"The Hyatt House Bridgewater is a great hotel with a hometel feeling. The hotel is bang on Highway 22, and is in close vicinity to Bridgewater Commons mall and several businesses. That way, it has a distinct location advantage. Each room has a living space, open kitchen, a bedroom, walk-in dressing area and a toilet. Everything you need is available, right from ironing table to fully equipped kitchen. For people staying longer than few nights, you can cook your own food and it is as good as staying in a one-bedroom flat. Only downside is, there are no lifts and if you get a room on the first or second floor, you have to carry your luggage all the way up. The hotel has a swimming pool, restaurant, bar, gym and laundrette."
"I stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights, visiting family members living in the area. I have stayed at this hotel before, but after my last stay, I would likely never return. Two issues: the first was that there was a bug taking up residence in the kitchen area. It moved fast, crawling across the wall and then settling behind some kitchen cabinets. I was disgusted by this, and had to take any food related items I had on the counters, and store them in the fridge so the bug wouldn’t find them. Even items like two small unopened bags of chips. A bit later on, I saw that the bug worked it’s way into the kitchen’s garbage bin. Secondly, the bar/food area at the hotel was short staffed. A manager was not only preparing food and drinks, but also checking in guests at the front desk. Someone scheduled to work that night was late and hadn’t come in yet. On a previous stay, an employee didn’t come in at all so the bar/food area was closed all night. Also the menu item I was interested in having, pulled pork sliders, was not available. Next time, I’ll stay at another hotel in the area. "
"Outstanding fresh, hot breakfast! I had scrambled eggs with diced green peppers (a nice touch), with cottage cheese and a Greek yogurt with a lovely fresh fruit compote. Friendly service, clean and quiet hotel, reasonable price."

"Stayed at the Branchburg Hyatt due to a business meeting in the area. Called beforehand to ask for a room in which we could prep for our meeting and they offered multiple options. They helped us get settled into the first location and when we asked for a location with a little more privacy they were very accommodating and moved us immediately. They even followed up to see if there was anything additional they could do to assist."
"The suites are terrific. You have a fridge with your own ice maker, a dishwasher, burners and microwave. Nice cozy living room on the road, and a tv in the main and bedroom. The water in the shower was hot and the iron is a good one. There is a high table to eat at. Room was clean and everything seemed on the new side. "
"Clean and efficient. I stayed 10 nights and had no issues. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the maids kept everything clean. Breakfast is great, highly recommended for business travelers. Rooms have kitchens and are really suites."

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom suite. I love that the Residence Inn offers this room type - haven’t found another hotel that does this. Suite was spacious and clean, large common area with fireplace and kitchen in between the two bedrooms. You can check out the suite configuration on their website. Only a couple of minor problems - soap and shampoo dispensers were nearly empty and our tv remote did not work. Breakfast hours were over at 9 so there was a mad dash of people and lines forming at 8:30, with food choices dwindling. While it was a Monday, this was over the holiday week with lots of families in the hotel, so I think weekend breakfast hours should have been adopted and food replenished. Would have given this 5 star rating except for the breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend the hotel."
"Exterior of hotel, landscaping very well done. Rooms were fine and what I have come to expect from a Residence Inn-clean, comfortable, roomy. Has an indoor pool and fitness facility, but unfortunately jacuzzi was not working (seems to be the case 50% of the time with hotels. There are restaurants within a mile of the hotel, a microbrewery within long walking distance, and a shuttle to use if you so choose. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was solid. My only complaint would be coming down for more coffee on several instances only to find it was cleared out entirely-one time five minutes after the end of breakfast. Still would stay here again."
"This is the worst Marriott I have come across in 15 years of staying in various Marriott properties around the world. The front desk supervisor accused us of stealing kitchen towels and added $10 guest damage/loss charge. The pool had no towels and even after asking for towels multiple times over 3 hours, the houseman brought 1 towel for four of us. He also said that his shift started at 3 pm so he's not sure why the morning shift did not put towels. The had no spare towels and the houseman who came in at 3 pm then started the laundry for all towels. That's how poor the management is. The room kitchen appliances such as microwave were greasy and not cleaned properly. In addition to all this, after checking out, we got a $10 guess loss charge added and a rude supervisor telling us that we stole it because the housekeeping supervisor in-charge could not find the towel. My stay here costed way more than what a used kitchen towel would cost. This is a very very poor example for customer service, especially from Marriott."

