"Мы останавливаемся в этом отеле каждый раз, когда едем с юга в Москву, а это происходит два-три раза в год. Мы путешествуем довольно много, и по стране, и за рубеж, и я уверенно могу сказать, что это типичный трёхзвёздочник. Кому-то завтрак нравится, кому-то - нет, но его "богатство" или "ущербность" - стандарт; не принесли тапочки в номер, позвоните на рисепшн - принесут; "бедный" ужин - тоже стандарт, дорогой - дело кошелька, невкусный - вопрос вкуса и т.д. Я их не оправдываю, просто иные, услышав "Хилтон", ожидают что-то супер-пупер, а получают "Хэмптон" (пусть и by Hilton). Весьма характерны отзывы иностранцев: они в среднем намного лучше, чем россияне, разбираются в нюансах всех этих стандартов, сталкиваются с ожидаемым, вот в основном и хвалят. Так что для "трёшки" ставлю "пятёрку" с минусом - из-за действительно маленькой парковки (но охраняемой - там видеокамера есть!) да и вправду ограниченного вечернего меню. Но кухня работает до половины второго ночи - неправда, что до полуночи. We stay at this hotel every time when we drive from the south up to Moscow and it happens two or three times a year. We're frequent travellers, I'd even say globe-trotters, so to me it's obvious that it's just a typical three-star thingy - neither more nor less. Some might like their breakfast, others might not but its "lavishness" or "paucity" represent a standard. If a pair of slippers is missing call the reception and it'll be fetched. "Poor" dinner? - Tastes differ. "Too expensive"? - It depends upon your wallet. "Not yummy"? - Others think differently. Etc. I do not try to whitewash them - it's a global three-star fenomenon. Some people, through, having heard a magic brand name expect some fancy stuff but get Hampton - even if by Hilton. It's very characteristic that foreigners who are on average acquainted with all these brand peculiarities better than Russians give to this facility higher remarks. They just get what they thought they would get, as simple as that! So my rating for this hotel is excellent with a minus - due to really insufficient parking space (but they guard it - a CCTV's in place!) plus a truly limited dinner choice. But, again, their kitchen is open till half past one and not till midnight, as one of the reviews claim."
"We've stayed in this nice hotel about ten times and really love it there. This time, due to covid hysteria, I decided to get in touch with them in advance and never regretted this. They meticulously briefed me on the situation, lockdown details both in the city and the region and even gave some forecast as to when this madness was about to be over. So our stay was pleasant and positive - as always. They rearranged their menu which became much more appealing. Try their shrimps in sweet soybean souce - marvellous! Thank you very much indeed, guys! Will come to you once again for sure."
"Before we checked in I haven't expected anything positive as I read very bad reviews on breakfast. Nothing like that! The room was very good. Despite the fact that it is situated near the rail road ways NO noise whatsoever with closed windows! The room was cleaned every day. Despite the negative reviews the buffet breakfast was excellent! With wide choice of local food and quite good coffee. We've also pre-paid dinners there, which were tasty."
