"The hotel is new, very clean (bathroom spotless but small, no bath tub). There were lots of electric outlets in the room. The 12 noon check-out time is great. The internet was strong when it worked, but there were periods of hours when it was down and my laptop in particular had a lot of problems some of which were aided by a friendly technician with whom I spent an hour on the phone at the front desk one afternoon. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. A typical Brazilian breakfast (cost included with my room, otherwise R$27) was excellent, including the coffee. My room was very small. There was a short rod, maybe two feet long, with six hangers and a shelf, but no other place to put clothes. There was no place to put my suitcase except the floor and when I did that, I had essentially blocked the bathroom door. There's a small fridge, but it was empty. There was not a single bottle of water nor a glass or cup of any kind in the room, let alone a coffee machine or kettle. The lobby area is rather eclectic and inviting with a bit of a beach theme, canvas chairs and hammocks and colourful rocking chairs but it was hard to find a comfortable place to sit just for a drink. Most chairs were at tables set up with knives and forks as if you were expected to eat. There was no pool or fitness area. There is a large shopping mall in the Tatuape transit station with lots of stores. I noticed even a bus to the airport. There's a long street called Tuiluti maybe 10 minutes walk away where one gets the real feel of Sao Paulo. For a night or two, this hotel is OK, but not for a longer stay."
"Check-in took a bit longer than I would have liked but as with all Ibis hotels you get a clean room and a bathroom. Simple. Breakfast is okay but nothing special. Pastries, fruit, bread, butter, spreads. If you get there later, a lot of food is finished and they remove everything by a certain time even when there are still customers eating - which is a bit odd. The hotel is close to a metro station but still 2 changes to get to central areas. Uber / taxi is more costly and with traffic to get to the centre. Nothing too special about the hotel other than it being fairly new / modern. They do have a ping pong / table tennis table if you find time to play."
"Very new hotel, it opened in Sep/2018 so everything looks relatively new. Very good location, 5min wall from Tatuape Train Station. You will get everything you could get in other Ibis hotels around the world. Pros: comfortable bed, nice shower, good bathroom, nice breakfast, great location, good internet. Cons: not to friendly staffs, missing USB ports in the bedroom, poor selection of drinks at the bar Overall 8/10"
