We arrived by train with luggage - easy as anything to walk out of the station and into the hotel. And then it's an easy walk to see the sights of Pisa. Clean, safe, comfortable and friendly, this was a genuinely 'easy' hotel to stay at. Our room overlooked the station Piazza with buses etc - and we didn't hear a thing, the sound proofing is excellent.

Hotel non lontano dal porto, in centro a Livorno. Abbiamo soggiornato di ritorno dal traghetto per staccare un po' dal rientro a casa e abbiamo trovato cortesia e disponibilità da parte del personale. Camera tripla pulita e ordinata, idem il bagno, dotato di phon efficiente. Segnalo un'ottima colazione. Wi-fi top ed aria condizionata funzionante. Consiglio a chi ha voglia di fermarsi a Livorno, città che merita una visita non frettolosa.

Really friendly staff and clean hotel. Dated but characterful and charming, felt very Italian and authentic. The breakfast was nice and varied. Conveniently located for Pisa Centrale Station but still in a fairly quiet area. Would definitely stay again.
