for sure

Had the opportunity to stay at K Maison Boutique Hotel BKK, a hotel that meets the needs of this trip a lot. Good service staff, smiling and greeting every time. The room we have booked a Deluxe room to enter the room, besides impressed with the decoration in the room. Cleanliness, secretly pleased that the hotel has an air purifier in the room. Traveled a lot, never met any hotel like this. ( Asked the staff that the hotel is equipped with air purifier in every room) Sleep well, very good value !! In the breakfast section Served on the opposite side of the hotel called kay's boutique breakfast, delicious food with a beautiful flower corner. In the shop to take pictures as well The hotel has a Chiang Mai branch as well.

It seems to be a spot for touristy photographers and at nights it has a great bar with good looking people and expensive drinks. The hotel itself is not the freshest, but it has a good standard of cleanliness. Price value is good, especially when you book in advance. For some additional Baht there is even upgrade options to the suite, which has a jacuzzi in the middle of the room. The windows are thin, but clean, AC is working fine and the safe is working. Fridge contains free refill beverages every day. The pool could have a better view and maintenance, but a cold beer in the water compensates for everything.

If you prioritize spacious rooms, convenient access to Bangkok's culinary scene and shopping, and the luxury of two pools, The Davis Bangkok sounds like a great fit. Be mindful of potential updates needed and the distance to the Skytrain if these are important factors for you. Keyword: cheap but not shabby.

Excellent~! except 4 things below. Staffs are SUPER kind. 1. Luggage keeping for early check in I checked out from Four seasons and continuously checked in to Capella. So I asked my luggage from Four seasons to Capella. But I was very disappointed when I first saw that my luggage are stored outside of Capella lobby. My luggage was outside of the building and the weather was more than 35 degrees at that time. My luggage should be cooked. If I knew that you guys will store my luggage outside of the building, I wouldn't ask that kind of request. I would carry them for myself and ask put my luggage inside of the storage before check-in. If you and Four seasons decided to care for luggage service for customers who use both hotel, you need to store customers' luggage inside the building which is cool and safe. 2. Electric blind. Because of malfunctioning of the blind in the bathroom. I had to call for the staff at night. But there were dust and dirt at one of engineering staff's clothes. I understand that he could easily have dirt on his clothes considering that he is an engineer but anyway he brought dust in my room. Moreover, it took some time to fix the electronic blind and it caused lots of dust while fixing and they had to step up my washstand so that I requested to clean. But when the staff came to clean the bathroom, he doesn't look so professional. First, he brought 3 hand mops in his hand but hand mops look dirty(at least not clean, old, too much used, stitches loosen) and his cleaning process doesn't look so professional too. I guess he might not be professional cleaning staff, rather than night watch. I explained him that due to fixing the blind, there were lots of dust there, and he said ”Yes” but he just wiped out washstand and wash bowl. But still lots of dust remains on the water tap which shines so that easily looking for dust. 3. Cin Cin hour Cin Cin hour itself was good. But the qualify of finger food was bad considering expectation of Capella. It seemed that the finger food came from leftover of the morning buffet. The finger food was dried and not fresh. Also, in my experience of both four seasons(BKK Social Club) and Stella, overall interior is better in BKK Social Club. 4. Boat Time Table From 7 pm, Boat arrives and leaves at Pier 1 from ICONSIAM(used to be Pier 3 during daylight). But there was no explanation not only in the time table but also from the staff. So, I missed the boat and had to spend another hour.

For a secluded and private escape, I'll definitely choose Capella Bangkok again and again. From arriving at the hotel, the hotel guests and public spaces are already separated distinctively. Hotel guests are ushered to the Living Room for a very comfortable check-in procedure (no queues, champagnes being served, etc). Facilities (Pool, Living room) within the hotel are also only for in-house guests. There are different entrances for the public, so it is very convenient for hotel guests. The whole ambiance at the hotel was very serene and private (even for families with young children). Interacting with other guests was also very interesting, especially with exchanging experiences staying at Capella, making the whole hotel feel more homey and intimate throughout our stays. The location was also relatively convenient for most tourist attractions, I wouldn't mind any longer traveling out so I can return back to a cozy and peaceful hotel to rest up.