"I am giving the Grain House restaurant an excellent rating because I love the food, love the atmosphere and love the location! My dining companion & I sat down and waited. Bus staff came over gave us water and were very nice. Waiter was dealing with someone else. But then when he was done, he did not stop by. Restaurant was not fully occupied. We were very hungry and patient. We asked a bus staff to ask our waiter to come over. As soon as the waiter came over we should have left. We have had this person before. He does not smile, is annoyed to answer questions and makes us really uncomfortable. We see his demeanor with other patrons and are confused as to why he gives us a hard time. Like for example, I know they have a tea chest with a lot of unique teas. I have not memorized the types. Here is what I said," I would like tea please." He says, What tea do you want?" I say., I do not know I would like to see the varieties." He then says AGAIN" What type do you want?" I said " I don't know. I would like to see the assortment in the tea box" He then seems annoyed & says if you tell me what you want I will get it for you." I say," Please bring the tea box." WHY IS THIS SUCH A BIG DEAL????? Then when I make the selection he snatches the tea bag out of my hand and gets the hot water. Last time we were there I held onto the tea bag & I said I will put it in the water myself. "No," he said," I am supposed to do that".Then I asked him a question about something else. He made a face as if I knew the answer. HELLO WHY WOULD I BE ASKING THE QUESTION IF I KNEW THE ANSWER???? When I go out to eat I just like to relax. I still love the Grain House despite this sour server. We do not go there that frequently maybe once every two-three months. Whenever we get other servers, there is never a problem. Our meal was good. When I gave the server cash to pay, we waited & waited & waited for change. Eventually I started putting my coat on, but stopped to wait for the change. He had made a mistake in the bill and had not even the courtesy to communicate same-apparently this contributed to some of the time waiting. I did not write everything because it is not relevant. (I had said to my husband lets just enjoy the meal despite this server & we did)"
"We spent two nights at the Olde Mill Inn during the Virus. First we checked in and it couldn't of been easier. When we go to hotels I think most people look for the same things. The bed was a king sized just as promised and great to sleep in .It was very very comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and force , along with an ample amount of shampoo, conditioners . body wash and lotions. There were plenty of clean towels. The olde mill inn. is easy to get too right off the highway and within a mile or two your able to get anything you may need and numerous restaurants even though in NJ you still cannot eat inside. Right out the parking lot you make a right onto rd 202 and a mile down the road are two farm stands. The hotel is spotless . They have some pretty outdoor grounds and its simple to see that they do hold weddings with a very nice restaurant that is only separated by a parking lot. They have a beautiful bar which because of the Covid -19 is not opened at the time. Also cause of the Covid-19 of what they told me they don't have the fresh breakfasts that come with the stay at the hotel but they do have Free coffees , and different coffee drinks. They have pastries all pre bagged and bagged bagels , cereal , yogurts and juices available. The inroom TV has 66 stations including 5 HBO's. During the Covid 19 the prices are reduced and I would like to thank the Olde Mill Inn for doing what I feel is the best that I could of expected during the miseries of 2020."
"My new CEO wanted/needed an executive offsite to really get the team together and to get to know one another. Doing this in age of Covid is no easy task. This was my 3rd Executive meeting I've held here and I knew OMI would make it so much easier. They executed a 4 day retreat that was amazing! Their cleaning process and their keen ability to socially distance my party of 13 was outstanding. I needed a team building event and Lindsay and her staff made it happen! I've been doing this for 20 years at this company and my HR VP said this was the best event yet! They made me look great in the eyes of my C level's and that is always a good feeling. The food was amazing and every dinner at the grain house was beautifully decorated and executed well. Raffi from A/V was on top of everything, every minute and I had no worries. If you are looking for great place to hold a business meeting, look no further! You and your staff will be treated with the utmost respect and your meeting will be very successful! Oh and don't forget to sit out at the fireplace after a long day and enjoy a nice glass of wine!"

"The rooms are large and the bedding is good. The suite I live in has two bathrooms and three TV sets. The facilities are relatively complete, you can cook and make coffee. The place is quiet and the price is cheap in the local area. Breakfast is a typical American breakfast, cookies, bread, milk, cereals, etc. The bowls were not cleaned for two days. The room is a bit cold, the air conditioner is too dry, the air conditioner is not cold. If only there is a self-service washing machine."

"We were displaced by a house fire late one night and randomly chose this hotel during the chaos. They welcomed us in the middle of the night and it only got better from there. While we had just been through a traumatic experience, this property had everything we needed and the staff was unbelievably caring and helpful. We have two small boys who loved taking advantage of the really large heated indoor pool. There is a nice size gym as well as a laundry room. Our room was a 2 bedroom suite with a full size fridge, dishwasher, range/ oven/ microwave and even granite countertops. The breakfast varies through the week and the attendant, Marilyn, was a smiling face to wake up to. At the front desk, Julieth knew us by name and the manager Kelly helped us so much and even let our boys help decorate their lobby Christmas tree. Even our housekeepers were beyond kind and accommodating to our schedule. They keep this place CLEAN and when a lightbulb went out in our room, the maintenance team fixed it immediately. Although we didn’t know much about this property before, we will definitely be back and recommend to anyone whether you need to spend a night or two weeks like we did! Thank you to all of the staff at the Residence Inn Branchburg!"
"We stayed in a two bedroom suite with our three young children. The room was clean and the full kitchen was very convenient. My husband was pleased with the gym and my daughter had a blast at the heated pool. The complimentary hot breakfast was delicious and the manager and staff were polite, friendly, and more than accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for a short or extended stay. Best hotel we’ve been to by far."
"The Residence Inn Bridgewater is a great place to stay. Rooms are large and comfortable and have all the amenities including a fridge, microwave, TV and comfy couch. While we only stayed one night, we could easily have stayed longer. While the area is generally a quieter one, it's close to downtown Clinton so this would be a good place to stay if you are seeking a weekend getaway."
