Welcome on arrival excellent. Room looked fab with a huge terrace - a surprise upgrade I assumed (more of that later). Good room service cheese platter and wine after a late arrival. All was going so well until I had a shower the next morning and the bathroom started to flood which I put down to poor shower design. To avoid more flooding my husband took a bath and when it drained unfortunately it brought more water and waste from the toilet up the shower drain…………Long story short, we told reception who helpfully sent maintenance immediately, had breakfast and decided we wanted to leave a day early. Front desk couldn’t have been nicer and more apologetic. On checking the bill I found that we’d been charged for an upgrade which I was unaware I had requested (I had looked at the option on an email but decided not to go ahead). After the intervention of the manager that charge was removed. We weren’t charged for our early departure. All in all an unpleasant experience (having to retrieve my things from the bathroom with excrement floating across the floor is not something I ever want to repeat). That said, the staff were all apologetic and helpful - especially the poor maintenance man who spent a while trying to unblock the plumbing. The interior of the hotel and the room is very nice however the hotel suffers from being in a 70’s style building which isn’t very attractive.

A very nice experience for a stopover on the way north from Spain. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the Autoroute exit, for a stopover on the way north or south. Reception was very friendly indeed, and the room nice and clean, with a good bathroom and a separate WC. There is a nice garden with a small poll, which is close to the restaurant and more like a plunge pool, than a swimming pool for families. The restaurant is very good, run by a friendly team and we had a very nice dinner. It was very hot that night, so open glass panels fronting the pool could have been closed and AirCo switched on, but that is a detail. Breakfast was very o.k. as well. We will visit again when coming along that route again.

The hotel is located on the seaside. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the city center. and 5 minutes Drive from the Railway station The personal is professional and very kind. I love the Suite with the view on the montain. Very comfy and clean.

Finding the hotel was easy, it is part of a hotel complex in the area. The hotel itself provided pretty much what you would expect from a Novotel. Parking is adjacent to reception and check in was quick and painless. We were in our room within 5 minutes of arriving. Note that there is no lift so if you are 'senior' or have heavy bags it might be best to request a ground floor room. The room itself was much as I remembered it from previous visits apart from the broken hairdryer and missing bedside cabinet that had been ripped off the wall and removed. No replacement hairdryer available from reception - Not a issue for me with my #3 haircut! The swimming pool was looked nice but did not have time to make use of it. The restaurant had a reasonable choice of food and is child friendly. Breakfast was buffet style and the food was plentiful and fresh. However, I though the price was a little 'Full' compared with other establishments. There was a nice small bar adjacent to the restaurant that had a good range of drinks. Most staff were friendly but I had to wait at Reception to check out while staff finished their conversation.
