"Our family stayed at the Four Seasons Montreal as our first family getaway since the start of COVID. The hotel is stunning and the service was impeccable - the doormen were especially great. The hotel has gone to great lengths to ensure that the hotel is clean and the guests are reassured of their health and safety during the stay. Our room was beautiful and we had an excellent view of the Leonard Cohen mural to greet us in the morning and to say goodnight when we retired for the evening. We had dinner at Marcus - the food was wonderful and the service was excellent. Analisa (I think that was her name) provided great recommendations and was very attentive to our needs. My children really loved the pool. Special thanks to Pierre who accommodated a later checkout so that my children could fully enjoy the pool on our last day. We know that these are difficult times for everyone and we appreciate that the staff at Four Seasons have gone above and beyond to provide us with a wonderful stay."
"Absolutely sensational hotel. With covid, o haven’t travelled for a while. And the Four Seasons Montreal reminded me what I’ve been missing. The welcoming decor and ambience of this hotel is just as one would expect. The bar and restaurant so cool and on such good taste. Rooms are exceptional and on line with the best of Four Seasons standards. But most of all, the service was beyond exceptional. Where do they find these people? They cannot do enough. Everything is a pleasure and every experience - big and small - my high expectations are exceeded. Life almost felt ‘normal’ again for a few days. Loved the location too. And enjoyed shopping at the attached Holt Renfrew. Brilliantly done."
"We've stayed a few FS properties and Montreal is high on our list of favourites. The staff are unbelievably accommodating, the rooms are well worth the price, and the hotel is in a great spot. You're steps away from the main strip or about a 10 minute walk to Old Montreal. We spent 3 nights here and barely wanted to leave the room it was so nice and comfortable. If you're lucky, you'll get a room overlooking the iconic Leonard Cohen mural!"

"This W is quite small, the lobby is not big, but the style of W is still there. The ordinary wonderful rooms are really common to the truth, and it seems like a magnified version of the domestic hotel. The small suite is OK, so you can. The location is next to the old port, the location is quite good. There is a small bar on the second floor of the hotel, but there is basically no one on the second floor."
"The hotel is a bit stylish and suitable for business trips. Very close to Chinatown and the Old Town."
"The lobby is a bit small and the room is ok"

"The hotel is very good, easy to downtown, shopping shopping, because of bad weather, could not find a convenient surrounding small supermarket, so it feels there is some inconvenience. Because we booked a room without breakfast, ordering in a restaurant to eat breakfast, very good, a little expensive. Overall feeling good"
"Very good hotel, breakfast is also very good, very enjoy the hotel's service. There are many historic buildings on the street, and it is very convenient to travel. It is a very pleasant trip."
"Still very good, the room at the beginning had a taste, and later changed to a new room, the location is more convenient, it is very convenient to reach the city center, overall good"

"The hotel looks good, the newly opened hotel has complete facilities, the room layout is not very good, there is no inconvenient luggage rack, the shower lights can adjust several colors, children like it, the surrounding is the shopping street. In general, the price is not high, if it is a domestic hotel, this price can live better."
"I have lived throughout Canada personally think that the most beautiful hotel surpasses Fairmont Banff and Fairmont Quebec Castle"
"The location of the hotel is very good!"

