Loteamento Praia do Parnamirim, S/N, Quadra 2 Lote 1 a 12, Caucaia, Ceara, Brazil
"This resort is great. Good rooms, excellent pool area etc.. we travelled with a 2-year old and the kids room was great place where she could play and we could heat her food etc.. Staff is extremely helpful and polite. Only negtives is 1. The beach was a disappointment. Lots of rocks and hard to bath. Also it was dirty, At one point we gathered two bags of plastics and garbage in 30 minutes within 100 meters from the hotel. 2. The restaurant could work a little better at service. Relative to Brazil prices this is costly, so I would expect a little more effort from restaurant staff e.g. It could take a while before they approach you with menues. At two occations they forgot parts of our orders. They serve food from wrong side etc. however, you can still this great staff tries, but a little more is expected. The area around the resort is a bit filthy and boaring but we stayed at the resort for 3 days and loved it."
"Firstly, the pool area is wonderful! Sea views and a path straight out onto the beach. There are so many different places to sit around the pool: hammocks, sun loungers, floating beds in the pool, sofas, everything you could want! There is a swim-up bar and hot tubs Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff were really friendly. My room was on the ground floor, opening straight out to the pool area, which I loved. Stylishly decorated. Really couldn't have asked for more. My only criticism is that the food wasn't as good as I would expect from a hotel of this standard. I'm gluten free, and though there were plenty of options at breakfast, including a couple of gluten free cakes! At lunch and dinner there was really very little I could eat, and the staff weren't overly helpful in trying to put something together for me."
"We came here because my husband wanted to kitesurfing, Carmel is the only resort at Cumbuco and the best option here! The hotel is beautiful but it is not worth the price, there are much better beach resort options in Brazil. Service is very good (despite the terrible reservation service) the room is big enough but the bathroom is very small specially the shower, choose the rooms by the pool so it is much easier to walk in and out with the kids. We hired a Babysitter at the hotel called Natasha she was amazing. The breakfast could be improved, they do not serve coffee or milk at the tables and you even need to get your own cutlery and napkins. The food is good but pricey, I loved that it arrives very fast! WARNING: There are many mosquitoes here so come prepared with repellent, after bite and sprays."

"We arrived at Duro Beach a beach hotel full of surfers, windy, lots of candles, beautiful people, a service out of this world, great food, spectacular views, the physiotherapist towards the best massages in the world, and what about the junior suite with balcony facing the sea where I practiced yoga every morning, Cumbuco fell in love and in DuroBeach we would have stayed to live, thanks to all the professionals, including Gaston who has a duro beach clothing store and own brand that we fell in love with, in general It is a special place"
"The property is amazing, with a private seating area leading onto the beach. The food menu at the bar is not vast but what it lacks in number it makes up for in taste. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly and tried their best to speak to me in English. Only downside is lack for tea/coffee facilities in the room. "
"Amazing views, clean and well maintained rooms and a great staff make this hotel a very strong recommendation. The only small issues was the good but not great breakfast. This is a very minor point though: this hotel is overall excellent! Worth mentioning: the Wi-Fi is really good and reaches all rooms perfectly. "

Algo a destacar positivo.
"If you have a boat, it would serve you well, but, it became old and need a revision on all the complex. It was a very luxurious place, but now there might some better options unfortunatelly. Team and attention very nice."

"We had a great experience at Hotel Praiano. We spent one night here on our way to Teresina and also on the way back from Teresina to Belgium (stop-over to get some rest before the long flight between Fortaleza & Brussels). Nicely kept rooms, friendly staff and great accomodation. We were travelling with a young infant and there was a special kitchen for meal preparation and a nice little playset next to the swimming pool. Tasty breakfast and clean rooms... and a great view from the 10th & 11th floor. Great value for money."
"Learnt from a friend about this hotel and made a booking for 1 week. Hotel is well situated along the beach, be it that the beach is currently being renovated/extended and cannot be used till mid 2020. But staff friendly and excellent buffet breakfast. Language might be a problem for those not speaking Portuguese as English not by all staff spoken. Hotel at walking distance of Feirinha market (evening after 1700 hrs) and Fish Market (lunch and dinner). also excellent steakhouse near by."
"The hotel has a nice location to the beach, however, a bit old fashioned and there is a long lasting construction work in front of it (some kind of beach promenade). This is very noisy on working days and the view to the beach is partially “disturbing” as well as the metal fence protection around the hotel front during New Year’s eve. Reception and staff were quite friendly. The breakfast is abundant. "