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel location was for private relaxation and there was a shuttle service going to a mall. The VIP lounge was quite small and accessible only from 7 am- 7 pm. The rooftop pool was very beautiful with overview of the city. The hotel staff and VIP lounge staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Absolutely stunning service and property. Insanely spacious rooms. Spectacular views from the balcony and swimming pool. Bar service and breakfast were top notch. Really one of the best hotels i have ever stayed.

Hotel was newly renovated and really really nice. Room is big and clean, equipment very nice and convenient. Location not bad. need some walk to main road, but very peaceful. We love the balcony, and restaurant for brunch. Nice view and comfortable. However, staffs were mostly friendly but not very well-trained. Some did not even greeting us when met at the elevator or corridors, which should not happen at a five star hotel we thought. Overall, we like this hotel, hope can have better experience next time.

Incomparable good service professionally and warmly delivered. Just stayed there for four nights and everyone from the reception and concierge to the restaurant waitresses and managers are great. The facilities are as warm and on a human scale as you can get and for me it is the epitome of Siam and Bangkok. One complaint …we are now spoiled for good!!

Fantastic value for money! You get a 4 star experience for a fraction of the cost. Excellent location, close enough (walking distance )to restaurants, massage parlours and the party street (Soi Nana) but also nestled away in a side street so the noise and hustle and bustle from the main street does not bother you. Rooms were huge and tastefully decorated. Large bathroom and shower space too. Staff are really friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was simple, good, tasty options. Lovely view from the pool. Overall, will definitely recommend this hotel to families and solo travellers. I felt safe and well taken care of though I was alone.

Our family booked three rooms for four days, we were heading to Bangkok to support my wife’s mum who needed treatment at a local hospital. Shortly after we booked we found out we needed to extend one room for one night. We tried to extend the room by phoning the hotel but we’re told to email them. Both my stepdaughter and I emailed with no reply or success. During our stay my wife tried three times to extend the room and the reception staff took notes but never got back to us. In the end we spoke to the receptionist on our last night in the hotel. We were told we could extend the room for one night at FOUR times the rate we had originally paid. I explained that we had tried continuously to extend the room earlier, but the receptionist wasn’t going to budge. I also explained that it was for our 77 old wheelchair bound relative- still no budging. So we had to have her move for one night. Prior to this there was a small issue with a pillow slip being stained (again by our elderly relative) and a 200Baht charge for this, that was okay but my wife was happy to pay but wanted to ensure we didn’t get hit with this charge every day- so please don’t change the pillow slip everyday, quite an effort explaining this to the same receptionist that we later had issues with. Also, we made requests for bedding set ups (single beds in two rooms), nothing was done about this and all the rooms had king beds (we decided we could live with this in isolation). Our shower did not have warm or hot water, so cold showers for four days. Then, in the foyer there is an excursion/taxi agent. One day we needed a large taxi to go to the hospital. Ideally a large taxi arrived to drop off some new guests, the lady from the taxi desk stopped me from going to deal with the driver and then went and “arranged a ride”. She inflated the trip initially by 60% but reduced her “cut” to a 30% addition (we found this out after talking to the driver). We again spoke to the same receptionist (pattern here!!) who told us the excursion desk had nothing to do with the hotel. I will say that the lady on reception when we checked out was very helpful but far too late to be helpful

The Siam is above our expectations - the staff are friendly and especially our butler Khun Gub. Love the deco and ambience of the hotel and the ferry shuttle provided by the hotel makes traveling around tourist attractions a breeze! Will definitely stay here from now on whenever I visit Bangkok. Highly recommend!

Bangkok has a tropical monsoon climate which it is means hot and humid year-round. But if you like the heat, the city is an ideal vacation spot no matter the season. Having said that, the most pleasant months to visit are from November to March when the heat and humidity are at their lowest. The monsoon season occurs from May to October, with September and October being Bangkok’s rainiest months. April is typically the hottest time when days can get sweltering with highs of 37 °C (99 °F), and the coldest time is December with temperatures averaging 26 °C (79 °F).Due to cooler and drier weather, crowds are at their peak in late Fall and Winter, and this is particularly true around the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. Visitors should expect higher prices, and it’s advisable to book accommodations months in advance. Another peak period is during the Thai New Year (Songkran) in mid-April, a popular time for domestic tourists to descend on the city. The off-peak seasons in Bangkok are July and August which happen to be the monsoon season. But if you don’t mind the weather, this is a great time to go as there are many good deals on hotels and flights. April through June, September and October are the shoulder seasons.