"Near Montreal Airport I usually stay at Sheraton because of their convenient shuttle bus, frequent suite upgrades as Marriott Ambassador Elite guest, and access to the executive lounge which most other hotels in the area do not have. Since DoubleTree built a new hotel right in front of Fairfield Inn, I intended to try it and finally got around to it this month. I guess it’s nice to have a Hilton-family hotel closer to the airport than Embassy Suites or Hilton Garden Inn, and I also like newer properties but considering the price I think Sheraton remains my preferred choice. The location of DT is good but perhaps a notch below Sheraton because the shuttle bus is every 30 minutes unlike Sheraton which is every 15 minutes. Self-parking is available at DT for $20 per day which is on the high side compared to $15 at Sheraton and even free at Crowne Plaza. I booked the entry level room at DT and was upgraded as Hilton Diamond guest to the king with sofa sleeper room type which is listed as 308-365 sq feet and therefore larger than the entry level room which is only 189-269 sq feet. According to the floor plan our room was one of the larger ones, and in fact upon entering it was clear the room was quite spacious. The hotel is less than two years old and the hardware was nice and fresh particularly the bathroom which was was functional and the stand-alone shower was nice. The bed was quite comfortable and I liked the one-step split level in the room with the living room being a few inches above the bedroom. The main weakness was that the room was long and narrow and therefore not much window frontage, and it was further compounded by the fact that lighting in the room was poor. There were lamps by each side of the bed, one floor lamp in the far end corner of the room, and another lamp on the working desk. However there were no ceiling lights other than those near the entrance. While I appreciated the room upgrade, I would note that studio suites were available for sale at time of check-in so if they do not upgrade a Diamond guest in times of low occupancy during covid for a quick one-night stay, it’s safe to say that suite upgrades should probably not be expected at this property. This is in contrast with Sheraton nearby where I receive a suite upgrade success about 50% of the time. Breakfast was available in a take-away bag and we could also grab coffee from the large self-serve cappuccino machine near reception. Obviously I prefer an a la carte menu for breakfast but considering this is a DT not a Conrad, I found that the content was on par with other breakfast bags we had in Canada recently. Overall I found DT to be fine and probably the best Hilton hotel near the airport. However for people who do not limit themselves to the Hilton chain, I think Sheraton remains hard to beat and is in a similar price range as DT."
"Considering this is in such close proximity to the airport, I didn’t really notice the sound of airplanes! The hotel staff was very sweet- they offered warm cookies upon check-in but when I told them about my gluten allergy, Emily offered me a bag of chips instead and went out of her way to he get them to me. It took around 20 minutes to get a gin and tonic from the bar (which had a very limited menu due to it’s recent opening) but the breakfast bags were a nice and easy COVID-friendly addition and the coffee machine didn’t disappoint in the morning (YES to espresso!). The rooms were decently clean with some exceptions to hair in the shower. I didn’t have any issues but my friend didn’t have hot water in the morning and they had trouble with the bathroom light flickering. Considering how easy this was to get to from the airport I’d stay here again! The interior was modern and inviting."
"Room and hotel are all new and in tiptop condition. Room is not overtly large but bed is super comfy. Fridge in room. Despite location near airport, railway and highway construction, room was absolutely quiet. Negatives were no bar or restaurant on weekend so that food options were frozen microwave dinners in shop or takeout. Airport shuttle had limited hours. The hotel gave notice of a two hour power blackout BUT it only ended up being 5 minutes. And this was the first Doubletree that I stayed at that didn’t provide a cookie. "

"Before departure, there were few reviews of the hotel. I checked in with doubt and entered the lobby from the old-fashioned high-end feeling at the gate. Although it is not like the luxurious lobby of some big-name chain hotels, the small and exquisite lobby of Burks instantly attracted people. After checking in smoothly, I went to the room. Although I chose the most ordinary room, I was attracted by the elegant and simple decoration and supplies. The color is mainly elegant in white, gray, and black. There are Nestle coffee machines and JBL in the room. Bluetooth audio and other small equipment, toilet equipment is also very high-end, also has slippers rare in Canadian hotels. Bedding feels particularly comfortable, and is more comfortable than Fairmont's. The hotel is located in the most lively area of Canada. Turn left and then turn left to the commercial street. There is lesuire shopping mall diagonally opposite. There are western food such as five guys and McDonalds. 20 minutes, observation platform observation360 is in the building behind the hotel. The hotel service is also very good, the doorman and front desk manager are very friendly, really pushing this one"
"Love the hotel and Location! Everyone is very friendly and the Service is definitely 5 stars. the front desk staff is always helpful and friendly. The location of the Hotel makes it unique because its in the heart of the Shopping area and amazing restaurants. There is also a beautiful Jewelry shop right in the lobby. The restaurant at the Hotel ( Henry ) is the best in town!"
"I really don't know how to comment. The hardware facilities of this hotel are very good. But before going to bed at night, I uncovered the quilt and found that there were several hairs on the sheets, and it felt like the little black dregs falling from the sweater. It was changed in time after contacting the front desk. It was really very depressing. This kind of price is a bit depressing, and everything else is OK."

"The hotel location is good, there is a dedicated car to the airport for free, because no breakfast in time, the room is large, the hotel has a swimming pool, this time the hotel booked in Ctrip, paid the full amount, and the hotel repeatedly charged me The room rate was only found when I returned to China. Ctrip helped me coordinate with the overseas hotels and it was resolved quickly. Thanks to Ctrip. We will continue to support Ctrip as always."
"Check-in is very fast, there is a deposit, breakfast is OK, free for children under 12, but not the same as adults, can not help themselves, can only choose one of the free breakfast menu, swimming pool, table tennis facilities are OK, children like, It’s a little bit strange about children’s breakfast. I don’t know how the hotel is arranged."
"The hotel is big, heavy snow in Montreal, many people live in it, the parking lot is large but it is difficult to find parking spaces. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The brother at the front desk was nice. No special problems when staying in the restaurant during special times."
