I spent 5 days at this property while attending a continuing education conference in Dallas. The staff was wonderful and the room I had was very roomy and clean. I was able to take advantage of the gym and found it to be more than adequate and well-kept. Our classes were held in the conference center. We were provided with breakfast and an afternoon snack each day. There was a good variety of breakfast sandwiches and snacks thoughout the course of the week, and everything was tasty. One of the biggest perks of this property is its proxiity to the Galleria Mall and the local restaurants. There are some wonderul dinner spots within 5 minutes, and there are some great lunch options in the mall. The views from the upper floors are also quite nice. This is definately a hotel I'd be happy to return to.

The breakfast is plentiful and the facilities are complete. The swimming pool, tennis court and gym are all available. The room is large, the parking is convenient, there is a separate yard, and the walk is safe and worry-free.

The hotel restaurant is convenient and convenient. The room was kept very clean. As expected, it was a nice hotel.

Insofar as my stay was concerned, Front Desk staff Myreon was the Bishop of Hospitality at this property. He alone, made all the difference. Myreon moves swiftly to serve and speaks appropriately to guests with all due kindness and courtesy: the consummate professionalism; so much so, that some of the relatively minor inequities and shortcomings of the property itself felt like no inconvenience at all! Uncommon is the man of this caliber in an otherwise diminished and lackadaisical attitude in the Hospitality business. I am grateful, humbled at the level of service accorded me from this man, Myreon. As I’ve stated, he (Myreon) made all the difference in providing me with an exceptional couple of night’s business stay: grateful. postscript: …pronounced “My-re-on”, just as it is spelled.

Stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed my stay. The entire team is very friendly and will promptly address any concerns. Valet had the most attentive staff I have ever seen. I was on the 20th floor near an ice machine which was a little loud but my fault since I picked that room. My fridge did not work but the team immediately took care of it for me. As others stated, the bathroom is small but the shower was nice. They do a great job here!

Generous breakfast spread. Room is clean, the gym is clean. Friendly and efficient hosts. Friendly and helpful housekeeping team. I enjoyed my stay.
